Pizzas overcooked bolognese dry kebab meat like rubber first and last one of the worst pizzas I've had won't be ordering again

Been here a few times and they would always deliver after 2am even though I always ordered around midnight. I live local so that is pathetic. Also their food always gave me the runs. Appalling customers service and their delivery driver tried to get me to pay twice. Never again one of the worst pizza shops in blyth !!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Food superb as always, delivery was unusually late as usually on time if not early!

Vegetarian pizza ordered, but found kebab layered underneath all the vegi toppings. If anyone has any allergies, I would not risk buying from here. If they can put meat on a vegi pizza, they can certainly mess up again. The bad attitude when ringing to tell them was terrible too. All I wanted was a sorry for the mistake, but got excuse after excuse. Apparently a vegetarian pizza always has meat on! 🤔🤔

No contact from store about been late tried to say they had problems with drivers! Ordered garlic bread special and came with margarita Didnt get an apology for been late and food was clay cold and horrible!

I ordered the food at about 7pm got a confirmation that it b ariving 8.25pm, it still wasn’t here at 9pm tried to ring take away just answer phone, messaged just eat they got through? B out 5 mins they arived few minutes later, chips cold, cheasy chips cold and they sent chicken out instead of donner kebab, tried ringing pizza real answer phone again, contacted just eat they r not sending out replacement as ran out of donner kebab? On Wednesday getting a £10 refund as already payed on my card, so while I wait for this had to ring another takeaway n the time took to write this...new food from different restaurant has arrived Will not b using pizza real again...told me the connection was down on phone but just eat can get through

Food says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. Rang them and they said the driver was on its way, rang them for a second time 30 minutes later and apparently they tried to call me and say they couldn’t make it then hung up the phone and didn’t mention anything about a refund as I paid on my card.

pizza arrived within half an hour piping hot and with steam coming from the box! good quality food, better than a lot of other takeaways in the area

had to go pick up an order I pre-ordered for 8.45 and paid for at 6. would not of picked up order if I hadn’t paid for it beforehand. I think they ran out of kebab as my kebab Parmesan I order regularly had 2 bits of kebab in and was layered with tomato paste. unhappy they continue to treat a regular unfairly

total joke!! they missed my chips off my order rung up twice and they saod 10mins and in the end my chips never came!! food wasn't nice chick tasted burnt I would never order from here and not recommended!!!

Pizza tastes disgusting got a weird taste and couldn’t dip chips in garlic sauce or curry sauce because the sauces were horrible too tastes vulgar only thing we liked was garlic bread

2 hours from ordering to food been delivered the food had been sitting wrapped for a while and was all soggy first time used never use them again

Use this place quite often and usually very happy, but last night I ordered kebab meat with salad and garlic sauce and some cheesy chips. Meat arrived, but no sign of salad or sauce and chips were undercooked. Was on time tho

I ordered a chicken kebab and it was the worst chicken iv ever eaten, it was more like pulled chicken and looked like somebody had eaten a chicken then vomited it up and then reheated and sold. To top it all off the delivery driver would not stop repeatedly knocking on my door at half 3 in the morning we had extreme words as there's children upstairs and wife in bed I left all the lights on and made it quite obvious that I was waiting watching for the driver. I'm quite an extreme guy who buys takeaway all the time and that driver needs sacked, rubbish food and bad attitude

It's a shame the delivery driver is so miserable. We order weekly, but we'll be going elsewhere due to the uncomfortableness of having to deal with his miserable attitude.

I asked for my food to be cooked a certain way, and they did it. Good food, good service.

Pizza was small, looked lost in the box. Was late. Pizza boxes stacked on top of each other so the bottom pizza was ruined because the topping was stuck to the lid. Very little amount of topping on pizzas. Delivery driver held hand out expecting a tip, cheeky.

Used to order here all the time and the odd times they missed stuff of but been away for a while and ordered tonight took the utter p*ss received the food on time but was missing the chips and chilli sause so rang up got told they would send out the missing items but it is busy so would send a can of pop as apology. Then nearly an hour later they turn up with the chips still no chilli sause no can and now the first lot of food is freezing. Waste of money so won't be returning unfortunately . :(

Wrong order said they didnt do half n half pizzas when my order last week was half n half! Chips were cold and chilli sauce was open n all poured out the bag!!!

This has happened a few times not ive ordered a shish wrap n its came as a chicken wrap and when i ask for a shish 3 in 1 there never any shish in wont be ordering again

Well after being told an hour and 10 mins for your order wasn't bad enough to have it turn up 25 30 mins late. I suppose at least it was hot but that's about all I can say

great service, friendly delivery driver. my food came half an hour early and was still hot. it was by far one of the nicest takeaways I’ve had in a long time! Absolutely disappointed! They charged us more than it cost and the delivery took soo long to come! I normally used to order from here all the time and it was good now the service is not good at all. Won’t be ordering again!

Quite simply the worst takeaway Ive ever had - pizza had burnt edges, chicken kebab was dry/cold/disgusting, chips were soggy and the pitta was hard. Awful food - do not order from this place.

Order late bag had sauce all over poorly packed . Pizza was of poor quality kebab was acceptable chilli sauce was reasonable. Garlic was all over the bag shame as I've ordered before and was decent quality however won't be ordering again

Pizzas seem thin and not much toppings on and chicken wraps smaller than other pizza shops for price the free bottle of coke was nice tho

Food was stone cold. 20 mins later than time stated. Ordered donner and chicken wrap and had no chicken in it but did have cheese which i didn't ask for. Chips drowned in garlic sauce which tasted sweet so really sickly. Won't be trying again

Food never turned up. Said it was delivered but it never came. Tried calling 30 minutes before closing time to check where it was but phone was clearly left off the hook so they didn't have to do any more orders still took my money though. Great service.

The delivery driver shouldnt be asking if he can keep the change from youre payment he should aim to deliver food on time and if the customer sees fit they can give him a tip cheeky git

Worst takeaway I've had in years, threw away £30 of food in the bin, all food very greasy. tandoori chicken no coating just tasted plain, kebab was meant to come with fried pepper and onions and mushrooms but did not. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

After waiting 2 hours for our food to arrive it came and it was disgusting. One pizza was mashed up into one corner of the pizza box and was soggy and wet whilst the topping had came off the other half and was lying in a lump inside the box. None of the pizzas were cooked properly, they were all soggy on the bottom, not one out of the five ordered were decent. Would not recommend to anybody and will not be using them again.

they have a pizza on the menu called meatballs which we ordered. when it arrived it had pepperoni, salami and jalapeños. , no meatballs :-(. Tasted terrible.

Parmesan was to die for not the best to look at but amazing quality best 7 pound I've ever spent and I've travelled as far as Middlesbrough for a home made one and 100% not a patch on what I just had 5 star from 20 patterdale
