Mezza Pizza in Doncaster

Shocking service. We waited nearly two hours for a margarita and a burger and my pizza arrived rock hard and cold. We live 0,3 miles away from the place… ridiculous we won’t be coming back

Ordered through just eat app. Two 12 inch pizza's and a bag of chips because the offer was a free dip per pizza and everyone knows you can't have dips without chips! I was a bit blown back by over thee quid a bag but they are very tasty! The pizza was absolutely amaze balls. So it's a massive thumbs up from the Ellis clan 👍🎉🍕 Delivery was notably quick too.

All the pizza was squished up and couldn’t make out what they was and then made news ones and got 3 the same pizza that I didn’t order I ordered 1 pepperoni with ham And I plan pepperoni and one meat feast and all 3 was the same pizza 😠😠

Great tasting food always hot. Had a few easy mistakes made but rectified instantly with apologies. Will continue to order from these guys for every takeaway. Can’t recommend them enough!

Expensive pizzas are a fortune I don't know how there price things but very expensive.

My empty hole was filled, not every penny fits the slot ;)

Their is no consistency with this place, I have always used and recommend mezza , but tonights meal is in the bin. The wrap was braking up as it had been put in the pizza oven, the sauce had been poured on the meat so it had disintegrated by the time we got home, the meat tasted smokie, and the portion was not worth £10., it is usually all packed separately. Not impressed.

Absolutely rubbish hour and half wait, cold putrid kebab meat, soggy chips, cheesy garlic Bread , well I so wish I could upload a pic 🤣 garlic bread frisbee. Called to complain, very aggressive , said he was the chef ! Shame on you! . He said don’t touch the food driver will collect! Told them the food been picked at as waited that long kids hungry, just letting them know I was disappointed! Was asked do I know how many people call and say foods rubbish but can’t return it?? Hmmm doesn't that speak volumes? I’m Not one for complaining always give a tip but if a takeout can’t even get a cheesy garlic bread right I need to say no more 🙄

Not ordering again from here as ordered lamp shish and it was soggy full of fat greasy not fully cooked chewy and taste really funny ,,, waste of money, won't feed it to my dog.

Absolutely terrible meal cost nearly 17 pound ordered a large chicken and lamb kebab with salad there was no salad and there was about 5 pieces of lamb and same again in chicken the garlic mayo looked and tasted as though they had warmed it up then put it on the kebab absolutely atrocious

Ordered 12 inch deep pizza, 5 toppings of your choice , buy one get one free of the same, the first pizza i opened was fine, the next pizza i saved for the next day, when i opened it it was just a plain cheese pizza, when i telephoned Mezza, they didnt give a toss, saying no record of any order yesterday, bloody lies i have delivery man on camera, his attitude was find another pizza supplier.....WELL THATS WHAT I WILL BE DOING

Dry grilled chicken and very small portions for the price. Chips was soggy also. Wouldn’t recommend going here definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Worst chicken Shish I’ve ever tasted. To add to this when I phoned the person that answered was rude and couldn’t care less. Isn’t possible to rate 0 stars, this place isn’t worth a star. Don’t go here unless you want to be disappointed.

never again am i ordering from here, ordered from a women friday and everything was perfect we ordered from a man today and i asked for 2 southern fried chicken wraps, i repeatedly asked see if both of them were the exact same and he said yes. then he also said minimum was 8 pound so we could get a bottle of pepsi to bring it upto 8 pound, which wasn’t a problem so we said yes. the drivers that turned up were lovely when i explained that one of the wraps were missing and they told me to ring mezza back up and tell them so they could go pick it up, so i did and now i’m needing to wait for my wrap and so is my friend since she doesn’t want to eat without me AND i’ve also been told that i need to pay another £5 for something that wasn’t even my mistake! not happy at all!!

We have used Mezza for years and have always loved all their food but, over the last few months, it has been gradually getting worse. I’m not sure whether it’s the chef or the owner that has changed but last night was the last time we will be ordering from them. The topping on my pizza was onion and very little of anything else. My husband was up all night vomiting-although I can in no way way accuse Mezza of causing this without proof-but it has put him off. So with much regret adios amigos!

Told me my order would take upto an hour called back an hour and half later they didn't even know about my order?? so I went to the best pizza instead cheaper and better quality to be honest fresher food will never return here again WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Had pizza and sides for the first time last night. Very happy, lovely pizzas, and they do jalapeño poppers so they are my new best friends. Would recommend....

Had to change my original review due to poor quality in taste and texture of food, which is a shame after the high praise i gave for the previous delivery. I dont understand how the food can change from being nice one weekend to sub par the weekend after. Sadly it seems a roulette these days with most takeaways. An expensive roulette too Be nice if management upped their game and tried to keep on top of satisfying customers with nice food Purchase at your own risk...

i got chicken with chips and god dam the chicken was dry and cold chips were cold it was shocking i am sure the chicken was left in too long and was left out to go cold I will never ever buy chicken from there again

Orderd a 18 meat feast.. came very greasy!! . Could not even eat it . Was to tired to call back . Called today to come take the pizza back ! And got nothing!! SAVE TO SAY ILL NEVER HAVE ANY GOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Food was discussing asked for chicken fillet burger an got a deep fried chicken burger which was also spice my barbecue chicken pizza was frezzing never got spice on chip an they was also frezzing

Just ordered lasagne for £6 and it looks like someone has thrown up in a burger box , its so not worth the money I just paid for it.

Rude staff ordered at 18.51 rang at half 8 told it will be 20 mins rang at 9.10 told another 15 mins blamed it on all takeaways been closed when there is 20 open in my area my partner is a key worker and is up at 5 and wanted to go bed early no phone call to sy it would be late then be rude to her on phone

Decent food but always really late and when you call they always say "its just setting off now"

Food was almost an hour late even though the restaurants only 20 minuets away from my home and they put our delivery time to over an hour after I'd ordered. When we rang the woman on the phone had a bad attitude and was sarcastic and the delivery driver had no explanation for being late. Wrap was soggy and chicken was undercooked. Never had an issue with this place before but won't be ordering again after discraceful customer service.

I’m normally very happy with the food from here but last night I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheesy garlic bread and when they arrived they Weren’t even cooked properly the cheese on top was still cold and not even melted it tasted like they put it in the over for 5 mins n took it out and it felt like they couldn’t be bothered

I haven't ordered from mazza in years but if you still do the chicken wraps with same garlic mayonnaise like you did in your old shop trust me I'll be ordering everyday , it's been a very long time but hope it's still as good going to try this week I'll let you know 👍

Two for one pizza deals are great. My fiance had a chicken wrap that she said was the best wrap she had ever had. It was that big it took two days for her to finish it. Pizza's are among the very best. Very highly recommended to anyone.

Ordered 3 different pizzas and will be the first time i say im not sure what was even on them. Very wierd. Think ill go back to my regular

Cheap and cheerful pizza place. The problem is that there are so many Pizza places close to it and it just isn't anything special.

I will never order from here again. Having already had one bad experience where it took over 2 hours for a delivery (should have learnt then) we ordered from the mezza website after we were told it was cheaper by the owner of the shop. We ordered just 2 kebabs for delivery at 7.30pm, the website said it would be with us within an hour. By 9 pm it hadn't arrived and after 2 phone calls was told both times it was on its way. At 9.45pm and further calls we were told they hadn't received a ticket, staff shouting at each other and then being told the order had never even been made. Nobody had thought to check, even the women who had taken our order told us not to order and pay before hand as 'it's like this all the time'. Wow, just wow. We ended up having our money back delivered to us instead of our food. Very poor running which is such a shame as the food is good.

Extreamly friendly crew and great food. They even stayed over closeing time to make my order that is good dedication.

Pizza and chips are always great but onion rings soggy and disappointing.

Don't like to complain but I must say was the worse takeaway I've had , called at 19.15 said it would be up to an hour which was fine but it arrive at 20.50 that wasn't good 2niugh and then to serve out the pizza and fries which clearly had been sat 2 waiting to be delivered for some time, in a nut shell the food wouldn't be fit for pigs, terribly disappointed.

I've had very good pizzas from here but tonight we ordered southern fried chicken motserrela sticks breaded garlic mushrooms and potato wedges very disappointed as everything was totally over cooked to the point of practally burnt to the point that we did not eat half of what we ordered definitely making the effort to go to KFC next time

Terrible ensure if you order the meal is clarified. The wife ordered a vegetarian without sweetcorn but with jalapenos. I ordered Chicken and sweetcorn. The delivery Jalapenos on the chicken and sweetcorn on the vegetarian.
