Food was OK. The delivery was disgusting. The driver literally hammered on the door, 10 seconds later he hammered again he didn't even give me time to answer the door, he placed the food on a wet cold doorstep by the time I answered the door literally 30 seconds after his arrival he muttered he was "too busy to wait for the door to be answered!!!!!!" This driver needs someone to explain customer service to him

0 Star but not possible to do that… Food was 25mins late, rang the store and the person shouted down the phone at me saying 5mins away even though after that it still took 20mins Food turned up luke warm, chicken balls we’re so hard I couldn’t eat them, Soup my mum ordered was like jelly and not soup like, also ordered duck that had so much fat on we couldn’t eat it. And prawn crackers had no taste absolute joke.

I rang the take away as on the app it said it had been delivered but it had not! I was told on the phone that they were waiting for a driver.i rang at 22:41 pm by the time the food came at 23:15 hour late, Was cold!

The food is fantastic from this restaurant and the people are really friendly 👍

Thought i would order some chinese food for the family which turned out to be a big embarasment and mistake! The food took over 2 hours to arrive and arrived cold and tasteless.. i immedietly phoned the restautant to complain and to return thr food in full for a refund but the lady was very very rude on the phone. She refused to refund any money and told me it was my fault the food was late because the delivery driver was knocking on my door for 90 minutes and i didnt here him. When i told her i have cameras on my house and can prove to her when the delivery driver arrive which was over 2 hours after my order sge called me a “stupid english man” and put the phone down!! Absolutely appaling!

Food fantastic....delivery a joke. Ordered at 8.30 pm and was told 45 minutes for delivery. Rang at 9.50pm and was told order had been processed but couldn't give a time for delivery. Tramlines was blamed for the last incredibly late delivery......totally useless.....now 10.20pm and still no food. Will be knocking on the door for a refund tomorrow

1hr 55 mins for delivery. I was actually just about to cancel when it turned up as I needed to go to bed . when I did get it the chips were awful and the curry and rice was cold. I phoned and asked where my delivery was after 1hr and half to be told its on its way . it still took 25 mins after that. no apology apart from the delivery driver who was not at fault. as nice as I've always thought the food is I definitely won't order from here again.

Never again, ordered from here here before and never had a problem, today they've ruined father's day for us, over 45mibs late, when we rang they said they didn't have a driver when it finally came there was rice missing out of the order and they left the massive bone in the duck.

Always good food from here we used to live in s6 but now live in s5 and they still deliver to us and its beautiful food everytime thank guys

Loved this chinese, until today. Overall flavour was great. Half the food arrived luke warm and was missing the rice. Phoned to ask for the rice to be delivered and was met with a rude tone saying it will take 25minutes to bring on a 10 minute journey. The rice turned up 35minutes after complaint. Rest of food would have been cold before it turned up if we had waited for it, instead we just had a vital part missing. Disappointing for the price of the food and delivery times.

Shocking Order wrong and the food we did get was inedible, all went into the bin. Do not order chicken, I have no idea what this is but it's absolutely not chicken, some slimy stuff!! Was actually too scared to let anyone eat it

I ordered a noodle pot, you can ask for whatever you want in the pot, Glorious hot fresh food!. It is £5.95.I orderted beef and mushroom noodle. WOW! scrummy food I dont eat it all, so its enough for me for 2 meals. Lovely people too. Best chineeses on middlewood road. All the others are cheap and nasty. Ive tried them all around Hillsborough. Nothing comes even close! I recommend this little genuine non greedy take away. You get loads of food for little cash.

I have ordered from these quite a few times and, while the salt and pepper chips may occasionally be a bit soggy this tonight was by far the worst I've tasted. The food was lukewarm, possibly because it was late but beyond that the curried chicken was gross. It just felt more slimey with a weird texture. The rice tasted old and horrible as if it was yesterday's rice reheated. The seaweed was dry, flavourless/bland (my daughter's review) the salt and pepper chips was soggy again, nothing new and the only thing worth eating was the sweet and sour chicken. If I felt the energy I would go take a photo of it scraped in the bin. Needless to say I will not be ordering for a long time, if any at all. Tonight really turned me off takeaways and I was a big fan of Chinese food. Almost £30 wasted... Serve me right as I'm a good cook as well.

Food quality was good. The delivery driver was polite. however I did request curry sauce instead of sweet and sour in the notes and didn't receive it.

We ordered from here a lot but today we ordered a plain chicken chowmein with no bean sprouts or veg… it then came with these things i had not asked for in so i rang and she was accusing me of not asking for it taken away. She was then rude on the phone so my boyfriend took over and she was saying to him “your girlfriend asked for it” when i did not. we had also ordered out food for 8pm and it came at 8.30 she was rude until the end of the phone call where she then just said “bye”

Should have been delivered between 18:25-18:45, then it was delayed to 19:20.. at 19:30 rang up and all I got is "the order is on the way", It arrived at 19:40 being warmish

Chicken balls absolutely Abysmal, never been Chicken, looked like scraggy ends bits of pork Chicken is white not dark this clearly old chicken.

Just Eat app stated food had been delivered. Queried with Just Eat who confirmed with the takeaway that it had been delivered... 10 mins later it arrived. Food not as good as it used to be, and cold on arrival.

We ordered a delivery for 6.45pm, kept ringing asking when it would turn up and by 7.15pm it hadn't arrived. We cancelled the order a d were told the money would not be taken out of my account. It was!! Absolutely disgusting service and they have basically stolen the money from my account. Disgusted and angry, will never use them ever again, purely on principal. They continually lied and stole my money

The go to place for Chinese at the moment for us, always fresh and piping hot, really good food, delivery always fast aswell, definitely recommend.

Awful! Delivery time when ordering was 35-50 mins, called them after 1hr15 and told it would be another 20 mins, it eventually arrived another 35mins later! 1hour50 minute wait! It then turned up cold and soggy, didnt taste nice, watse of money and time

To keep it short and sweet. Disgusting. Ordered on the app to then having to ring them to see where my order is. Stated it would be delivered between 19:25-19:45. Rang them at 20:00 who said driver is on way to then receive order at 20:40. Salt and pepper box was stale due to the length it must’ve been left. My can of coke was that warm it couldn’t be drank. Noodles was soggy. Will not be ordering again!

Me, my partner and my son all experienced severe food poisening from the early hours and still ongoing after having a takeaway from here yesterday. My daughter, who did not have any of the food is absolutley fine. I would like a complete refund please

Lovely food and good veggie options. They were so sweet and sent me free prawn crackers and fortune cookies despite my order not been a lot.

The past few times we have bought from here (in store too) we have come home and realised our order is completely wrong and missing items. Today we had enough, tried to charge us again for prawn toast even though we had already paid for it and they didn't put it in the bag. Was rude and didn't even give us what we ordered. Won't be coming back and its a shame because the food is nice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered and it arrived on time and was really delicious. Starter box full of prawn toast, ribs, seaweed, spring rolls and a prawn chow mein. Plenty for two of us and free prawn crackers. Really yum 😋

The food was late, had to call to chase the delivery time as the latest estimate had lapsed by 15mins so in all from ordering was 1 hour 45 mins. The food wasn't fresh some of the veg was brown or wasnt cooked enough, it was greasy, Chicken tasted horrible, had chicken with cashew nuts and even they didn't look appetising. The egg fried rice was tasteless, Very disappointed, won't have it again.

We have been here regularly for several years however it has gone down hill. Last couple of times we ordered was told would be so long and each time had to ring to see where it was. Today we were told 45 minutes after 1hour 10 minutes called back to be told 5 minutes. Called back again another 25 minutes later to be told again it was on its way and they hung up. Food arrived finally 1 hour 45 minutes late was all over the bag and was cold to where we had to reheat it in the microwave Unfortunately this place has lost us as customers and we will not be returning. It has gone down hill drastically and better Chineses around the area. They lie on delivery times and when you call back hang up on you! Go elsewhere

Ordered food 2 hours before it actually arrived. It stated that it would be with us at a certain time but was still an hour late Called to ask about the order and phone was put down on us. Food was of ok quality yet the chicken was dry and over cooked.

It's so beautiful there food 😍 we always have it from here as you get a lot.

After receiving a leaflet thought we would give them a go. Food was great, delivery time was far too long and let it down.
