Ordered a kebab just after my friend and one person waiting in front. My friend waited 15 mins and mine was 15 mins after that. Extremely disappointed. Why didn’t someone tell me there was a half an hour wait..

Pizza's and Kebabs are out of this world. I just had a large kebab delivered and it's piping hot. I've been using Milano pizza for over 10 years. Also buy one pizza get one free. Best place in Worcester trust me. ♥️

waited 35 minutes for a lamb kebab and the shop was empty.

Pizza is gross. The dough is definitely not fresh as claimed. More like a nasty frozen thing from Asda. All these cheap takeaways seem to use the same pizza base which is disgusting, flat, like cardboard and doesn't even taste like pizza dough. Don't believe the images they show of the pizza as its nothing like what you will actually get.

Food arrived correctly as ordered, 10 mins early and piping hot from very courteous driver. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty, we’ve never had a bad takeaway from here - only ever delicious. Highly recommend- thank you Pizza Milano! 👍🏻👍🏻😁😋

Some of the food is a little pricey but service was great, even after a long night

£3.99 for large fries which was approx 200g was poor value - but the fries were nice. Ordered two lamb shish, both meals had overcooked lamb - was quite hard and no flavour. Salad wasn't fresh and consisted only of red cabbage and lettuce. Ordered additional grilled onion on both meals but the onion was miniscule so didn't add anything to the meal. It was my first and last time ordering. Quick delivery and driver was pleasant. Ignored my delivery instructions though.

I always order online via the website and get the medium double decker deal with barbecue and garlic mayo and it’s perfection recommend everyone give this place a go as the portion sizes are 10 10

The pizza was nothing like any pizza I have ever had in Italy and especially in Milano. But it was tasty, freshly made and the price was ok. The staff were friendly and were happy to join in a bit if bantet

Biggest ripoff in Worcester. £15 for a kebab style pizza that takes half an hour to make. Zero service. Don't bother

I just ask for 9 inc pizza inside beef , cheese and mix pepper, they put inside extra, onion ane mushrooms wasn't well cooked else , don't happy, never come back again

Ordered just a tray of kebab meat Just the Donner and a pitta bread. After a night out. I was a bit drunk, but you wouldn't expect people to take advantage. Donner was standard average what more would you expect!! But getting charged £19.90 for a little tray of Donner and a pitta 🤣💰👍🏽. It may just be a staff member on the take so possibly watch out for that in future??

Got chicken and chips and they re heated the chicken and the chips were over cooked and burned, chicken was dry and tasteless, won't be going back to them ever again.

Chips were like plastics cheese looks like dried paint the burger was soggy the onion rings were not nice and they were burnt so save your money 🥲

Pizza was ok but don't be fooled by the buy one get one free offer. Ordered 2 x pizzas, expected them to be like-for-like. The "free pizza" was thin, dry and did not have stuffed crust even after we specifically requested this. Would have paid extra to get what we actually wanted had there been an option. Probably won't order from here again.

I ordered late and asked for them to recommend some chicken. I have to say the best chicken I've tasted in a longtime. Chick kebab amd MFC was the bomb. fast delivery. Never comment norm but the food and service was excellent. Thank you. Karen

Ordered a pizza for delivery at midnight (yeah I work shifts and get hungry at silly times) Pizza was in my hand by 00:30. Tasty, very hot fresh pizza. Ordered with extra garlic and they sorted me right out. Good price. Superfast delivery and tasty snack. Cheers :-)

Absolute garbage. Paid nearly £17 for a kebab.The pitta was strangely placed "under" the meat and salad folded in half and it made up half of the contents of the polystyrene foam tray. Majority Donner meat with a few slices of chicken and cremated unidentifiable brown meat. Paid extra for cheese... Barely knew it was there... Absolute rubbish. If inflation means that constitutes a standard £17 kebab the country is doomed. I supposedly got a 20 percent Tuesday discount as well! Your having a laugh😂

Order from here quite frequently, always lovely food, very hot, and tasty. Knocked off 1 star because they recently stopped the stamp-card option on JustEat I like to use!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. My pizza seems to come with garlic on now- too strong and an over abundance of onions. I asked for no onions but forgot about the garlic unfortunately. I think the new chef just pours garlic over everything .

Well I just had the best god damn takeaway of my lifeeee! these guys have been amazing for years. Foods always boiling! Tastes Devine, price is unbeatable, I’m fussy as f and they always cater to needs! Been coming to these guys for years and that’s not going to change anytime soon!

Mixed meat and chips is a banger. Just ensure they know the toppings that you want exactly.

Very disappointed. Nice flavour for special Kebab but very over priced at £14...definitely not worthed that money...so little salad.. just can't justify that price.

The worst place i have ever been to, went in with my friends and spent £25 on a pizza and half cooked chicken. Worst experience ever, dont go.

Went there for the first time yesterday evening and was very happy with the Smokey Joe pizza. There's a broad menu so I'll try something new next time. Tasty and good value too.

After a slight issue with pizza toppings being off the pizza - driver couldn't be more accommodating and returned my order I called the shop...again the guy on the phone was amazing we got our new pizzas in no time at all freshly made, this was oir first time using pizza Milano and I have to say the wait was worth it pizzas are outstanding and we will definatly be returning thankyou for ur 5star customer service guys it really goes a long way 😀

Do not use.....Shocking..... ordered 2 pizza meals, Tiny shrivelled up pizza, hard like a cracker and dry like one too. Waited 45 minutes for this terrible food. Please stay away.... bad food that's way over priced.

Great pizzas, the best garlic mayo in Worcester and well just all round great staff and awesome food. Yes there may be some mishaps from time to time in the orders but doesn't matter as everything from pizza milano is epic 👌

Absolutely love this place. Order regularly now and their large special kebab is the only place I can find that does decent meat and portion size for a good price. The pizzas are absolutely awesome as well and they always deliver within a decent time. Took me years to find this place in Worcester and I'm glad I did, keep it up!

It's one of the few places that stays open lates. The pizzas are not so good but the kebab are their wild card so 3 stars for me

Decided to give this place a go, as we were fed up of poor quality service and food from the major players. Great service and really nice pizza, delivered ahead of schedule too. Good value for money with the 2 for 1 deal. Top job.

One of the best pizzerias in Worcester. Short time awaiting for order. Delicious pizza at a good price. Many special offers such as two pizzas for the price of one. I recommend to all who like really good pizza.

The staff here are always so lovely and friendly. I work until quite late so it's nice to come here and get good food (their lamb shish wrap is the best) and talk with nice people.

A good spot for tasty late night grub. I'd watched a show at the Swan Theatre and this place is just around the corner. Ordered a burger and chips for less than a fiver. Food really tasty with a restaurant area clean, hygienic & tidy etc. done just the job as a late bit to eat

I like it here, good traditional pizzas and friendly service!

Only ever eaten here when drunk. That said I've always enjoyed the pizza.

If you value your health don't get a takeaway from here ! Apart from a long delivery time and it being barely warm, on the first bite i found a large sharp piece of white plastic ! Received very poor customer service when phoned to complain, no apology, simply said he'd make a note of it, disgraceful !

Horrible dirty place. Me and my friends went into here after a night out and they tried to charge us £50 for 2 pizzas. they could tell we were drunk so they just wanted to take advantage of that and steal out money. vile place with vile staff...common thieves.

Good food, lovely pizza, good price

Dirty lying delivery boys going to wrong house and apparently taking photos stated the door was knocked on yet ours was wide open and doorbell was not rang though available. Shame that as we had been loyal to for years and have downgraded big time both with staff and service. Steer clear.
