Last night was the first time I visited and it certainly will not be the last. The food is phenomenal. Giant calzones and great fresh pasta were what we had but the menu had so many great options. And the price! At a time like this where it feels like we are being ripped off daily, this is not the case here. The food is so reasonably priced I thought I must be ordering from a lunch menu. When you speak to the chef/owner and hear his stories of where he has worked in the past, hear his passion for food and fresh ingredients whilst providing value for money it rubs off on you. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back soon.

This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought it was just a take away, and indeed there was a constant flow of collection and delivery whilst we were there, but we sat in and shared a bottle of house red whilst being looked after by really friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is open so you can see everything being prepared. There is room indoors for about 20 diners and some outdoor tables too. We sat inside and even though we were the only diners at one time the place was vibrant with atmosphere and activity. The menu is simple.... pizza, pasta or chicken based dishes with a selection of sides. There were two specials on the board.... cod loin on a bed of creamed spinach and tortellini with a spicy sausage sauce. We couldn't resist so had one of each with a side of garlic tomato pizza bread. The fish was cooked perfectly and portions were very generous. The pasta in sauce was full of flavour. The garlic bread was just divine.... a proper Italian style hand stretched base with a more-ish sauce. After a bit of a rest I couldn't resist the home made tiramisu so forced myself into a portion. It was beautifully light and creamy. Two of us had two delicious courses and a bottle of wine with lots of smiles for less than £38. I can't wait to go back.
