Good pizza, but new management have changed pizzas and taken the description of each pizza off the menu so I ended up ordering the wrong pizza. PLEASE PUT DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH PIZZA ON UBER EATS OR YOUR MENU

My order turned up and the driver wasn't carrying any change. He expected me to go to the shop and buy something to give him the correct amount. He finally went back to get my change and he gave me the incorrect amount and a pound less.

We had take away. Vegetarian and meaty pizza. Both of us liked it. Good while fresh only. Cheesy sides could be a bit more cheesy.

After 1.5 hrs called shop, to be told it was my fault for booking online even though I booked after 5.apparently I booked @1840 even though after waiting an hour and a half it turned up at 18.35!!! Food was cold and inedible. DON'T eat here!

Have an absolutely ridiculous high minimum order of £15! Isn't it enough to charge £2 for delivery?

Always get our pizza from this place great service and very prompt and get our pizza to us pronto... No pun intended. Compared to others they also have a good selection available.

Mmm, delivery was pretty quick considering traffic. Food was terrible - overcooked dry fried chicken not southern fried coated, dry chips, completely cold ribs. Just awful - never again.

Best pizza I've had in years. Pizza Pronto honestly put the big chains like dominos and pizza hut to shame. Absolutely amazing guys thank you. I will definitely be ordering again.. and again and again lol :)

Ordered from here the first time tonight. The pizza was delicious, far better than any other pizza I have ever had apart from in an Italian restaurant in Italy! The stuffed crust was amazing, Greek Salad wonderful and they deliver wine and beer at really good prices! Thank you!

So placed an order over 30£ Friend chicken was really salty Order some spicy wings I get normal wings which was salty as well Chips was chewy for some reason Bbq wings was spot on tender meat really good and tasty Chicken nuggets was tasty as well I don’t know why I get what I get bit disappointed I understand maybe they was busy But quality still need to be in place

First time ordering and it won’t be the last either! Everything I ordered was fresh tasting and hot the chips were crispy and NOT GREASY! The chicken fillet burger was crispy and again was fresh including the salad and the jalapeño bites were amazing! I 100% recommend this place over anywhere else i have ever ordered from!

Really nice people, great price and great food. The pizza wasn't greasy and was tasty. Not a huge fan of the cheesy garlic bread or the curly fries. Would go back!

Tried this place out, was a bit sceptical so collected to see what it was like, X2 20" pizza's, have to say really really good, recommended.

I was supposed to get my food in 45 mins and I got it in 25 mins. Hot and lovely. You guys best in town.

Myself and my husband just ordered from here, we was told half hour yet the food arrived in 20 minutes (for a friday night that's pretty impressive) our food arrived piping hot and tasted amazing!! I much prefer pizza pronto over pizza gogo any day.

Got a pepperoni pizza and a seafood pizza with buffalo wings and two desserts . The pizzas were cold and looked and tasted like they were bought from a shop and the desserts were frozen. Not worth what we paid for it will not be going back avoid at all costs.

Got Chicken & Chips asked for 3 legs i got 1 leg & 2 Chicken breasts. It took the young lady a few minutes to find it on the till. My meal was not very nice at all, ate the Chick leg but threw the rest out. Will NOT be going back.

Pizza had a funny off smell, made us feel sick. Not edible chicken looked reheated very disappointed will never order from here again

One off the best pizza shops in Ipswich freindly staff food piping hot when comes to door and delivery is in chantry highly recommend great stuff guys you never disappoint cheers
