Lovely pizza, the best in town !

I don't think I've ever had a better takeaway pizza in this country. Just as delicious as they were back in the late 80's when they opened. It's still the same chef too! Friendly and a great price compared to the big brand rip offs. If You're buying your pizza anywhere else, you're missing out.

Fast delivery and very good food

I've been a customer here for the past 25 years or so. It's changed hands and the website and menu are not accurate any more. I'm glad to say that the quality of pizza has maintained throughout the years

Absolutely delicious! New to Dover and so happy we have now found out go-to pizza shop. The food was incredible, the delivery was quick and everything was piping hot. Highly recommended the party package as the value is great. We spent over £60 in total and had so much to go around all of us that there is still some pizza left over for lunch today :)

Tried a few places in Dover but this will be my only place for pizza from now on. The food arrived promptly and everything was hot! The coleslaw and the garlic pizza bread were gorgeous! Not the cheap KFC style coleslaw, but homemade and delicious! Pizza's were cooked properly and had plenty of toppings! Thank you pizza Pronto, we will be back!

1st time we have used Pizza Pronto. We ordered 3 medium pizza's and one Kebab, all of the food was fantastic, fresh and tasty, delivered earlier than expected and piping hot when it arrived. We will definitely be coming back, cannot recommend enough!

Have ordered from here a couple of times in the last couple of months. Brilliant pizza, just how it used to be in the 90s. Really tasty, arrived fast and super hot.

Ordered a New Yorker and a Puzza Pronto Special. I collected it was told 40 mins ,I arrived at 19 40 as ordered at 18.55. No issues, food was excellent and staff very polite. My family will definitely use this ace again. Thank you

Tried ordering food but it kept avoiding my payment and I can't get hold of them as the phone doesn't ring

pronto was best pizza in dover, but now there us hardly any pizza sauce or cheese on pizzas. garlic bread has hardly any garlic sauce on it and it tastes tasteless. I know there is a cost of living crisis at the moment but surely that is a reason for maintaining the quality that kept me coming back again and again. I'm sad to say t I will not be ringing them again.

Didn't come at the time we asked to be delivered came 43 minutes early asked for BBQ based nearly any might as well have none sauges were nice bacon looks like its been nibbles by a minion as the was not even the size of a ear stud of bacon dough was like a loaf of broad

Good accessible website, fast delivery with really nice delivery drivers! Really nice pizza and garlic pizza but the wedges could do with cooking a bit more but that's it

What has happened to Pizza Pronto? We have been happy customers since it opened, even when the old owner sold up, we were not disappointed, until today. The base is unrecognisable, really greasy and thin. Hardly any cheese but loads of onions. Plus delivery was £7? Sadly we will not be back

It's a shame used to be the best pizza's in town now greasy and you can't tell the difference between each pizza lots of onion's my friend and I had three different one's but honestly you couldn't tell them apart 😟

We always ordered from Pizza Pronto from few years, but when the owner changed every time we had bad experience, but still we tried to give a chance, we stoped order very often but still we ordered untill today, today was last order, they said that we have to wait 50 min, ok, after 1h we had the phone call from the driver and he said that my delivery arrived but few seconds later he said that is a mistake, he is on different street and we have to wait another 10 min so I called shop and I cancelled my order and asked for refund. Few min later driver arrived and gave me my money back and free pizza, which I ordered. When I made the order I ordered pizza with 4 coleslaw and 4 extra garlic sauce for £22.00, when the driver gone I called Pizza Pronto to order salads and sauce, first they told me off because I had pizza for free and I explained that I do not want salad and sauces for free only I want to order, after that they took my order but the time and price I couldn' accept, 1h waiting for delivery, nearly £10.00 for 4 salads and £9.00 for delivery, how is possible to pay for that when I ordered jumbo BBQ chicken supreme pizza with 4 salads and 4 extra sauces for £22.00

I've been coming here for in excess of 20 years, when I was 11 I used to get my wages from my little job and come get a pepperoni pizza from here and eat it by the river, one of my favourite memories growing up and after moving away I thought I would return to reminisce. I ordered my "usual" and the box was incredibly greasy within minutes of leaving, could feel it through the bottom. When I opened the box it was just a greasy mess, literally the greasiest pizza I'd ever seen and didn't even eat all of it as it was pretty tasteless. Perhaps a bad day, so I tried it again and ordered a couple of pizzas for the family and I. Ordered Margheritas and although not greasy, they were again largely tasteless. Such a shame as this place used to do amazing pizzas but I guess most things change over time. Won't be going back for sure, well, at least not for another 20 odd years.
