Oh my god I can not thank this restaurant enough. My friend was stuck in a lay-by between Worcester and droitwich. Not only did they find her but did it without a phone call. They are so amazing I can’t thank them enough

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Me and a mate ordered some food. The fries didnt arrive to begin with so we rang to sort this out. They offered a 10% voucher for our next order and the missing fries were well over this price ! We are now sat waiting after 50 minutes for the fries. ! 😡

Pizza Milano staff are just the cutest. I recently made an order and on the instructions part for the kitchen staff i wrote "No instructions but Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all staff". And they gave me a cute note back on the packaging! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! Anyone and everyone should try the food here.... especially the doner meat :)..... thanks to all staff x

Used these multiple times and never failed me I ordered tonight first time in a while and delivery driver gives me the wrong food fair enough when I called up he came back and swapped it but when I opened it the order was still wrong completely wrong toppings and base ?!

Ordered a kebab just after my friend and one person waiting in front. My friend waited 15 mins and mine was 15 mins after that. Extremely disappointed. Why didn’t someone tell me there was a half an hour wait..

waited 35 minutes for a lamb kebab and the shop was empty.

Pizza is gross. The dough is definitely not fresh as claimed. More like a nasty frozen thing from Asda. All these cheap takeaways seem to use the same pizza base which is disgusting, flat, like cardboard and doesn't even taste like pizza dough. Don't believe the images they show of the pizza as its nothing like what you will actually get.

Some of the food is a little pricey but service was great, even after a long night

£3.99 for large fries which was approx 200g was poor value - but the fries were nice. Ordered two lamb shish, both meals had overcooked lamb - was quite hard and no flavour. Salad wasn't fresh and consisted only of red cabbage and lettuce. Ordered additional grilled onion on both meals but the onion was miniscule so didn't add anything to the meal. It was my first and last time ordering. Quick delivery and driver was pleasant. Ignored my delivery instructions though.

I always order online via the website and get the medium double decker deal with barbecue and garlic mayo and it’s perfection recommend everyone give this place a go as the portion sizes are 10 10

Ordered just a tray of kebab meat Just the Donner and a pitta bread. After a night out. I was a bit drunk, but you wouldn't expect people to take advantage. Donner was standard average what more would you expect!! But getting charged £19.90 for a little tray of Donner and a pitta 🤣💰👍🏽. It may just be a staff member on the take so possibly watch out for that in future??

Got chicken and chips and they re heated the chicken and the chips were over cooked and burned, chicken was dry and tasteless, won't be going back to them ever again.

Chips were like plastics cheese looks like dried paint the burger was soggy the onion rings were not nice and they were burnt so save your money 🥲

Pizza was ok but don't be fooled by the buy one get one free offer. Ordered 2 x pizzas, expected them to be like-for-like. The "free pizza" was thin, dry and did not have stuffed crust even after we specifically requested this. Would have paid extra to get what we actually wanted had there been an option. Probably won't order from here again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at midnight (yeah I work shifts and get hungry at silly times) Pizza was in my hand by 00:30. Tasty, very hot fresh pizza. Ordered with extra garlic and they sorted me right out. Good price. Superfast delivery and tasty snack. Cheers :-)

Absolute garbage. Paid nearly £17 for a kebab.The pitta was strangely placed "under" the meat and salad folded in half and it made up half of the contents of the polystyrene foam tray. Majority Donner meat with a few slices of chicken and cremated unidentifiable brown meat. Paid extra for cheese... Barely knew it was there... Absolute rubbish. If inflation means that constitutes a standard £17 kebab the country is doomed. I supposedly got a 20 percent Tuesday discount as well! Your having a laugh😂

The staff are absolutely wonderful. My pizza seems to come with garlic on now- too strong and an over abundance of onions. I asked for no onions but forgot about the garlic unfortunately. I think the new chef just pours garlic over everything .

Well I just had the best god damn takeaway of my lifeeee! these guys have been amazing for years. Foods always boiling! Tastes Devine, price is unbeatable, I’m fussy as f and they always cater to needs! Been coming to these guys for years and that’s not going to change anytime soon!

Went there for the first time yesterday evening and was very happy with the Smokey Joe pizza. There's a broad menu so I'll try something new next time. Tasty and good value too.

After a slight issue with pizza toppings being off the pizza - driver couldn't be more accommodating and returned my order I called the shop...again the guy on the phone was amazing we got our new pizzas in no time at all freshly made, this was oir first time using pizza Milano and I have to say the wait was worth it pizzas are outstanding and we will definatly be returning thankyou for ur 5star customer service guys it really goes a long way 😀

Great pizzas, the best garlic mayo in Worcester and well just all round great staff and awesome food. Yes there may be some mishaps from time to time in the orders but doesn't matter as everything from pizza milano is epic 👌

Absolutely love this place. Order regularly now and their large special kebab is the only place I can find that does decent meat and portion size for a good price. The pizzas are absolutely awesome as well and they always deliver within a decent time. Took me years to find this place in Worcester and I'm glad I did, keep it up!

It's one of the few places that stays open lates. The pizzas are not so good but the kebab are their wild card so 3 stars for me
