Best place for takeaway in Worcester if you still want to eat healthy. 10/10 the staff are so nice and the piri salted chips are the best!

Got a takeaway from here with my partner. I ordered the half chicken with 2 sides and she had a single wrap by itself. Even with no drinks included this came to nearly £30. The chicken wasn't charred at all and nearly all parts of the skin were soggy and pale apart from the colour of the sauce, which isn’t what you’d expect from a “Grill”. The wrap was pretty flavourless too. Pretty disappointed to have paid this much for what we got. The chips were undercooked and hard inside and the only nice thing was the peri salt on them. The cheesy garlic bread was nice though.

Food missing from order chicken was bland and over priced! Wouldn’t order again.

Foods stone cold and I ordered this about hour and a half ago absolutely appalling I am disgusted in this time frame now I have to reheat my food I want compensation for this as the food is not up to scratch I don’t believe I should’ve paid what I have and this isn’t even the restaurants fault this is your couriers

I paid for tzatziki but it didn’t arrive with the order.

Weren’t given the opportunity to add sauce to the wraps or pittas so were a bit dry

Chips were solid and just no where near as nice as last time. Chicken wrap was as dry as anything and tasted a lot spicier even though it was mild same as last time.

Not had the best experience with using Bare Grillz . Ordered online , took my money then canceled the order because they didn't have any drivers for delivery . Then ordered again for collection . Paid cash get home only to find parts of the order haven't been packed ... Not a great experience.

Had many orders from here. Food is always well above the expected standard and the customer service is always above and beyond. Especially from a man named Jack. Always makes us feel welcome and appreciated.

We really like the food here and often come for a meal and have had takeouts during Covid. The food is yummy and good prices. Occasionally had minor issues with what we ordered but nothing significant and that hasn't been fixed. 2022 EDIT: Reduced review to two stars. The quality control standard has significantly decreased this year. I would say 4 out of 5 orders has had something significant incorrect- items missing, wrong options, etc. I think of all our orders this year, only one has been correct. Today's order came with rice instead of bulgar wheat as ordered for example. 2024 EDIT: Still at 2*. Standard is really hit or miss.

Food never arrived tried to deliver me a subway for a mr Ashley m not from baregrillz.

Food was okay but the atmosphere and customer service was absolutely disgusting! Was treated like trash from the moment I walked in. Wingers is right next door and I see everyone being treated like royalty i’d much rather be there.

Great food very pricey but food all good will use again once i get a 30%pay rise and thats not going to happen anytime soon !!!

First time ordering from here and we were not disappointed. So delicious and value for money. Maybe have a flatbread as a side option? We’ll be ordering from here again.

Have had BareGrillz on multiple occasions always enjoyed it. However recently, I have noticed it seems to be seriously lacking in the quality it always used to excel in. Bulgar wheat tastes like it’s been cooked days before and just reheated, coleslaw like that of the yellow label range in Asda, soggy chips. Totally disappointed the past couple of times we have visited, but after the last visit, we will not be returning again, and I would recommended people look elsewhere for food👎🏻

Last night I had a take away delivered. This took over an hour to arrive, the food was cold and was missing sweet potato fries. The halloumi wrap was also dry, and the burger also dry. For what I paid for this food and service I was really disappointed.

Everything was good except for the rice

I purchased the "gourmet burger", wasn't impressed. A small piece of lettuce and had to have red sauce because gourmet burgers don't come with burger sauce at baregrillz. Had chips cheese there's not much I can say about frozen chips with microwaved cheese on top. Also had the garlic bread, it tasted like it was fried bread with really not that much garlic butter, so just cripsy fried bread. Waited half an hour but watched others walk in order and leave in ten minutes. Atmosphere....... when I experience any form of Atmosphere I'll rewrite the review.

It's at a very good location with free parking for 1.5 hours. Food is great and always tasty with good service and generous with the sauces.

Wow what can I say, Bare Grillz is easily best food establishments I’ve ordered from in Worcester. My jerk butterfly chicken was cooked to perfection and the roasted vegetable side was delicious.

The food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Jack was helpful and ensured our order was ready quickly.

The fries had way too much piri salt on them to the point that we couldn’t eat them and then I have a large bone in the chicken pitta that I nearly choked on! Very disappointing!

top clean healthy food and cheap prices… can’t beat this price! I love this place normally - but walked in to a woman working on her own - before waiting like a ghost - to have some young kid who i thinks the manger get yo from his comfy seat and blank me and serve somebody else…. Fuming! I go there for food not a social

Would give it a miss, woeful customer service told me 15 mins for for food and they did not even cook it They have no clue how to run a food establishment And seems to be a theme looking at the reviews Get your staff training and you may have a hope of staying open

Probably the nicest takeaway I have had in many years, the chicken tasted top notch the sides also delightful and also very friendly staff that helped with allergy questions, absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended

Food delicious pity the chips were missing

Had an item wrong, phoned up and the manager personally delivered the correct item within minutes. Have ordered a few times before and it’s always very fresh, hot and delicious.

Great food as always, really tasty and warm when it arrived. Was on time and the delivery driver was really nice.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered food for collection as we do regularly. When we arrived home realised that more than half of the items we’d ordered weren’t in the bag and we had half of someone else’s order. Not that this happens regularly here but it was particularly inconvenient today because we’re going on a night shift. Rang back and said what was missing and we went back to collect it. When I got there, a brown haired girl came over with a bag of food and a bad attitude. Banged my order down in-front of me without any word. Refused to check my food to make sure it was now correct and told me I had to do it myself. Her general demeanour was stand off ish and confrontational. When I voiced I did not appreciate her attitude I was just stared at aggressively with no apology. We are regular customers and we enjoy the food but this is very disappointing that the staff have such a poor attitude towards their customers. From reading other reviews this doesn’t seem like a one off incident.

The food here is always sooooo good but the service is so slow! Lunchtime is ridiculous, if you have a strict boss / timed lunch going here is a right off. We would order from here wya more often if it was just faster!

The mash was cold in places like it wasn’t heated up properly and charging £9.40 for half a bag of chips, half a chicken breast and a fruit shoot is daylight robbery!

Menu is a bit confusing (IMO) Our order was slightly wrong, I should of probably asked them to read it back to me (I will next time). Arrived for collection, was around 25min wait but they seemed pretty busy. Annoyingly I wasn't told about a wait until after I paid. I'd of been annoyed if it was alot longer. It's not put me off, definitely worth another visit.

Ordered 2 sides. Only one came, no sign of the coleslaw. Also the rice was only 3/4 full in the tub. Feel ripped off to have paid £14.90 for 2 skewers and one side.

The food is absolutely fantastic - healthy and very well presented (unless takeaway where it’s ‘smashed’ into one box (if you pick the ‘lunch box’). I’ve never been here and not had to wait 45 minutes for what would take similar food businesses 10 minutes. The service is always bad, not a smile or addressed if they can’t serve you immediately. The steamed veg is also ‘al dente’ - although I think this is out of laziness rather than being purposely done. I believe the issue is they allow teenagers to work without proper management - not looking for a manager with an MBA, just common sense and communication. If you like good food, but don’t value your time and customer service then definitely try here. Price is in the high end but worth it for the food - just a shame everything else doesn’t match. Could be such a good restaurant if they sorted internal comms, wait time and service.

Unfortunately despite ordering just gourmet burgers they both arrived with cheese, which my son hates!

A good find. The menu was confusing, there was an option on the wall that isn't on the main menu which is odd. Then an choice on the menu gives you the option for one side or two. But the price for two sides cost more than ordering the side option separately. So we did that. There are no drink options listed anywhere, photos on Google include milkshakes, but there was no option for this. The service was very slow but the food was good.

Normally the food here is incredible, I order most weeks, for the first time the chicken was inedible and it went in the bin! Also the chicken breast seemed half the size as normal! I’m hoping this is a one off!

Delivered really quickly and food was hot. Sadly this and the last time we’ve ordered, the food hasn’t been as good. Veg very bland, unseasoned and overcooked where previously it was Al dente, buttery and well seasoned. Chicken wrap stuffed with lettuce and three tiny pieces of chicken. Previously much more chicken, not padded out with lettuce. Sweet potato fries were good, however.

I just had a takeaway from there chicken halloumi and Greek salad it was beautiful what a brilliant restaurant 😃😃

Food looks and tastes nice, and is nice and hot. Have been sent rice that wasn’t ordered - and chips are missing from the order. We ordered the food at 19:00, delivery update to begin with was 19:40-20:00. Called the restaurant at 20:30 to ask where it was, they told us it was on the way. Food arrived at 21:02.

Ordered food 6:15! Rang restaurant 7:40 as still no delivery phone answered by someone with zero customer service skills, no one had a clue where my food was! Delivery finally received just before 8pm! Absolute Joke

Bare Grillz used to be amazing, not any more! Ordered 1 halloumi starter and 2 wraps, it’s been an hour and a half and it’s still not here. I called after an hour and was told it was on its way. Now they are permanently engaged.
