£7 to get 2 slices of fudge cake and some cheesecake… thought I was blessed until I found out it’s more frozen than the peas at the back of my fúcking freezer. Gone to bite into it and omfg I thought I bit a brick. Having to wait for cake to defrost at 11pm at night. Amazing food but clearly the desserts come from the santas arse seen how cold it is.

Just had the most awful pizza and garlic bread, had to throw most of it away , the base was so undercooked that we could not eat it, will not be going back

Avoid. We placed an order on uber eats which was not fulfilled. The takeaway then *claimed* we cancelled the order by telephone (we did not) and they had started preparing our food (they hadn't) so they could scam us out of our money. Con artists.

Dispacable place, don’t use Uber eats! Cancelled my order and then charged me for it as they’d started cooking the food? £40 down? Disgusting

Very disappointed. Thought we would try somewhere new and paid £15 for this chicken Parmesan and was shocked when I opened the box and seen the size of it. I have had from other places twice the size and half the price.

Forte second year running, we ordered a large quantity of pizzas for a club’s Christmas Quiz. This year, we ordered 29 pizzas of varying sizes and flavours. The function was taking pale at the nearby Ship Inn and we asked for an 8pm delivery. Everything came on time, it was all piping hot, and we even got ourselves a couple of free pizzas and two bottles of Pepsi into the bargain. Everybody enjoyed the night, and the pizzas certainly contributed. Really good prices as well. I really can’t fault this place, and the service was so great and the staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and we will be back next Christmas.

Payed over £17 for chicken burger and chips and a can of coke the chips was un eatable the hash brown was soggy and the can of coke was sat on top of hot food and been left that long the coke was hot payed over £2 for a can of pop I couldn't drink just eat need to actually check these places out because paying for food can't eat and paying £3,50 for delivery but waiting over an hour for food

Very friendly staff, especially the delivery drivers. Fast hot food made with care, I ordered a donner kebab , it was fantastic. 25 minutes for delivery is good too ! The drivers are great.

Terrible customer service. The food didn’t turn up, when we called the person who answered the phone was very rude, aggressive and didn’t care. Said it wasn’t his problem!

Visited Pizza Pronto and was met by friendly staff after talking to the staff I ordered the Mexican hot pizza on a bbq base. A special mixed kebab and sweet potato fries. Food was all fresh and ready in a reasonable time. Highly recommended

I came 2 hours drive to Richmond for the day to see the castle and locals landmarks of historical interest i felt hungry so i came across a take away called Pizza Pronto Richmond the staff was well presented and welcoming they was polite and gave great service to me and my family i gotta say they had the best Pizza ever with the right amount of cheese and soft base texture with the Donner Kebab which was amazing and delicious with the Garlic Sauce and not to mention the Mix Grill which has mixture of everything that was the best me and my family enjoyed it and would certainly come again and recommend to anyone to try. Thank you to all staff at Pronto Pizza

Nice food. The pizza is a deep dish not the best but good enough. Kebab was nice. Get the options of small medium and large and medium is a good size. Nice chilli sauce. Took about 10 mins for the order which was good for freshly prepared.

Ordered a hot shot Parmo just as they opened and I didn't believe it could be so bad!! Barely any topping but the chicken tasted really strongly of fish!! I know it's attached to a fish and chips shop which explains a lot but the fish taste was horrible!! Standard soggy old chips too but for chicken to taste that strongly must mean there's storage issues or they're cooking it in really old, rank fish frying oil!! In reply to your reply, we were driving home and were no where near Richmond to bother getting it changed so it went in the bin. I was fully aware of what toppings are on a hotshot Parmo but bechemel and cheese in decent quantity are a good start!! You didn't address the fish taste though....... The point of a review is to let the general public make an informed choice, looking at your other reviews your response isn't a surprise. Why would I want you to offer replacement? Why would I bother complaining when other reviews state your staff get aggressive?

Had been out all day. Needed something quick...small donner pizza was done in 10 mins and was spot on! The guy added garlic and chilli sauce on at the end for me too. Great little pizza with a good amount of kebab meat and cheese on. Cheers guys!

Well, I don't know where to start really, I ordered 2 pizzas, a donna wrap and some cheesy chips. When I turned up to collect the order the guy on the counter looked like he wanted to fight me, giving me evil looks and talking to me in indialectable sentences. The cheesy chips looked like they had been cooked in boiling water and were totally inedible. The pizza was served on a base as thick as my king size mattress. I would of returned to complain if it wasn't for fear of being battered by the guy on the counter. I would definitely recommend this place though, if your looking for a fight. (Edit, the shops reply wants us to get intouch about the staff aggression, YEAH RIGHT, no reply about the poor food)

The worst pizza I have ever eaten. It arrived stuck to the lid of the box. We had to scrape the topping off the box and put it back on the pizza. The crust was too thick and be and there was too much cheese and tomato on it. How hard can it be to make a simple pizza?

Terrible experience and offers items they don’t actually sell. The man that served us made us feel rushed into a decision to decide what food we wanted despite there being no one else in the shop. We were told they make ‘lash goshte’ as well as them advertising in the window that they do however this isn’t true. After ordering one we found that what they actually sell is a pile of soggy dough with tomato and meat in the middle. Completely unsatisfactory and terrible customer service would not recommend going here, even as a last minute option after a night out. Also the chicken wings are rank and dry

The best service. Broke down just after scotch corner and didt really know my location but was looking at a long waiting time for rac. Thank god for Google maps. They were so helpful and managed to get a pizza to me. The pizza was amazing

Order evertime we vist flowery dell lodges ,this time we stayed in bottom lodge ,wouldn't order anywhere else, food perfect delivery on time as stated, plenty of pizza toppings etc, friendly staff and delivery, keep it up see you next year 😀

Ordered online. Almost an hour and a quarter later, no sign of the pizza so I called the shop to be very rudely told that my expectations were ridiculous and that the £5 I'd paid for delivery didn't guarantee my pizza within any timescale at all! Eventually the very rude employee agreed to cancel my order and told me the 'boss' would call me the next evening to organise the refund. Delivery driver eventually turned up, an hour and a half after I ordered. I advised him we'd cancelled, he agreed the time taken was too long and apologised. Incredibly rude 'boss' called me the next evening after I'd sent 3 emails asking why I hadn't received a call. He first of all denied receiving the order. Then he told me I was lying about the conversation with the person at the shop. Then he told me that I'd been rude to the delivery driver offering him a medal for turning up which I most definitely had not. Told me I'd have to contact the website directly for a refund, then told me he wouldn't refund and if the person at the shop said they would then I should take it up with him! First time ordering. Heard good things but was disappointed. Both pizza’s had been squashed and the topping was on the lid of the box. It was Extremely greasy. The chips were horrible. No flavour and soggy when they arrived. We have tried and won’t be ordering again.

So we travelled from barnard castle tonight for a chippy which we found along with this cracking little pizza place, managed to get a 9" pizza bbq based with tandoori chicken and donner which was £9.30 for that on it's own, the pizza as you can see below was outstanding 10 out of 10 for me best pizza I've tasted in England! They use the pizza machine which it goes through and it cooks it to perfection so yeah outstanding, managed to purchase some of my favourite prime aswell ( 7 cans of the original American stuff ) haggled but got a deal, I'll defo be back again loved the pizza and look forward to a can of the juicy prime tomorrow thanks

Quality of the food isn’t consistent and £1.50 for a can of Pepsi and £1.00 for an extra pitta bread is taking the p……… I know inflation is up but come on really. Food - average Prices - extortionate Service - shocking, unprofessional

We were staying as a family Christmas at Brompton Lakes near Richmond, we thought we fancy a pizza and ordered from Pizza Pronto, best decision, we ordered various pizza’s, one was vegetarian, fish, etc, came in the time they stated, phoned when close to just ensure correct address and it was hot and so tasty, we would definitely recommend this company.

Cash only screams of tax avoidance. No receipts given (legally obliged to supply but don't even when asked!) Staff are ignorant as hell. Orders received when you get home makes you wonder if they even listen to what you say.

Ordered a take away pizza. It was okay and I would probably have ordered again. However I now get regular texts asking me if I am hungryand that they are open. The number the text is from is from overseas and just appears as PIZZAPRONTO so cannot be blocked. To stop the texts you have to message an 81000 number and pay for the privilege to stop texts you have not asked for. This review will cost them more than they make from my text. I hope they change their practice.

Prices are to high especially for delivery

I use this place on a semi-regular basis. Usually the staff recognise me, and instantly they’ll know i will order my usual…. I ordered my usual. A double kebab burger. My order is barely a single. I will not be using them again.

Great food however salad is very dry could do with a little dressing of some kind. Also the chips are to dry making them hard to swallow.

Take payments from Internet when it's a mistake and do nothing to give you payment va k. So rude when spoke to staff. Never go to them again

I rang to order and asked for my order to be delivered at 9.25pm as that is when I would be home from work as a key worker they turned up to my door at 8.55pm so couldn’t pay they said they would come back the day after at 4pm the food was disgusting and highly over priced! Could tell it was all frozen rubbish I ate one piece of pizza as was vile I couldn’t eat anymore, tried ringing the shop today when they opened so we could reason with it after all of the fuss and they did not answer then turned up at my door at 7.15pm when trying to put my two young children to bed demanding for money guy wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say was so very rude! Will not be visiting here ever again and I’ll be sure to tell the community not to go here either!

lovely fresh pizzas and amazing service

Pizza was lovely but a bit pricey. The kebabs were very salty. Really surprised that we didn't get any sauce with the kebabs either. Apparently you pay extra for those. I'd order the pizzas again but definitely not the chicken or chicken tikka kebabs.

Even though we had loads of snow they still delivered!!! Delivery driver walked over 330 yards though the snow to deliver. Absolute legend, thank you so much.

New to the area and wasn't sure which Pizza place to try. I was not disappointed! The pizzas were really nice (Mexican and veggie). Nice base and crust which for me sets the standard Vs other take aways. Canny pricey at nearly dominoes prices but well worth it!

We have been ordering pepperoni pizza from the Richmond shop for years and enjoyed every one. The last one purchased yesterday (3rd Feb 2020) was not good. Something has changed and we think it's the cheese used. It was like sticky synthetic syrup. Hope they review any change to the ingredients they may have recently made. One more chance as it may have been a one-off.

Visiting for the weekend, ordered chicken kebab, 2 mixed kebabs and new Yorker pizza, can honestly say the food was some of the best I've ever had from a takeaway. We were told there would be a wait, which there was, but no longer than expected . Kebabs were lovely, salad fresh and there was plenty of toppings on the pizza, and all the food was hot. Would definately order from here again 10 out of 10

Ordered a takeaway from here last night. They delivered to Swale View Caravan Park and got the driver to ring when at the main entrance. The food was piping hot on arrival, very tasty and not greasy in the slightest. Would definitely order from here again.

28th June 2019. Same premises as Castle Fisheries. Review of Fish and Chips. 3 sizes available ; small , large and extra large portions. We had 2 portions of the large. Absolutely massive helping. One box would do two people. 3 large pieces of lightly battered cod plus whopping portion of chips with skin on. Very healthily fried in a light oil so food was crisp and dry ( no pun intended). Extremely popular; all food fried to order but didn't take long.. Wide menu catering for all tastes with special nights throughout the week , pensioner portions etc etc.
