Pizza Oro in Norwich

ordered on deliveroo. i got a margarita pizza + chips and that was it. i honestly considered getting the fudge cake but i was like hmmm £3 i probably wont this time. oooooomg when my food arrived i looked at the delivery driver so confused bc he handed me 4 things. maybe they messed it up but they did give me the margarita and chips, BUT ALSO I GOT A FUDGE CAKE AAAAND GARLIC BREAD?????? idk if this was just one of the ppl working being kind or a mistake what but thank u thank u amazing i am so happy. diet out the window i am ROUND now. the chips r nice and crispy hehe. wow what a day huh :) slay

The chicken doner meat is absolutely delicious. As well as the chicken and pizza we had.

Need to up their game. Dominos is far cheaper. Too expensive for the limited selection and care they give out to their customers.

How difficult can it be, when you claim to be a pizza restaurant, to make a half-decent pizza? They are not that difficult. This isn't good food at all. Avoid.

Possibly the best pizza and in close proximity to Prince of Wales road. Everything cooked fresh and their pizzas are bloody amazing! 11/10, can't recommend enough!!!

Used to go here regularly, the guy working there was always efficient and really good at making the food, but in the past month they've changed chef and unfortunately the new guy undercooks things, especially the fries, not crispy at all, some of them still quite raw. Disappointing.

Won't ever order again after they excepted my order then cancelled 1hr and 15 mins later then went to shop to see they were still open taking oders

always excellent food we have ordered from hear countless times and always excellent food delivery is quick and always piping hot. highly recommend the pizza with the garlic cheese crust and we like the favourite topping. really can't fault and highly recommend and we recently tried another place aka pizza hut and never again it was not even close to the pizza hear .....will be ordering again and thanks for great food and service

The delivery driver didn’t read the notes and rung the doorbell at 1:30am, when we asked for him not to which woke the household which didn’t make a great impression and the food was alright

The pizza as minfig was great, only the courier I don't understand why he left it in the garbage can, not waiting for me to go out and pick it up.it was a bit fussy

The order was delivered to the wrong house, and I was made to feel like I was lying about not receiving the order. It's a shame as this is usually a really good takeaway, I'd suggest getting a driver that actually looks at the number of the house he's delivering to as it's really letting your business down.

The food from pizza oro is always amazing! Arrives quickly, and the food still hot. This is by far the best pizza and kebab in Norwich

Really nice pizzas been here a few times when working in Norwich. Always Great range of choice for anyone especially on the way home on the train. Good prices and friendly guys that work there. And the extra large pizzas are amazingly large with the stuffed crusts being generously filled far better quality compared to places like Papa John's. Definitely recommend👍

I had the wrong address selected - that's on me - but the driver delivered the food without asking for the delivery code. If he'd checked, maybe I'd still be able to get my food.

0 stars my food never Arrived. please do never order on this rude people. after 4 hours i call the shop abaut my order , they said it is on the way ,i said ok thankyou, so after 1 hour i call the shop again, not possible busy call no one answere the phone, so i been in the shop ask for my order when someone come very rude whit aut words very rude and tell me we call you when I been waiting in my front door .never order again. rude and wonderstend people.

I ordered a margarita pizza with extra cheese as I do not like the cheese on my pizza overcooked. Unfortunately although I was still charged for extra cheese, I did not receive this and my pizza was extremely overcooked.... to the point my whole pizza on top was brown/black. Unfortunately i could not eat it as the whole thing tasted as (the only way I can describe it) burnt toast with extra salt! I have ordered several times before and generally it's always been satisfactory however tonight I was extremely disappointed.

order placed at 5.00 pm delivery said 5.35pm then changed to 5.50pm, 6.10 pm kids party over. no pizza and no apologies on-call or offer of discount. Rubbish! 🗑️

Love this place. underrated option, most people choose a takeaway on prince of Wales, worth the slight walk up to here and perfect for train goers

The food never arrived! after trying to call the restaurant multiple times over the course of an hour and half every time it says caller busy so there’s no way of contacting the restaurant regarding my order!

I like their chicken and chips, very good portions, and they're open till quite late which is handy if you've just arrived in Norwich on a late train.

Wasn't great as I got the wrong meal and no drink, also I asked to have all the salad put in the burger but that didn't happen.

Great pizza as usual but ordered chicken nuggets for kids and assume they ran out or didn’t any to put more in as got given 2 nuggets and some random mozzarella sticks. Binned it sadly. Couldn’t have been a mistake as it was half the order as why mix nuggets and sticks

Absolutely garbage the donner meat was like leather. Look at the photos, this place used to be great not so much now. What a shame

Staying at a local hotel, fancied something different to what the hotel is offering. This place offers an extensive range and everything seemed find until you get there, service was horrendous which is why service and atmosphere had a 1 star, food was okay nothing special. Can’t recommend this place mainly due to the service.

Simply THE best takeaway in Norwich I will only use Pizza Oro and have done for over 6 months now. No competition in my opinion the food is spectacular, the prices are highly competitive and they never EVER get it wrong. thank you Pizza Oro and keep up the great work! 😀👍🏼🎉

Out of date Frozen bloody strawberry cheesecake.Called up many times and they finally answered. Lovely in shop and the chips I got were delicious but upset about the rest.

The bottom of the pizza was raw dough.. May look cooked but it stretched within your hands if you pulled on it... normally an amazing place to order. I normally order 2 20inch pizza deal. But this is disgusting...

Chicken wings were undercooked

Still haven’t received the food 1hr over due, phones go straight to answering machine, told 40mins ago it would be 5-10mins…. When is it due who knows. I’m hungry and Im sad. After no info I have now ordered from somewhere else…. Couldn’t cancel even if I wanted to as no one wants to answer the phone. :(

If you want to order pizza. This is the place to go. Always so good, i will always choose this place over any other pizza place. The stuffed crust is just amazing and the actual pizza is always perfectly cooked and balanced with toppings. Highly recommend

Lovely tasting pizzas….hawaiian and a meat combo. Also delicious Southern fried chicken - a bit spicier than I thought it’d be but was absolutely delicious. Def order again. Delivered hot to Brundall 👍🏻

Delivery was 30 mins late and when arrived pizza was cold. Very little topping and probably the worse takeaway pizza I’ve had. Very disappointed as this establishment had been recommended as being good!

Food can be good. I've just never received an order that was all correct. Either incorrect items sent or missing items. Food was delivered cold alot too. A real shame cos when it's good it's really good.
