Tracy went out with SJ for a Cappa in the offeroon we stay in worm Staff serviced drink the man name is Jack was served Tracy ,s drink and buySJ a drink and Tracy was chats with SJ Staff was support Tracy she was happy and tellsSJ We walked around the town we saw a dead pigeon around the town we got home

Nothing wrong with the coffee, food or service, but the WIFI is just SO SLOW!!!

Paid for a large mocha, got less than a regular coffee in a large cup.

As usual, message added to the order asking for it to be taken down a path to the reception entrance and as usual, ignored. A phone call from the driver saying he has nowhere to park and where can he park (there is a lay-by outside). In the end, had to go out to the road to collect it.

They said it was delivered and it wasn’t? Clearly delivered to the wrong place, very very unhappy with this.

Cookie was missing and still charged for it.

Cold bacon bap, whipped cream totally disintegrated and time moved to an hour later than first noted.

We didn't receive the two items we wanted the most and we weren't informed? I need for be refunded??

Order took an hour to arrive. Delivery driver sat outside in his car on the phone while our order sat there and went cold. We had to go to his car and make him give us the order. Shocking delivery driver attitude.

Really poor from Jack and his colleagues today, left waiting at the counter without an acknowledgement, then served drinks 10 minutes apart. Very disappointed and frustrated with the Costa experience today due to poor service. Extra customer service training and guidance needs to be given to the employees working there this afternoon.

Quite a large Costa, but only staffed by 2 members of staff at 9.30am on a Saturday morning. Hence giant queues that hardly move. If you want to spend 26 minutes in a queue to by a £5 cup of coffee..... this is the place for you

Although this states my order has been delivered, I can assure you it has not. I would like an immediate refund. The service from just eat is shocking.

Lovely Costa, nice staff all happy to serve and help, drinks made with care and good quality. mango frappe was a 10/10. Definetely recommend.

Worst Costa experience of my life. Travelled here for the day from Norwich to visit family and went here for a cup of coffee.. received a cold, watered down caramel latte, which I found a hair in, presumably belonging to the young lady who made my drink. Also questions about the uniform policy; the girl who served me had multiple ear piercings and a nose ring, bracelets, eyeliner, and her ponytail was falling out. The setting was nice, but the coffee was horrible and the service was poor, with girl who served me (black hair, blue eyes, freckled, small) seeming rushed and distracted, and ultimately coming across as rude. I would also like to add that whilst there, my niece (17) mentioned that her schoolmates who work at this costa have ‘vape breaks’ in the kitchen- causing more questions to remain about the hygiene of the place.

It does not Costa lot. So pay a visit. I recommend the Costa on Westgate Street . North Gatestreet in Ipswich

My panini was out of stock and I was not made aware of this or given an alternative, so half my lunch was missing.

Good, getting more and more expensive though.

I added a message saying Please take to reception for Frith Allum, instead I received a phone call saying the deliverer was out in the street and couldn't get into the building, but they hadn't even looked to find the walkway to the reception. Previously your team have managed to deliver here with no problems so I don't know why it was difficult.

Short staffed as staff were rushed off their feet place was busy and the disabled toilet was out of use as a visitor used it and bought nothing in the café. They were in the toilet for around 20 minutes.

Zag er niet netjes uit. Vloer was vies. Koffie was een bak slootwater.

One of the better Costas; experienced staff are 'on it' so service is pretty fast and usually correct. It can get pretty busy, so check there's a table if eating in.

## Up Dated Review 23.01 23 ## Costas responded to my complaint in such a professional and polite way, offered complimentary coffees but most importantly a sincere apology which goes a long way in life. Very happy with Complaint customer service. I will return to Costas!! Costas, Queen Street Ipswich. 😣 Terrible service in all. Slow, dirty cups and rude. A young female when we spoke to her said absolutely nothing, no please, thank you or acknowledgement to our requested. No smile or other reaction!! Seriously was she mute?! Suspect a very rude and poorly trained employee, not cut out to work in the hospitality industry. Date of visit 25.10.22 hope Costas head office or management read reviews, I'd love the opportunity to further discuss my less than nice experience!!! My panini was very soggy and literally empty, there was no cheese in there, no pesto, and the tinyiest pieces of tomato. inedible. No whip on my drinks. No straws for drinks either. Very disappointed

Had to wait 20 minutes after paying for my order to be filled, not acceptable you stand around with lots of other people getting in each others way. Should have a separate area for those wanting to take away

Hit or miss I find with this Costa. Half of the time they forget to add syrups. If it's quiet there they're quick to get your order done.

Delivery time kept changing but when drinks arrived it was clear they had been waiting for a while as they were sloppy and melted and more like water than a frappe

Not the best cosra coffee shop , there is alot of staff but they are always in a muddle and so slow , if you order food to be cooked it would end up cold while waiting for your drink so you have to eat it without your drink .

Organised chaos sums it up, understaffed, very long wait for coffee and food. Clearly running this outlet on a skeleton staff.

Sadly this visit was less than satisfactory. Service was slow and wrong, then they forgot to bring the correct drink to our table, so when it did arrive it was cold. It was busy, loud and not clean on this visit, which is unusual as we have had lunch here before were it was good.

delivery was great. no marshmellows in drinks. and none of the food turned up. and trying to get hold of someone is ridiculous. had to give stars or there would be no stars

This place has REALLY gone downhill since the pandemic. The place is FILTHY inside and out. The tables outside are often left to collect dirty plates and cups etc and a not taken away for a long time. The entrance to the cafe is about as filthy as anything I've ever seen. The staff are thin on the ground, and they're slow.

Awful awful awful. We ordered. Got told they are coming 20 minutes later was told the drinks will come and will process a refund. But they charged us again after telling them this is not a refund the server shoots us down and says you're wrong. Then another employee tells her shes wrong and refunds us everything. Then gives us the wrong drinks. 5 stars in stupidity though.

Ordered bacon but got sausages not what I ordered

First time ordering here & the last. Had items missing. Credit gas been added to my account instead of refund. Not happy. Just eat can take a long walk off a short pier. No more business for you!!

I do not leave many reviews but have to say I had a lovely visit today to Queen Street Costa. The staff here, over the years, have always been polite and friendly. I walk past quite a few cafes to get here! The vegan selection is ace! I had an oat cappuccino and the Bosh! Choccy slice. When plant based tastes this good, why not be hey? The cafe is stylish and super clean. I really enjoyed the music they were playing even though I am an oldie.

Music is so loud everyone is having to almost shout to be heard. Please play music as background noise? Left with a headache

Missing items of food ordered, but changed for 2 sausage baps and 2 bacon baps when I only received 1 sausage bap & 1 bacon bap.

Ordered a chocolate tiffin, and they sent me a Chocolate twist instead that also tasted as having been out for hours. They could have cancelled the order if they didn't have the tiffin.

Great food but overpriced, took ages to arrive and the delivery receipt was missing the QR code to scan in the Costa app.

I ordered the free range egg, spinach and mushroom bap, delicious. My friend then rang, I told her what I had, plus my chocolate twist, and she came over and I ordered fir her!! We both loved it ❤ 😋

Food and coffee was good but there was an item missing, which was disappointing.

2 phone calls from the courier, asking where the door to the school office was. The path to the school entrance is fairly clear from the road. I’ll avoid getting orders sent to this location in the future.

Yet again because the delivery was over 30 minutes late the food was again cold by the time I received it. Seeing the driver go in the totally opposite direction to where I live just made it worse. This is the 3rd time my delivery has been late & I therefore will potentially stop using JustEat

Products were great and so was the conversation with the baristas this morning.. Its good to see people who are still happy to engage with their customers in just more than the traditional nicities.

Chicken Fajita Wrap was Still Piping Hot and Full of Flavour, the White hot Chocolate is simply Dreamy and worth a try if you haven't, Normal Hot Chocolate was also tasty with a decent helping of Syrup and the Frostino was really Refreshing would order again 100 percent.

Quality coffee, food = above OK. Ambiance is good with OK seating. Silverware could be more cleaner! Staff nice and good at service.

Mac and cheese tasted a bit funny and then realised it was vegan. Not sure if they recently changed it to vegan? Not as tasty as before. Anyway had another delivery driver that couldn’t seem to follow the note I left on the order and it was a pain going downstairs and trying to find him.

Love the mac and cheese as always especially the crumb on top, but the egg mushroom and spinach bap is quite tasteless. Good texture and all but could use seasoning and more flavour

The bacon bap came as a sausage bap. Hate sausages. And the coffee was cold . And where are my cakes ?

They left out my main breakfast, ordered it for the egg bap otherwise wouldn’t have ordered at all!

Absolutely minging, filthy tables and chairs, staff were chatting when they could have been clearing tables as they had no one to serve, but guess their phones needed to be held and looked at instead of doing what they are paid for. Coffee was luke warm, tables and chairs were disgusting and yet the place had only 4 other customers along with us and no queue. Won't be going here again would much rather use an independent coffee shop that is clean and provides hot coffee for a fraction of the price and I can tip the staff for good service.

Only ever get a takeaway drink from here, but from what I've seen and been serviced it's just as good as the rest.
