Pizza Pilgrims Cambridge in Cambridge

Margherita extra, extra. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I wasnt sure when it arrived with a fresh ball of uncooked mozzarella on top, but it was so tasty, particularly the base. Authentic pizza priced less than dominoes. Would recommend.

Family lunch; 3 generations all found something to eat! Excellent pizza, cooked while you wait. Interesting range of toppings.

Their gluten free pizza was good last time (ca. 12 months ago) but today it was rubbish! Previously it was quite similar to ordinary in look at least (and as I recall the taste was too, my wife is coeliac), but now it looks like made in factory by some machine and it tastes like an undercooked sole. I had absolutely no attraction to try it's taste, looked like those plastic ones from Schar, my wife threw out more than half of it despite saying it had better taste than the Schar one (very low bar actually). Apparently the honeymoon is over, people got hooked, and now it is time to decrease quality for the same price. Previosuly we visited often (birth of our child made us stay away for several months) but today's order was the last. The ordinary margherita was good still, but I will not eat from there alone. Edit: I tasted the leftover eventualy being on the way to the bin (was a home delivery), and yes, it is no good! Not like a sole of a shoe, but still did not swallow. Definitelly had much better memory of it from the last time. Forgot to mention: wife felt it undercooked, so she put it in the over for some more before giving up on it. Also better giving honest review and not discussing the wording and my reactions in detail, agreeing with the management prior on what to say and what we experienced. I can give review on my own, thanks.

The pizza here is phenomenal. I highly recommend to anyone near and far to make a pilgrimage to try the delectable selection of pizzas. Also the homemade Ice tea was THE BOMB 💣!!!! Thank me later

Cheap quick option in the city center. Beautiful decoration that transports you to Italy and quite a large shop. However, I wouldn't say that the pizza is reminiscent of Italian. Disadvantage is that there is not a large (by far) choice for salads. If you're hungry and want something easy, it's a safe choice.

Pizza without flavour just toasted flour with something on the top. Waitress are unprofessional and don’t know how to do the job properly. 12.5 % servise charge without asking!!!! This is waste of money big time. Tourists trap.

Amazing food and service. The whole place has a great vibe and cute decor. We went for a birthday lunch and got complimentary drinks. The pizza was as good as the one in Italy. We will come back 100%. Thanks again!!

The food is amazing but the service is slow also it’s really hard to find a waiter when you need something and most of the tables are small even though the design is nice the atmosphere isn’t there

Genuinely the best pizza I’ve eaten. Had a vegan margarita with anchovies and a side of pickled chilli cucumber… sooooo tasty. Really chilled place to eat and staff were really friendly. Will definitely go back.

Nice Italian pizza shop with friendly waiters. We chose two types of pizza, especially the Guest Pizza, which has crispy noodles on top. I think it’s suitable for Asians in terms of taste.

Delicious food and incredible service!

The pizzeria is situated in the heart of Cambridge close to the Cambridge Market Square and Great St Mary's Church. The restaurant is nice and cosy, clean. The staff is nice and the food good. If coming with friends better call ahead to reserve a table. During the day it gets busy and you might have to wait till you get a table. The service is quick despite it's busy periods during the day. One down side is they have to pay service charge above the normal price, which isn't mentioned.
