Great service from Jack, great pizza too!

Pizzas delicious, service pretty good - Had to ask for water a few times but otherwise all good.

Waiter named ‘Joe’ was lovely and friendly made me and my sister feel very welcomed!

An unbelievable place! We came twice in two days (#Greedy), but that's because it's so so good. Jack was amazing and we even got a discount for being awesome!!

Nice ambience and very good pizzas, our server Silpa was lovely and quite helpful. Will definitely come back to try something different! (4stars for Service as the restaurant got quite busy and we noticed a couple of tables having to wait to order for a long time).

Cambridge Sydney Street Location: Smallish fails from beginning to end. Children's box was missing crayons for the many writing and colouring activities. I asked the server. We were then promised crayons, but they never came. The water pitcher and water glasses all had old food crusted on them. All. Perhaps just a dishwasher issue, but gross and a lack of any attention to detail. Pizza was generally tasty, but burnt in several spots on top, in some cases though to the bottom (pics below). The water in the restrooms was borderline scalding. It was painful to my not very sensitive hands and unusable for my son. When we returned from the loo, the unused children's activities booklet was removed from the table with some of our trash upon our return to the table. It was set aside to avoid exactly this.. Since we never received the promised crayons, my not quite six year old was saving them for later. His words "I'm never ever coming here again." I wholeheartedly concur! None of these things is a deal breaker individually, but overall, what a consistently bad experience. I want to add- across the board, the staff were very friendly.

Was told "understaffed" but "don't worry" and then had to ask 3 times for water; desert took 30 minutes to arrive because "kitchen is busy"; when I was about to pay, I was offered my desert on the house but only if I write all 5 star reviews. Man it is already good pizza why do you want to game the system even more?

The pizza is really tasty and Alwin is super nice! Chocolate gelato is nice.

Had a great experience; we received our pizza from Chef Luca himself! The pizza was perfectly made with fresh provola cheese! Each bite was a perfect balance of hearty, savory richness and light, indulgent creaminess, making our pizza unforgettable. We will be back soon:)

First time in Pizza Pilgrims. Absolutely delicious pizza. Had the You got Maiale. Lovely meaty pizza with a delicious piece of burrata on top. Service was top notch with a special mention to Fabian (apologies for the spelling). Had a great chat and recommendations. First class customer service. My absolute favourite restaurant in cambridge, if you are looking for the best pizza this is the place, we placed two orders one being the pepperoni and the other was burrata, wonderful pizzas and amazing flavours. this was my second time eating in this restaurant and it never fails, perfect portion, reasonable price and lovely atmosphere, we then finished off the meal with dessert which was delicious, this is my absolute go to spot when visiting cambridge!

Good family focused place. I ate a salad and thought is was very fresh for a pizza place. Was able to have a food visit with my friends.

Pizza pilgrims is worth a pilgrimage for all. In amazing Cambridge, this place is a must for your pizza needs. Wehad great view of the street and people passing catching up with a dear friend until the pizza arrived. The 8 cheese pizza is out of this world!! A honorable mention to pepperoni honey as well. Great pizza with amazing service!

Lovely food. No problems there. Issue was they served my wife an alcoholic drink when she ordered lemonade. She doesn’t drink or take well to alcohol. Food came before the drinks. She drank it and I noticed her reacting before she did. Waiter was worried and took the drink off the bill but wasn’t great.

Very nice food but 12,5% service charge for packing takeaway food ourselves is too much

I came for the pizza. I stayed for Jo. In the great arena of hospitality, Pizza Pilgrims boasts a warrior like no other. Jo — server, sage, and silent general — commands the floor with grace, humour, and supernatural efficiency. When the dinner rush hit like a thousand ships sailing on Naples, Jo stood firm, armed not with spear, but with apron and notepad. He moved like Hermes with a tray, read our needs like an oracle, and delivered a calzone so mighty it could’ve hidden a small battalion inside — truly, the Trojan Horse of Italian cuisine. The pizzas? Divine. The service? Biblical. The vibe? Somewhere between the Iliad and a Friday night in heaven. If you seek not only the best slices in the city but also to witness a master at work, ask for Jo. Tip him well, and may the gods of mozzarella smile upon you.

Probably the best pizza in Cambridge and the service and atmosphere is usually very good. There was a bit of a mix up with our drinks when we were there last and they were both taken off the bill completely (and without asking), which I thought was very good service

But what truly elevated our evening wasn’t just the Neapolitan crusts or molten mozzarella — it was our waiter, Jo. Jo isn’t just a waiter. Jo is a phenomenon. With a biblical-level aura that could part clouds and bless sourdough, he guided us through the menu like a prophet of pizza. This man has hospitality down to an art. The pizzas? Phenomenal. I come here with my 3 year old and he loves it. Service is always good and the food fantastic. More and more people in there every time so people are starting to catch on.

We had such a lovely experience here. The staff made sure we had enough space for the two of us and our baby, and they stayed so cheery despite how busy it was. Can’t get over how nice all the staff members were, the food was amazing and we’ll definitely be back!
