Pizza Roma Lostockhall in South Ribble

Came for the first time last night and will definitely be back! Really tender chicken, tasty pizzas, fresh salad etc. everything was great and the guys were lovely!

First time ordering this evening. I rang up about 8pm and they were clearly pretty busy. The man on the phone was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He advised me my order of a pizza and garlic bread would be £14.90 including delivery, which I thought was pretty reasonable. 40 minutes later my order arrived, delivered by the same man I had spoken to, who I assume is the owner. Wow! Definitely the best takeaway garlic bread I've had and the pizza was very, very tasty too! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

This is surely one of the best takeaway pizzerias in the North West. Very low key in nature - doesn’t have a proper website or much of a social media presence - this place is consistent. You know you’re going to get decent food here. Home of the Mafiosa pizza, with salami and olives - undeniably a signature - try asking for it extra spicy. Pure ☀️ The garlic breads are excellent too - they do one with heaps of Döner meat piled atop a garlic bread base. You can even add a tomato base - a revelation. Main problem here is always ordering too much 😆

Will not order anymore. The guy keep overcharging for small sizes meal, he takes price like for a big size of meal. Explanation was that the price are subject to change. Wow, thats great but 15 pounds for medium size pizza, despite the price is 9 pounds? Pathetic gold diggers.

Had takeaway from pizza Roma lots over the years. I like that you see the same staff when you go. The food is always freshly made, very hot and full of flavour. I love their tortellini a la crème. I have had lots of different things from the extensive menu and always have enjoyed. The staff are lovely and that provides a great atmosphere. Thank you to all see you soon. Maria.

Ordered here on Friday night, only took 30 mins to be delivered! Rang up enquiring about gluten free food and they were super helpful. Good news is they offer 12" gluten free pizzas and garlic breads which are actually good (like proper dough!). They even did a half and half pizza for me on a gf base. Other pizza also delicious, and all reasonably priced including delivery. 100% recommend if you are looking for a gf pizza takeaway near Leyland/Preston :)

Had a hot n spicy delivered last night to Longworth on Flag lane by the owner I believe? service with a smile and pizza was smoking hot - 5 stars

Pizza was good as always & conversation entertaining.

Had to review because not only is the food here lovely, but so are the staff. They were really helpful when we needed to order gluten-free food for my nephew and were just all round super friendly. Been a few times now and have been given the odd freebie too which is so kind! Will be going back again and again.

Bad Service. Ordered OK, drove there, then went to pay with Card. To have some blonde kid say “it’s cash only” To which i say, well you should mention that on the phone & he say’s “it’s always been cash only.” Sorry for being a new customer pal. Won’t be going there again, however if you do bring cash!!!

Not had a takeaway pizza for a while so had Americana with extra jalapeños. Enjoyed it, should have got 2.

By far the best takeaway always drop in when been to Preston or Blackpool on way home to Liverpool, so nice have to bring for rest of family after they tasted the pizzas and donner meat. Mmmm

Best kebabs by far in local area with thick cuts of doner. Pizza's are fresh and tasty, and aren't your run of the mill takeaway pizzas.

Disappointed about pizza from pizza Roma. We found a big spider on the pizza. And another pizza was burnt. When I wrote them about this they just ignore me. And they not even apologise about this.

Over lockdown I undertook the challenge of visiting every pizza takeaway in the Preston/northern South Ribble area. This place was the best in my opinion.

Very disappointed, pizzas normally good! But tonight they were burnt, won’t be ordering again.

Used to go all the time but the last two times the food has been disgusting when we spoke to the owner he was rude and his attitude was also disgusting

Pizzas are ok. Nice Garlic Bread, it was loaded with garlic and cheese. Beef Lasange was a disappointment. Looked like, and tasted like tomato puree with pasta sheets, couldn't see any mince in it.

The absolute worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life. I’d never eaten here before and definitely won’t eat here again. I ordered a mixed kebab with salad and chilli sauce and it was completely tasteless. Far better places to go!

Went there tonite and it's going to be the last time, manager is friendly enough but there's an arrogant guy with tattoos serving coughing all over my food!! As soon as I got outside I threw it in the bin.

What a Pizzeria, cant believe I found this place, a proper Italian Pizza cooked the Italian way. Hands down the best garlic bread & cheese this side of Lancashire. No other place for me when it comes to an Italian takeaway. Far better than the other takeaways in the area. Top service from the main man aswell, 10/10 will be back again and again.

Soft, yucky chips. Pizza only half cooked. Service could be better but wasn't the worst to be fair. When I went there the very first time the pizza was delicious and the guys friendly, it slowly but surely went down hill. I will not be back.

This is STILL the best place EVER for Pizza, after 18 years an moveing away now i can get delivery and its worth there charge. AWESOME.

Brilliant family-run pizza takeaway. As good as any pizza I've ever had - possibly the best! Great food, great service and great value for money. Don't be fooled into thinking they will be just like most local pizza places, they are much much better than most.

The best pizza around! Used to visit here more than once weekly more than 20 years ago when I lived in Lostock Hall and the same family still run it. Mimo is a legend with that pizza oven. Really fresh ingredients, authentic Italian pizza. Everytime I visit Lostock Hall, I make sure I order a pizza from here. Wish they would deliver to Preston! I would order too often ;) Highly recommended!

Handy Italian takeaway. Pizzas and pastas are nice. One criticism there is no menu online if you ever want to try something new you don't know what there is unless you go to the shop.

LOVE this take away! Been ordering from here for over 10 years! Cannot beat their mafiosa and their kebabs are the best around! Would recommend to anyone! The staff are lovely too!

Garlic and tomato bread with donner meat is good

Been ordering from here for years, but after requesting extra toppings we found hardly any on said pizzas. Upon calling to enquire as to why they had been missed (even though we had been charged anyway for the extras) we were told "hopefully we will get it next time?" When I replied "that's not very good customer service?" I was promptly told "the boss says there was enough!!!" At which point he hung up on me. Couldn't believe it.... needless to say we will never bother again. Terrible service.

Had a couple of take out pizzas from here yesterday and they were really nice so I'll be going back (April 2015).

staff were absolutely abysmal. so rude on telephone order and made homophobic comments. really horrible and because of this i would not recommend to go there at all.

Im not a massive takeaway lover but for this place, making an exception is very easy. Highly recommend.

missus had craving for meat! sent me out i d passed pizza roma on way to work several times during day so this monday evening parked around back walked in and got a delicious fresh donner kebab definetly first choice take away from now on. also honestly the best kebab my wifes had i ll get a pizza next time also . quality and fresh .
