Pizza Parada in Harrogate

One of the worse pizzas I have ever seen 9 pound for something I could buy at aldi for 1.99, don't go rip off crap food..

Worst pizza I’ve had in my life

If i could give them No stars I would! I can't put in to words how disgusting their food and service is! Do not order from them! Don't waste your money unless you like raw pizza dough and being shouted at when you try to tell them about it.

Just bought a 4 cheese pizza and garlic bread from here and it was absolutely awful. Couldn’t eat the garlic Bread it had so much garlic on it. And the cheese pizza wasn’t much better. Would avoid.

Great pizza but don't expect a real delivery to your door if you don't live on the ground floor.... Disappointing as they always did before we moved. Tends to be dumped in the lobby where anyone could tamper with it, wouldn't be so bad if they actually waited to give it to me in person but they leave as soon as its dumped. The only excuse they give is parking... IT'S A FOUR MINUTE WALK FROM YOUR SHOP. Even when the drivers frequently get lost on the 0.2-mile walking distance journey to my house, I can't explain with any precision over the phone to them because most of them barely speak English and sometimes it just becomes a complete circus where I have to go outside in order to find them.... That is not how YOU deliver!! UPDATE - Still true three years on...

Very unhappy with both the service and food we received. Firstly i got a phone call from the delivery driver telling me I had to pay an additional £3 delivery charge on top of the payment I had already made with the app. When we got our food it was barely edible, the chips were stone cold and the chicken was rubbery and also cold. Would not recommend.

the garlic pizza was overwhelmingly garlic to the point of inedible

Wet soggy pizza. As though it had been cooked halfway then the heat turned down. Easier to eat with a spoon than by the slice. Never again.

Do not order from here! We have ordered from here twice, both times on Uber eats which we thought would cover the whole payment but both times we have been asked to pay extra money once they got to the door? Once we said we don’t have the extra money they wanted in cash the delivery driver got very rude and said he will not deliver here again, which is fine as we won’t be ordering here again anyway, only reason we did was because this place was the only place open at the time. The first time they asked for more money the got very rude over the phone shouting. Their attitude is just as bad as their food.

Shouldn’t be an option to deliver out of area.

Fast delivery but think the pizza quality suffered. Margherita pizza inedible with soft dough and bitter sauce, tasted like sauce was bulked out with tomato puree to see them to the end of the night. Meatball pizza was okay but for nearly £30 in total would expect far, far better. If you can't provide good food later in the evening then close earlier. Staying open late to rip people off with mediocre but expensive food is pretty shady to say the least.

Brill again and I'm loving this Thursday night low order level (£9 not £15!).

Driver left the food at the door. When I called the shop I was told it was outside the door. when I collected it the food was cold. Left a note to call me when they arrived but didn't get a call. Person was rude over the phone. And obnoxious. I'll be avoiding these at all costs in the future.

Delivery driver told me on delivery there was an extra charge of £2 due to my location and that it was a special delivery, I wasn't made aware of this at the time of ordering, only once delivery had been made.

Back to £9 minimum order level so my order was placed. Food good. On Saturday (15/06) the minimum order level has gone up again to £15! Very confusing for customers. Keep it at £10 say!?

I have tonight tried to order another fab kebab but YOU HAVE CHANGED THE MINIMUM ORDER LEVEL AGAIN! What on earth is going on? This order was delivered recently and the total order was £12.48. TONIGHT, 30/04, the minimum order level has INCREASED ONCE AGAIN. Not happy at all and I’m ordering elsewhere.

Order was great, food was great! But don’t trust the app if you’re out, they’ll arrive earlier than the app suggests - always do.

Very good service but YOU NEED TO DROP THE MINIMUM ORDER OF £15… that’s not on for single pizzas and kebabs! Drop it immediately.

My last kebab sadly…and it wasn’t hot. But… worst thing is that this is the last kebab I’ll be ordering on its own as the Minimum delivery order to £15 odd has put paid to my regular order of a top kebab. No response from the restaurant so I’m off elsewhere.

I have ordered from this place many times and have never been disappointed. Short waiting time for my order, very often the food was delivered after fifteen minutes and when I opened the bag the food was always hot. From my point of view, one of the best pizza and kebab places in Harrogate.

cold, late and miserable. my food wat cold by the time it was delivered. the donner meat was dry and tough on top of cold cheese and chips. I was then asked from the driver to give him £2 to cover mileage... meaning I spent £18.00 on a can of coke and cold meat on top of chips. terrible.

My chocolate fudge cake was stale when I got it and the cream had gone funny because it was warm

Once again, even on a Monday, the salad and kebab were exceptionally fresh. Highly recommended and my go takeaway for kebabs in HG. ❤️

I asked for cheese on the chips, which was extra, and didn't receive it, my kebab was not hot, warm at best, the extra garlic mayo, which I paid for, was put on the burger which I didn't want, not good food atall

The best chicken wraps in Harrogate, no question! Full of salad and red cabbage, delicious garlic sauce and succulent chicken. Fries are fresh and very tasty as well. Overall an excellent meal and will definitely make this our new place to go! Thank you <3

I always order fro you guys when I want pizza. I can't remember if my food was early or on time but it definately wasn't late! So I just picked on time.. It might have been slightly early. Sadly I had no cash to tip the guy, I felt bad but he seemed very nice. I appreciate the service with you all making the food and going out to deliver everywhere at most hours. Thank you! Ps. The worst food I’ve eaten in years and I was in jail the past three years so I think you need to have a word with your chef or whoever but that food was that bad I actually felt like you must of not liked me or had a personal problem with me cause that food was disrespectful

Unfortunately the kofta was not thoroughly cooked but thankfully the chicken in my kebab was, overall the food was good.
