Pizza Paradise in Sheffield

Worst food shop ever orded last night special meal one and wow my guts today are no good can't stop going to toilet definitely needing a visit from trading standards

Found a used plaster in one of the food containers will not order from here again appalling standards

All the pizza crusts burnt wasn’t impressed couldn’t taste anything but burnt pizza

Food was cold,garlic bread had no garlic on it. Potato was still hard, overall we won’t be ordering again

unfortunately they put chilli sauce everywhere so I couldn't eat it. Don't normally do this so ??

Calzone was bland, definitely no garlic butter on. Pizza bland too. Garlic bread was similar. Disappointed

Orders always on time which is good however the past 2-3 orders havent been up to standard at all not sure if managements changed or other circumstances but it seems to have gone downhill. We have ordered from here for a solid year as our go to takeaway however after these orders we will be going elsewhere until we hear its picked up again

We had a big order and the food was amazing! All there what we ordered, hot and you could even choose your free item that we’d qualified for! Delivery guy was friendly and helpful with our food too! Will definitely recommend!

Absolutely shocking the food was cold and all greasy the chicken was chewy

Absolute joke 3 times they messed up my order and this time we ordered somthing that was wrong so this time bit there fault but previously for my cheesy garlic bread that I ordered and a 1/2 pound chicken burger they sent a quater cheese but still happy to charge for a half pounder, just don't bother! Absolute joke!

Chicken had crunchy flavoursome batter on it. Crunch chips. Fresh salad and free garlic bread full of cheese can't complain at all its spot on both times I've ordered thanks

not only did the order arrive over 20 minutes late it was cold. I have already emailed on the night but still not got a reply .

Be careful when ordering the meal deals you don’t get everything advertised rang up to ask where my other chips were out of my order I got told that the meal only came with 1 chips

Chicken was beautifully cooked to perfection. The only down side was the size of the calzone was quite small for the price but none the less it was delicious! Will be ordering again.

not impressed at all, on just eat when ordering a kebab, you have the option to pick what salad and sauce you want on kebabs, despite this, the kebab arrived with a small amount of cold donor meat on a over-cooked piece of bread, dry with no sauces, even though I chose which sauce and with a small amount of salad items that I didn't pick in a separate carton. overall appalling food, clearly not paying attention to the orders being received.

First time ordering from here and the food is great my only gripe is my bottle of pop is missing but i will definitely order from here again aslong as they dont forget the pop also the delivery driver was nice and polite

Asked for chees souse non on it

Spent £48 . One meal was missing so had to call and ask for it to be sent. Asked if I could have the sauce for the missing meal in a pot rather than on the food . Was told I could but would have to pay extra. When it came they charged me £1.25 . Bad service that my daughter ate after us (30 mins) and we basically paid £1.25 for a piece of plastic you can buy for 3p . Food was average won’t be using again

Order was late as restaurant busy (understandable for Friday night) but the delivery was extremely friendly and the food was all warm. Also seem to have recieved a free drink which is nice :) Food is great and the portions are big!

First time I ordered from here. Pizza was a very good, arrived early and complimentary garlic bread was almost as good as the pizza!. Mint and chilli sauces were full and very good. Very good wedges. My new pizza spot

First time ordering and on first impressions very happy...huge potions, loads of meat, nice and hot, great delivery time and polite driver. Only thing if any that I wasn't over joyed about was quite a few of the small lamb meat piece were very chewy and grisly...probably would suggest making sure you are using quality bits of meat for the lamb, don't try to cut corners using the obvious fatty bits as they're inenable but overall very pleased and i would happily eat here again. Thankyou ♡

Fast friendly service hot tasty food

First time ordering from here after a few people recommended and I was not disappointed. Food was so nice & they read my note and accommodated my request which doesn’t happen often with some takeaways. I highly recommend this takeaway! Just ordered some south fried chicken whilst waiting for my daughter. Best I’ve ever had, moist inside, crispy and tasty outside. Better than KFC to be honest

Paid extra for cheese on my chips with my burger, wasn't any cheese. My mixed tikka and donner kebab came and was cold. Rand up and they sent me chips and cheese but only sent me the tikka meat not a kebab. Will not be ordering again. Not happy at all as spent a fair amount of money.

Food were cold, chips were disgusting as they tasted like they had been microwaved and the pizza tasted like the cheapest ingredients i have ever tasted, all got thrown away.

Ordered the 1pc SFC combo box , kebab and large wedges. The combo box and kebab was a really small portion like kids meal level sizes the only thing I can't complain about was the wedges.

I had wedges and chicken strips but there were no chicken on the strips what so ever was just like a crisp with how thin they were and the wedges was very hard like under cooked

I always turn up to Pizza Paradise with a tenner and ask for a 12 inch pizza with pepperoni and I always scrounge peppers on it. I have had pizzas from all around where I live and must say that without a doubt these are the best Pizzas that I have ever had.

Food was nice however no salad came with peri peri chicken, no mint sauce on chicken kebab, and portion sizes were far to small for chicken and the donner kebabs.

Poor food, ordered a large and small kebab, received 2 small. Salad poor quality, the little there was of it.

Received order however it was wrong called them straight up told me to keep the order and they would send a new one straight about and they did took about 10 mins thank you was brilliant
