The pizza was very good. Don't get the pesto dip though, not nice at all.

Really delicious pizza and a great atmosphere but service wasn't anywhere near as good as the first time we went but would 100% recommend to anyone

The food was delicious and the sauce that came out with was amazing. Asked at the end to have some and the staff was kind to get me one:))) they are all so polite and friendly. Specially Rick and the guy that gave me the sauce:)) (didn’t get his name We will be back

After eating here twice now I must say that this place really is fantastic, not only is the food amazing! But the staff here are so welcoming and accommidating. I believe that it was Rick that looked after myself, my wife and our son and he couldn't of been any more professional. To round this up this restaurant truly is amazing! Will definitely be returning. Ps the cherry soda is the best I've ever tried.

Amazing place to go and eat ! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious and there are so many options for what pizza to get. We always love seeing what their special pizza of the month is and think it’s a wonderful option. The desserts are amazing i’m absolutely in love with the lemon sorbet and the presentation is very unique and fun ! It’s a great and affordable place to go for dinner. Kid friendly.

A Sunday lunch visit. We booked a table which helped as it was very busy. Fun decoration and lots of areas for eating. It’s a little tight between tables Service was good, a couple of wrong/forgotten items but nothing that wasn’t easily resolved. The staff were super friendly. It’s not cheap, for a relatively average size pizza with a couple of toppings. The dips are very expensive. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn’t accept cash which wasn’t made aware to us until the bill came making things a little awkward within our group. Once leaving the restaurant it became apparent all our clothes smelled of the kitchen even though we sat upstairs away from the kitchen. A good pizza but lack of accepting cash and the smell will see us not returning.

I would say THE BEST PIZZA in my live! Highly recommend that place!

I wasn't super impressed by their interpretation of Fiorentina Pizza, with fried onion and egg I couldn't find, but the base was fine so I might come back to try one of the other pizzas.

The pizzas are actually authentic, loved the crust and a good variety of options to choose from. Seating could be improved (cushioning of the chair, and they are too low) but the rest of the interior was so rustic and interesting. The service from the team was amazing!!! It was a busy Sat evening yet the host managed to get us a table within15-20 min wait time and was very cheerful even amidst the rush. Our server Maya did a fab job!catered to all our needs and helped us pick the right drinks for our pizza. Would definitely dine again.

The pizza here is really excellent. My wife doesn't really do pizza, but she thoroughly enjoyed hers. Great service enhanced the experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit.

This is our second trip to Pizza Pilgrims, each time I swear it gets better. We had Alwin as our server and he was so polite and attentive. His service was wonderful. We saved space for dessert, and the Nutella tiramisu is what my dreams are made of. 10/10 will be back again

My friend and I ordered Mushrooms & Truffle pizza and Garlic flat pizza and were very tasty. Astin, the waiter was very polite with us and they bring us the food very quickly.

The food took about 40 minutes to arrive from the point of ordering. The pizza was OK but nothing special. Aubergines were not cooked properly. The ambience is not great. Very overcrowded.

Delightful experience with Rick being an iconic superstar Legend. A true listener who was emphatic and genuine for our allergen and dietary needs. A truly delightful person to have as host.

Where to start,the atmosphere was not nice and the music was nothing like the music you would listen in the pizzeria in Napoli, the pizza was burnt in the middle that means no much sauce and no enough mozzarella. The fritti misto wasn't much better. Service was ok . Sorry but not recommended. Never again.

As an Italian, I had high expectations for the pizza, but I was very disappointed. The pizza had very little sauce, and it didn’t match the descriptions displayed outside. What was advertised gave the impression of something much better, but the reality was quite underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend it.

As an italian i can say that this pizza is chewy not good at all, i don't raccomand this

Margherita extra, extra. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I wasnt sure when it arrived with a fresh ball of uncooked mozzarella on top, but it was so tasty, particularly the base. Authentic pizza priced less than dominoes. Would recommend.

Their gluten free pizza was good last time (ca. 12 months ago) but today it was rubbish! Previously it was quite similar to ordinary in look at least (and as I recall the taste was too, my wife is coeliac), but now it looks like made in factory by some machine and it tastes like an undercooked sole. I had absolutely no attraction to try it's taste, looked like those plastic ones from Schar, my wife threw out more than half of it despite saying it had better taste than the Schar one (very low bar actually). Apparently the honeymoon is over, people got hooked, and now it is time to decrease quality for the same price. Previosuly we visited often (birth of our child made us stay away for several months) but today's order was the last. The ordinary margherita was good still, but I will not eat from there alone. Edit: I tasted the leftover eventualy being on the way to the bin (was a home delivery), and yes, it is no good! Not like a sole of a shoe, but still did not swallow. Definitelly had much better memory of it from the last time. Forgot to mention: wife felt it undercooked, so she put it in the over for some more before giving up on it. Also better giving honest review and not discussing the wording and my reactions in detail, agreeing with the management prior on what to say and what we experienced. I can give review on my own, thanks.

Cheap quick option in the city center. Beautiful decoration that transports you to Italy and quite a large shop. However, I wouldn't say that the pizza is reminiscent of Italian. Disadvantage is that there is not a large (by far) choice for salads. If you're hungry and want something easy, it's a safe choice.
