Pizza Roma in Stockport

The quality of the food was awful. Completely disappointed. It isn't worth it at all. But the staff members were friendly.

I spent £30.30 on a meal that included Kubeda Kebab with naan and Chicken Tikka with rice, expecting a delicious and satisfying experience. However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The taste was terrible, and it was quite obvious that it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. The texture and flavor were completely off, making it unappetizing and difficult to enjoy. In the end, we couldn’t even finish half of the meal and had to leave most of it behind. It was a complete waste of money and an overall disappointing dining experience.

I had a truly dreadful experience at Pizza Roma, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered the chicken strip box meal, expecting something at least half-decent, but what I received was far from it. The chicken strips were absolutely vile—dry, chewy, and completely lacking in flavor. It was as though they had been cooked days ago and reheated multiple times. The texture was so unpleasant I could barely finish even one piece. The chips that accompanied the meal were equally appalling. They arrived cold, limp, and soggy, with no seasoning or redeeming qualities whatsoever. It was obvious they hadn’t been freshly cooked and had likely been left sitting out for far too long. To make matters worse, the overall presentation of the meal was unappetizing. It looked carelessly thrown together, with no attention paid to quality or detail. For the price I paid, I expected far better. This experience has completely put me off ever ordering from Pizza Roma again. If you’re considering giving this place a try, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Vile food and zero effort in quality control make this a place to avoid at all costs.

Spent over £30 on an order tonight. First of all they sent the burger wrong from a burger meal. Yes they replaced the burger after 30 minutes, but did not bring fresh chips. Then my 6 year old had cheesy garlic bread and mushrooms, it has been accidentally contaminated with a few jalpenos, which then ment my child didn’t get her food. Will never order from here again. This is not good of someone had allergies. To be fair to them the food tasted nice but the service was as bad.

The best thing about their chicken is its freshly fried at that time. Tastes really good and is also very economical.

order was initially scheduled to arrive between 1:10 pm and 1:35 pm. However, it took forever for restaurant to prepare the order and we finally received the order at 1:56 pm. Moreover there wasn’t any live tracking and as such i didn’t know when will the food arrive. So had to wait outside the whole time to check when the driver would arrive. The order was for my 5 year old child and she was literally crying out of hunger. Would give negative start if it allowed

As someone who ordered a pizza from Pizza Roma, can share my experience with their Hot Vegetarian Pizza. The combination of fresh ingredients and extra olives made it a delightful choice. Plus, I'm pleased to note that they're still open during the crisis!

I am not happy one bit. Food still hasn’t turned up yet it said it was on its way 40 minutes ago?? Can’t get hold of the restaurant either. Won’t be using again.

Dry and hard chicken wings, fee like reheat in microwave, can’t believe they would keep wings like this to sell to the customers.

So we have ordered from here for a while and it has never let us down, however tonight we didn’t get what we ordered, without going into detail the way they handled it was above and beyond! Replaced the missing items quickly (even the box was still piping hot) Thank you for amazing pizzas 🤩

Decent scran, which was delivered within about 10 minutes. The pizza was good but I couldn’t taste the pizza sauce, and they gave garlic mayo dips instead of putting garlic on the pizza. That said, you can tell they use proper mozzarella which is quite few and far between with takeaways. The chicken burger was HENCH, probably the largest one from a takeaway so far. Get it spicy as the sauce they dip it in is spot on(sweet as well as a bit spicy)👌🏻 Will deffo order again

just the best takeaway around. everything we have tried in the menu is 10/10 always hot and fresh. pizzas are the best I've ever had and the chicken burgers and wraps are gorgeous. my niece rated her donner box 10/10. always my go to good place now.

Even my son loves it and he can be hard to please when I comes to chicken burgers absolutely 10/10 pizzas off the scale! Perfect ratio cheese tomato puree everything is perfect my new place!!

Me and my family order from Pizza roma and gave it all 5 star bloody great food.

A very kind gentleman served me a 7" special pizza meal. The pizza base was soft and the topping were full loaded with plenty of cheese. Every slice was delicious. Chips very soft from inside and crispy from outside. With lovely chilli and Garlic sauce. I Highly recommend this place of you want a quality meal.

Ordered a donna kebab with all salad all sauces and chips which cost £9.Chips was over cooked and the kebab, had literally 1 tiny smidge of lettuce and that's it.All I could taste was hot sauce(no other sauces was on it).Wont be returning

I ordered from here on the recommendation of My brother. Never again. If you like you food late, donner meat like leather and cold, pizza soggy and cold. This is the place for you. Only thing warm was the fries. Ordered 14 inch pizza, sent x2 9 inch, which isn't a massive issue but can you imagine a restraunt doing the same?? Avoid. There are much better in stockport.

Absolutely shocking I normally get shawarma from else where but it was closed and it was my sons 10th birthday and that's what he wonted. I order from here before when it was nanos and it was ok, but instead of ordering My misses went to order in the shop so it was fresh and qwick. Complete opposite it was cold and fatty and took over a hour and we spent close to £70 should of just gone out to eat.

Ordered a chicken burger and a shake at exactly 6:52 pm I received this at 7:39 pm and this was only after I had to ask multiple times where was my food and shake to which I got a sigh as if I was bothering him. The communication was poor, the food was below mid and the shake was very sickly and was made with cheap products. I will certainly not be coming again and I don’t think any of the customers in the place will be either after being overcharged and stupid waiting times

They are so unprofessional and disrespectful I ordered load box there was a guy he said will take 15 minutes and I waited around 35 minutes and still was not ready. Then i asked for sauce the guy was angry fighting with me i just asked for sauce.

I ordered for delivery just as they were closing (accidental tho, I didn't realise it was so late) and they delivered to a really obscure location, and have us a free garlic bread cuz the 1st one got cold. Pizza was great!!

Wicked best kebab I’ve ever had

They're really great. They make the food fresh rather than having it sit there for a while so you get chewy chicken. They're also really kind, I was waiting for a taxi and I felt rude saying my taxi was nearly there but they hurried and got my food to me which is dead nice. Good food. Good service 👍

I've ordered the 'beefy one' pizza from here a few times, it's delicious and the garlic and herb dip which comes with it is lovely. Very tasty pizza with fresh red onions. I would definitely recommend this place

I must really say, food cooked by Pizza Roma, all their varieties especially pizza, is amazing and fantabulous. I haven’t ate pizza except Domino’s ever before. Till the time, after trying pizza from Pizza Roma, make it feels like a perfect way to happiness. Food quality, hygiene, cooking techniques, everything is brilliant. “NOTHING BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER LIKE GOOD FOOD”. and I think so that Pizza Roma very well knows how to bring people together with them.

Very disappointing pizza - way too much cheese, the tomato paste was very sweet, and hardly any pepperoni. Unfortunately most of it went in the bin, will definitely not be ordering from there again.

I've had better pizza for less money from other take out places as the chicken strippers where greasey & the garlic & herb sauce wasn't in the stuffed crust as you'd expect it to be, the dr pepper should of been fairly chilled too.

We've been using this place quite often on the way back from the pub, it's our favourite hangover prevention! It can get pretty busy with phone and online orders for deliveries at that time as it's the only place still open locally, but we have never had bad service or a bad pizza. Would definitely recommend them.

I’ve ordered the once a month ago can’t remember exactly what the name of the pizza I had was but it was Mexican and delicious. Cooked to perfection and the combination of the Mexican spice, jalapeños and pineapple was tasty. On my second order tonight. Hope it’s as nice as the first time I had it. Also, the man on the phone was nice and polite, not rude like some other places can be. They actually appreciate your custom. I’ve not tried anything else apart from the pizza, but if you are wanting a pizza, I’d recommend Pizza Roma 100% 👌🏻🤤 great job guys!

Turned up half an hour late. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times no answer. Tried again and got told “on another line”. Food arrived after I’d gone to bed and it was room temperature!
