When we ordered the pizza, pie and kebab burger they forgot the pie had the wait another 10 minutes for the pie to be delivered. The crust of the pizza tasted like batter, most of the chips were hard and tough to bite through.

The chicken wings were like 3 days old and they just chucked the sauce on them. Nasty. You could tell by the taste and smell it wasn’t fresh chicken they cooked that day. It was chewy and hard. After one bite I threw it away. How they get away with this is beyond me. Since the owner responded and tried to lie. The food was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even feed those wings to a dog. I would never ever buy from there again. Not only does the owner lie he doesn’t like to take accountability for serving people food that was made 3 days ago. Nasty.

Sorry to say my order was a disaster from the start my order was messed up my pie was missing had to wait a further 10 minutes for pie chips was hard and dry I’m sorry to say but it was a massive disappointment and to top that my nephew said his pepperoni plus pizza tastes like fish

Prices for what you get are extortionate, the food quality is very very poor, I ordered for my whole family and half of what I ordered was disgusting, I always used pizza Roma, they used to be good on price and quality, but now they have just gone down hill, as if they don’t care about quality of the food that goes out, I will not be ordering from them again, very disappointed and disgusted, in the end I had to cook my kids something to eat as they could not eat what was delivered, I would recommend finding somewhere else if you want quality food at a reasonable price, stay away from pizza Roma, if they carry on sending food out like what I received, it won’t be long before that place closes doors for good

Absolutely lovely margarita pizzas, one of the best I have tasted. Be very reluctant to buy from anywhere else now. Very friendly staff too. Pizzas amazin , you won't be disappointed.

had fish chips and peas was a little worried whether it would be good food because it was so cheap but I didn't need to worry coz it was exceptional from my nearest chippy I pay over £30 4 2x fish chip pea here it was under £20 gr8 value 4 money

Pizza was massively undercooked, ingredients cheap, expensive and binned 3/4 of it.

Food is quality! Pepperoni pizza is one of the best I've had in a long while

The pizza was alright but everything else was awful. The fish was cold, the chicken was so dry and the kebab meant tasted stale. The rice tasted old and it was even risotto as described. Will not be having again, especially not for almost £40.

kabab was ok ordered a ham baguette wasn't ham what ever it was it went in the bin very disappointing

Delivery time was amazing, the chicken popcorn tasted nice but all the jacket potato's were dry and tasted undercooked

Ordered delivery and the food was amazing. I didn't hear the door at first when the delivery came but the driver was so kind and waited ans was so polite. We had the ribs, pizza, sausage, and a calzone (they also included a free sausage and garlic bread) and everything surpassed our expectations especially for the price. We ordered dinner for 3 people with sides and it came to slightly under £40 (with leftovers)

The crust of the pie was hard and the chips was has well the gravy was lumpy

The guy put too much vinegar and salt on my fish and a disabled guy walked in and started doing backflips, and the owner was just hyping it up and started dancing together.🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️

Sorry Roma I don't know if we just had a one off bad experience with you as you have otherwise good reviews on just eat but I have to be honest I'm afraid. It was one of the worst take outs we ever had. Our kids didn't eat the chips, I ate some but they didn't taste very good at all... but were OK. The sausages were fine and very hot which is why the chips being cold was surprising. The chips were undercooked and stodgy. The savaloys were the main concern though as they tasted strange, were undercooked, hard and inedible unfortunately. The sausages show all is not bad with the take out so perhaps we just got a bad batch, a drop the ball order and they are usually great? My husband left a review else where and roma said we've gotten a refund we don't know if that's just for the savaloys or more yet. However I'd be happy with some sort of refund and consider action taken. Wasting money on a budget is upsetting. It feels wasted tonight as apart from the sausages nothing was really eaten and I ended up having to make cheese on toast. Sorry guys hate leaving bad reviews

Literally the worst take out we've ever had. Chips were starchy, flavourless, and cold (don't blame tbf delivery guy because the sausages were scalding hot). Saveloy was actually disgusting, felt sick after the second bite and didn't go for a third. Never been compelled to leave a review before but wow, this was awful.

Pizza was very oversalted and chicken wings had too much either citric acid or lemon juice. Disappointed.

They used to be good but unfortunately the last two orders we have had from there have had a portion of chips missing. If you order for delivery make sure you check the food before letting the delivery person leave!!

it's was luke warm when arrived, didn't taste that nice full off grease my kids didn't even eat it but my dog enjoy it, I thought it was going to be really nice as they had good reviews aswell dispointed ☹️

Disgusting, chicken was like eating concrete, donar meat was like eating a Xmas card. Chips were obviously from lunch time. Never again!!!

The food arrived on time, however when I went to eat the pizza it was not what I thought it would be. The garlic bread was very dry and didn’t taste of anything. Very disappointed

Normally order every week at lunch and food is great but ordered a bit later today and got overcooked fish left from lunchtime and kebab hard as a rock is not on. Terrible.

Amazing, fresh, homemade & flavourful food. It arrived nice and warm as always. The staff are very friendly, helpful, understanding & accommodating as always. They are brilliant at working to meet dietary requirements & customisation requests with no trouble (I'm GF & DF). Definitely my no.1 pizza shop go to out of all the rest in Nottingham. The drivers are also friendly, patient, calm and remain respectful even when the address may not be the easiest to find, unlike many other stores with rude & aggressive drivers.

They were great as always communicating with me anout any issues or changes and we're really kind and prepared to give a freebie when the didn't have everything in stock. However, even without the cheese the vegan pizza was lovely and full of veggies. The seabass was lively too just more risotto needed with it.

Fabulous pizza. Desert cheesecake frozen solid and ice cream melting.

Fish was beautiful. Regular spice eater but the chicken was completely inedible. Ridiculously spicy.

the chips was undercooked and the pizza with dripping with fat wet through of it the kebab felt like it had stones in it and the chicken felt like it was 3 days old was not freshly cut that day it was reheated wood not recommend eaten here ever

The vegan Gluten free pizza was the best I've ever hand J hope they never change from it being homemade. The shop waa friendly and allowed me to customise the pizza and double check it was vg & gf to avoid Allergy issues. The prawn salad was lovely presented as was the salmon however, it camd with normal rice no tissiThe delivery driver however was very rude and refused to listen to clear instructions

Love this place. The staff are very friendly and we're very helpful with my order, which is complicated by a severe nut allergy. They went through the menu with me and told me what to avoid whilst being patient with me and very understanding of my learning difficulties. Also allow customers who order over the phone to pay cash which is very helpful to people without a bank account.

I’m so disappointed with my order as I ordered 2 pizzas from you for collection and 1 had vegan cheese which was pitiful the amount of cheese on it which you charged me £4 extra and the second pizza had no doner meat on and the fries were overcooked and not that much for a large portion. I won’t be coming back as it stood underneath the lights waiting for you to sort out the order, you care more about delivery orders than people waiting in the shop.

Just picked up 2 portions of chips with a sauce included. I'm pretty sure the chips were frozen even though the server said they weren't. The chips tasted stale, probably from sitting too long in the warner. It was 3 pm so I think not much customers at that time. I hate places like this. The old chips should have been discarded and a fresh batch made no better what time of the day it is. I couldn't eat them so threw them in the bin. Definitely will not be going back there. Very disappointed 🙁 * RESPONSE TO THIS OWNERS REPLY * Your question was, do you have proper chips, and I said no, but it has a good test, and I show you chips asked again, do you want to try it, you said no, it's fine, I spoke to you honestly, and I answered, thank you for being a little honest, at least in social media , my customers is much important a pack chips and definitely don’t need to keep old chips... *CUSTOMERS REPLY* My question was, those chips aren't frozen, are they? To which you clearly replied, NO. You definitely did not offer me a taste!!! I am the least fussy person when it comes to food. This is my first complaint on these sites. The chips I purchased were definitely stale. I see what you're doing though, you're trying to show the other readers that I am a difficult customer. I can see you've done it to other customers that have complained. Saying you gave them free chips for a year. Which I dont believe, and if it is true it must of been a very serious complaint. Making them look bad by saying you offered a solution. You are dishonest with your reply. Who wants frozen chips with their chip shop type of food????? My friend that was with me has made her own complaint!!

worst chips i’ve ever had from a chip shop in my whole entire life. frozen and stale couldn’t even eat them we all threw them in the bin they was disgusting need shutting down!!! waste of money

First time using, won't be coming back. Nachos were overcooked and had one small blob of cheese on them, tiny pot of salsa. Lasagne was ok but carton only 2 thirds full. The waffles already had chocolate sauce on which I hate so they were thrown away. There are way better restaurants selling similar things, no need to put up with poor quality.

Delivery driver has put me off ever using them again

My husband and I had started using Pizza Roma quite frequently until they ripped us off. Collection Offer Pizza at £4.50 and £7.00 = £11.50 our usual. Insisted on charging us full menu price £19.98 whilst I stood there COLLECTING the pizza's! Would have refused it if they hadn't already taken the card/payment before I queried it. Oh well, won't be using them again, will take our weekly trade where elsewhere now. Either there is a collection offer price or is there is not, don't rip us off, trying to make out there is a special way of ordering it not mentioned in the menu - we have been having the deal most weeks when my husband passes by and collects it. P.S. they also got our order wrong last week, service is on its way down it seems since we started using them. Perhaps some better customer service may help to retain loyal customers. EDIT: Thanks for your reply, we ordered an Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) and a bbq dream (bbq sauce, chicken and smoky bacon). Both have less than four toppings but you charged us £19.98 when it should have been the £11.50 as you have put in your reply

Im not a big lover of dried our kebab meat.

Everything came cold! The fish bites was horrible they was more fish scales then actual fish! The kebab was cold and the meat looks old crusty and old Don’t order from here it’s disgusting!

The first few were awesome, the latest was burnt and the one before that was cold so there's definately a trend in the wrong direction here. I'm not sure if I'm going to order again considering the premium price that doesn't always equal premium food.

Absolutely disgraceful, we've ordered from here a few times, but last two times have been awful, and the last one was dreadful, the fries had no potato in and was rock hard. The pizza cheese and toppings was like a slab of concrete that came straight off the base on every single slice on TWO pizzas. Just eat have compensated us but however nothing is even on my account for extra credit!.

Fries weren't crispy, kebab was bland, the tartar sauce tasted like just vinegar, wasnt the worst but wouldnt say it was worth the price tag, large cheesy curly fries portion was quite small and the paper dissolved into the food

For a place that specialises in pizza you'd think the base would be cooked through! Tasted nice though but should've gone to Dominoe as the price was about the same!

For a long time I've been looking for a good pizza place, and I've finally found one, absolutely outstanding pizza, probably the nicest one I've had in my life, and I've tried a good few. I am now a long term customer :)

Placed a delivery order here tonght for the first time, the food was excellent. I've lived in Nottingham almost 50 years and a pizza lover, this was unquestionably the best Pizza I've eaten in Nottingham...Excellent
