I like their chicken and chips, very good portions, and they're open till quite late which is handy if you've just arrived in Norwich on a late train.

Wasn't great as I got the wrong meal and no drink, also I asked to have all the salad put in the burger but that didn't happen.

Great pizza as usual but ordered chicken nuggets for kids and assume they ran out or didn’t any to put more in as got given 2 nuggets and some random mozzarella sticks. Binned it sadly. Couldn’t have been a mistake as it was half the order as why mix nuggets and sticks

Absolutely garbage the donner meat was like leather. Look at the photos, this place used to be great not so much now. What a shame

Staying at a local hotel, fancied something different to what the hotel is offering. This place offers an extensive range and everything seemed find until you get there, service was horrendous which is why service and atmosphere had a 1 star, food was okay nothing special. Can’t recommend this place mainly due to the service.

Simply THE best takeaway in Norwich I will only use Pizza Oro and have done for over 6 months now. No competition in my opinion the food is spectacular, the prices are highly competitive and they never EVER get it wrong. thank you Pizza Oro and keep up the great work! 😀👍🏼🎉

Out of date Frozen bloody strawberry cheesecake.Called up many times and they finally answered. Lovely in shop and the chips I got were delicious but upset about the rest.

The bottom of the pizza was raw dough.. May look cooked but it stretched within your hands if you pulled on it... normally an amazing place to order. I normally order 2 20inch pizza deal. But this is disgusting...

Chicken wings were undercooked

Still haven’t received the food 1hr over due, phones go straight to answering machine, told 40mins ago it would be 5-10mins…. When is it due who knows. I’m hungry and Im sad. After no info I have now ordered from somewhere else…. Couldn’t cancel even if I wanted to as no one wants to answer the phone. :(

If you want to order pizza. This is the place to go. Always so good, i will always choose this place over any other pizza place. The stuffed crust is just amazing and the actual pizza is always perfectly cooked and balanced with toppings. Highly recommend

Cheesy chips were just chips with hardly no cheese but chips were really nice and not to greasy.if u like cheesy chips pick another place because they ain't cheesy enough

They really don't skimp out on the portion sizes and every now and then they chuck in a small extra for free. Great tasty food, my go too when I fancy ordering something. 🤤

Forgot part of order but once called them had it delivered with in half hour just a shame we didn’t get it with rest of food as had finished eating time it came. But overall food was nice

Lovely tasting pizzas….hawaiian and a meat combo. Also delicious Southern fried chicken - a bit spicier than I thought it’d be but was absolutely delicious. Def order again. Delivered hot to Brundall 👍🏻

Delivery was 30 mins late and when arrived pizza was cold. Very little topping and probably the worse takeaway pizza I’ve had. Very disappointed as this establishment had been recommended as being good!

overcooked and cheap and nasty the tex mex platter and £15, should be half that and cooked properly. clearly just frozen food from Iceland.

Food can be good. I've just never received an order that was all correct. Either incorrect items sent or missing items. Food was delivered cold alot too. A real shame cos when it's good it's really good.

The pieces of chicken has always been on point when i order, it tastes good with a little kick of spice too. Has always needed a bit of time to cook but the second time given is always on time (which is why im saying it arrives on time) and i think its because i ordered chicken pieces, it takes a little longer which is alright. Either way, im a happy person.

There were no problems with the food this time either. The courier squeezed that big pizza almost a quarter of a size, it became disgusting, kibis had to be thrown into the trash unfortunately.

Really nice pizzas been here a few times when working in Norwich. Always Great range of choice for anyone especially on the way home on the train. Good prices and friendly guys that work there. And the extra large pizzas are amazingly large with the stuffed crusts being generously filled far better quality compared to places like Papa John's. Definitely recommend👍

I've been here few times everytime I get the 2 pizza for 20 pound everytime we are blown away by the size the flavour and the delivery I really can't fault anything pizza always hot and taste lovely and in my opinion the best pizza in Norwich I have tried other pizza joints like hut ect but I allways like pizza oro more I will allways use pizza oro I use daliveroo very fast and polite driver if you have not tried there pizza deal of two for 20 pound I highly recommend there huge and full of flavour

Everything they do here is blessed , wings , burgers , kebabs , pizza. Chips are so so but they are everywhere that dosent have chip shop style chips.

It was late by 20/25mins but there was an accident in the village . But I did order double pepperoni pizza and on 3 of my slices I didn’t even have an pepperoni on it

Tonight the online collection sytem didnt work. I was like OK, I'll go in and order. I tried to pay and it failed three times in a row. After the second time, I told the cashier dude that he should restart his machine and he told me "You have no money, give the food back". I asked him again to restart his machine and he said "No, it's fine" Once again, i was a loley customer... Who does "have money". The dude behind me goes up to pay for his food and the same thing happens to him. Do I get an apology... No. I get this happens, but the fact the dude was so rude to me, for no reason, when i explained the solution to him. Spend the extra minute and go up the road to other kebab shops where they have better attitude.
