I ordered a pizza, paid for it, waited 10 minutes for it. The man who took my order, went up to another customer with my pizza, saying what type of pizza it was. I told him i ordered that pizza. He said nothing & gave me the pizza. I ordered my drink again, he came back with the wrong flavour, i told him what flavour again. After eating my pizza i noticed i wasn't given any tissue with my order. I had to wipe my hands on my jeans & leave oil on my lips. Why is there someone serving customers, who is almost deaf &/or doesn't understand English properly?

Disappointed with size of ice cream carton for £6 not usual size and pizzas lacked flavour, dough is chewy would not use again.

We ordered and paid for two chips and drinks and received one chips and no drinks. And no refund.

I would like a refund for this meal as it came not only late but the food was damaged as the pizzas where soggy because of the rain that night but unfortunate for me it was money wasted.

I didn’t receive my order, the delivery driver didn’t contact me. He sent it to the other block! I will never order again! Bad service

Left instructions for delivery driver to contact us on arrival as we are in a hotel and would have collected from reception. The pizza was late, we called the restaurant and they claimed the driver was 10 minutes away at most. 20 minutes later and still no call or food. Rang back again and we were told our food had been delivered. Upon checking our food had been delivered to reception with no phone call as requested, also the name was wrong on the food so the hotel was unable to figure out who it belonged to. By the time we got our food it was stone cold. Terrible service and food. I would request a refund but restaurant are probably too incompetent to send it to the right person.

Ordered at 1:15 - called at 2:30 when food still hadn’t showed up. Then was left a voicemail at 2:50 to say they were leaving cause I hadn’t come to take my order. Absolutely disgusting service.

I would like a full refund on this order, as one of my pizza looks like someone had taken a piece out of it, I could not eat it knowing someone has touched and taken a slice out of it. That is really outrageous I also have the photo I took the same night as evidence.

Food was cold, driver drop bottle of drink, also insulted my partner by way of staring at her cleavage.! Not impressed.

Order want what I asked for and the driver got lost and phoned me to say he was outside ringing my buzzer ,I told him he was at the wrong address but he insisted thats where his map took him,keep telling me he's at my door took him 20 mins after that to get to me after ignoring my directions

Didn’t read note so the pepperoni pizza I had to scrape the cheese off and can’t separate the pepperoni from the cheese there for just have a really soggy plain pizza base

Food was not good at all, pizza was bashed up and stuck to the top of box. 😡😡

Ordered here because of many good reviews ,sadly have just got my pizza it's cold rubbery and old tasting ,seemed to take a long while to get to me after leaving for delivery considering I'm not that far away ,maybe that's why it was cold etc ,what a shame .had to call to find out what was taking so long ,guy in phone very apologetic but food isn't good

Your delivery drivers attitude is absolute trash!

Always liked the pizzas here and have ordered many times, never had any issues and food is always hot and delicious. A bottle of coke I ordered was accidentally forgotten on my order tonight, after speaking with the restaurant they had a driver sent out and at my home within 5 mins with the missing bottle and a complimentary cheesecake too. So not only does it have great food but it also has fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Food was good but... The delivery driver was rude. And this is the second time we’re experiencing rudeness and bad customer service from Just Eat’s delivery drivers.

Absolutely disgusting. Took 2.5 hours for delivery of a cheese pizza. Came was burnt, cold and tasted like rubber. I rang the shop 3 times and each time they lied and said it was out for delivery. The whole order went in the bin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - AVOID!!

So I ordered a stuff crust with cheese inside it obviously and it seems as if I had some mashed potatoes consistency stuffed in the crust.. As someone who loves the ends of the pizzas when stuffed, this was a disappointment.

my order came in two separate boxes and wasn’t even the same pizza. i ordered one pizza and i got the one i ordered - which was tiny and then a bigger one which wasn’t my order

Pizza crust was bad, I ordered stuffed crust and it tasted like a paste of garlic nothing else. Mozzarella sticks were hollow and not filled with cheese. Banoffee pie was still frozen. The only redeeming thing was the garlic bread which tasted okay.

We ordered quite late but just felt there was not much effort put into the food , had it many times before and it has been much better but assuming it’s because it was quite late like 12ish - 1 when we order

Completely ignored order notes which is unusual for them, they’ve always listened before, hope it’s a one off.

soggy, toppings fell off base, terrible, base looks like one of these frozen bases, do not look fresh the base in my opinion.

The four cheese pizza was a bit greasy and the cheese is very overpowering so it would be better with barbecue or more pizza sauce. The barbecue wings were on point. The portions are quite big.

The chicken wings were terrible. We did not eat them and won’t be ordering again. The pizza was okay though and their prices cheap.

And it's was cold to eat so I ended up cooking

The food was terrible. Far too greasy, to the point it was wet, the drink was very warm and the chicken was so dry. The delivery time and driver was pretty good I’ll give them that.

It was early, that turned out to be a good thing because we where very hungry.

One can was burst on arrival and cheese and tomato was like more of a smooth cream cheese, not great.

We received the wrong order, and before we had time to complain, I got a call from the restaurant apologising for their mistake. They immediately fixed it and sent us our correct order. Great service and I applaud the restaurant for their quick turnaround. Thank you!

This place consistently delivers piping hot, flavourful and tasty pizzas very quickly. If you're looking for good pizza bundle offers, order from here. They're definitely better than Dominos and Papa Johns, and you get better portion sizes too!

Best pizza and service! Food is always delicious, early and just the right temp. With my latest order the delivery driver forgot our drink. When I contacted the restaurant they delivered the drink with no fuss and even gave us an extra drink. I’m a repeat customer for the great customer service and the consistently great food.
