We ordered 2 pizzas they were quite expensive especially considering when they arrived there was hardly any toppings on them the only decent thing was the fact that it got delivered early. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Never been in the place but its really annoying why their staff feel the need to park their cars facing oncoming traffic with their head lights on full beam dazzling every driver on the road

Bang out of order just short of £15 all I ordered was 2x plain chips, 1 x can of pop at least have the fing dignity to bring out fresh chips they had without a shadow of a doubt been microwaved repeatedly if you said they had been left to go cold and re-microwaved 5 times I'd believe it they was like cardboard and the ends was rock solid from being microwaved that much how dare you treat your customers like that will never order here again the complete disrespect for you customers is appalling don't recommend you order here over priced reused old food disgusting

The food is fine. Compared to other places I've ordered from the food portions are small and the price is higher.

Absolutely delicious and the pizza base seems to be even better than ever. Not sure if a new chef is in place but the improvements are spot on!

I had heard a lot of great l things about this place and while I normally purchase from my local takeaway, I thought I’d give this place a try. Never again… I’m absolutely disgusted with the quality of the food. How they can sell this is just a joke. My food was dead cold when it arrived and the state of the food looked as though it had been squashed. The delivery was on time so whether this was someone else’s order or sat on the side for an hour I’ll never know. Straight in the bin.

Pizza was very chewy, overcooked and heavy on the cheese, garlic bread and chips ordered very dry, the chips looked as though they had been refried. Very disappointing.

Burgers were good, chips were slightly soggy but that's usual for takeaway, they did forget my milkshake which I refunded but was still annoying

I’ve always been a loyal and regular customer until now! Ordered chicken and mushroom pizza owing to health complaints I didn’t want anything spicy and received a spicy chicken and mushroom pizza - £16.50 to be in agony for the night! Thanks very much! Shan’t be ordering again!

This place has gone downhill unfortunately. The delivery time was good but my salad and chilli sauce was on my partner's burger and she's allergic to chilli. The attention to detail was lacking and it could have had major consequences. Fortunately we had spotted the error early enough for it to have not caused any problems but I don't think I'll be going here again. It's a shame because usually we've been really happy with Pizza Palace.

Ok basic pizza. Ordered a veggie pizza but not many veg items on the pizza. Wasn’t bad but would not order again.

Was so nice I couldn’t eat it all, will order from here again. Food was hot, fresh and tasty, just so much I was over fazed. I got the chicken tikka kebab 👍 think I will be eating it for the next 3 days lol

Bland food… I hadn’t ordered from here for a few years and couldn’t remember why, so I tried it again, mistake!! The pizza base was awful had a sour vinegar taste to it, and the pizza toppings were so bland it had no flavour at all, so all I could taste was the awful base, the pizza was supposed to have garlic on it no way any garlic on it, if I’m paying £10 for a pizza and I have to add my own extra toppings at home to give it some flavour then the chefs need to taste their food more often. I’ll stick to Morris pizza from now on.

I'm normally very happy with my food from pizza Palace but I ordered a chicken donner wrap and bit into a chicken tika wrap. I can not handle food of any heat so was left with my mouth burning and fairly annoyed as I couldn't eat the rest of it.....

The pizza was okay, not much in the way of toppings and the hot shot wasn’t spicy at all. Would have liked a few more peppers.

The delivery was super fast as the food arrived within half an hour, 10 minutes quicker than the start of the estimated time slot. The food was good, chips were slightly under done but the burger and pizza was delicious. The chilli dip was a little thin/watery but it still tasted nice but I would have liked more of it.

They got the dip wrong and the nuggets were literally 5 mini pieces, didn’t even fill the small container. Wouldn’t get them again. Pizza was decent for the price

Food is always spot on from here, but ordered sugar donuts as a treat and a little disappointed they were very very bland and barely dipped in sugar other than that other food was lovely

Great food always red hot even if delivery runs a tiny bit late than estimated, never had a lukewarm or cold meal from here. Pizzas are always top notch too.

I asked my local community group for a recommendation on a good kebab. To be honest I've given up! Having lived in Bradford for 12 years, I think we were spoilt. The group, after trying a few kebab takeaways, recommended this place. Sorry guys it was bland an the same as all Leeds kebabs. I've given up now and we have been put off from kebabs forever. You please most but not us I'm afraid.

Chicken tikka kebab on a garlic naan with salad, cheese and chilli sauce. Loads of chicken tikka. Very filling and tasty

Paid an extra £1.35 for 3 extra toppings on a 12" hot shot. Noticed a bit of extra cheese and a hint of kebab. Very poor. Ripped of and let down by another tight arsed takaway just for paying extra.

Ordered from here many times - can never fault the portion size and taste. As far as takeaway food goes, pizza palace is a go to and for good reason. Not too expensive and good quality with short delivery times.
