DEAL SMUGGLERS CAFE in Dover

Super lekker gegeten bij TCY in Deal. Attent en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekkere gerechten zowel het voor-, hoofd- als nagerecht. Leuke live muziek tijdens en ook nog na het eten. Omdat het 1e paasdag was konden we terug naar onze cottage geen taxi bereiken. Dit werd door de TCY opgelost door ons naar huis te laten brengen door de head chef himself, hoe lief is dat !! Wij zouden hier zeker weer gaan eten als we in Deal zijn en ik raad het iedereen aan.

Stayed on route to Europe, fatalities are good, we stopped for some food was was very nice and can recommend the doom bar, was a lovely pint. Highly recommend

The final time I’m ordering from here. Was told 55 mins for delivery, it eventually turned up 1.5 hrs later, cold, with one main and one rice missing from the order, we had to split the delivered food between 6 of us (couldn’t face the drama of phoning and waiting another 1.5 hours for the missing order). My order was a chicken balti consisting of cold sauce and over cooked chicken and a random piece of meat, that found its way into the dish, that tasted suspiciously like pork… Soggy onion bhaji and greasy naan bread. We have ordered from here previously and had a similar experience, but unfortunately forgot how disappointing the whole experience was.

Used to absolutely love Pizza Pronto. Their deep pan pizza use to have an amazing hand stretched fluffy base. The mix of cheese was a great blend of strong and smooth. They just felt like nice hand made pizzas.... Ordered tonight and I feel like I could have put 2 frozen pizzas in the oven.... The bases feel and taste like they are factory made. The cheese is different. No tangy cheddar in there anymore. When I phoned to find out if anything has changed they said nothing had changed. We had noticed over the past couple of years the menu had kebabs added to it.... And the new signage... It's not Pronto as we knew it. Real shame.
