The restaurant sent me a message to say food was on its way. I live 3 minute drive from shop and 35 minutes later the food came freezing cold. Disgusting service and shop

Prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. There was very little tomato sauce on the pizza which made it dry and hard to eat. The garlic bread did not taste of garlic. The delivery person also interrogates you at the door before handing over the order.

Asked for deep pan and got the thinnest pizza was ment to be 18inch but I'm sure it was a 15inch disappointed

The pizza was soggy and barely any tomato sauce was on it. Pizza was a bit salty as well. Homemade pizza is much better. On the margarita there was excess cheese and again barely any tomato sauce. The sides of chips was also soggy. The delivery man was also quite rude for no reason.

Made an order for a 15" pizza but only a 12 was delivered accidentally. Call the restaurant and within a short time they delivered a 2nd pizza free of charge. Gotta give a thumbs up for the great service and the quick response, not many restaurants on here do that.

Still some of the tastiest pizzas around! My only criticism would be that the Pepperoni "Supreme", seems to have less and less pepperoni on it, with each order. But... Delicious! Thank you.

Worst pizza ever and extremely rude staff. Who ever i spoke to has never heard of customs service. RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE. Wouldn't except my pizza was luke warm when it arrived and was SO rude over the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

My son had to collect from outside as they wouldn’t deliver to door and we was initially given the wrong order, luckily I saw from the balcony and called delivery person back! Overall the pizza was nice and we was happy with the food.

This was a spur of the moment decision to get a take-away and it was a good one! Lovely pizza, delicious flavour. Thank you.

The timing of the delivery was perfect however when I opened my pizza box I found my pizza smooshed to one side of the box the pizza, soo the delivery service is awful if you live in a flat be prepared to greet the driver as he refuses to deliver to your door as you live in a flat. Also I ordered a 20” deep pan pizza and it arrived as a thin crust seems tho the restaurant is being tight with ingredients

Food was on point 10/10 would buy from again.

My order was placed around 1:45pm, restaurant stated 2:30pm delivery,it was delivered around 3:00pm. Pizza was cold. Not happy with these guys.

Absolutely horrible food my fries were overcooked and full of oil which I believe was old oil!! Both me and my sister's chips!! ON TOP OF THAT we called the owner and he was rude and said he did not care on the phone! Don't order from this restaurant it's not worth the hassle!!

Brilliant mac and cheese really loved the food but delivery time was extended for 30 mins extra would prefer a quicker delivery time but definielty i will order again , loved the MAC AND CHEESE

Ordered from them and the delivery guy phoned me about 1h and i had to give him directions for another 15min ( THE DRIVER WAS KINDA STUPID) then he called me again about 10 min later he was across the road from me and he still could not find my address, i told him i can see him through my window and i finally got my order. The driver said he dos not use a navigation and that he know the area..lol THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THE ORDER WAS MIXED UP when i called the restaurant i was bombarded with excuses and no help in the current time just said ON NEXT ORDER YOULL GE SOME THING FOR FREE, AND NOW I HAVE TO EAT COLD PIZZA!!! i paid with my card already otherwise i wold never pay for it and i decently will not order or recommend THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY .

Food arrived on time but pizza was squashed to one side. All 3 pizzas looked like semi circles not a circle.

Time was changed to twenty minutes later, and it was still late by 30mins. I called 20 mins after the time stated and the man in annoyance said the driver had just left The delivery driver was nice and said he was lost but he left out later than the time stated and the food was cold. The pizza was nice and the quality wasn't bad.

Forgot to bring my drink. When I rang the restaurant told me to wait 45mins. Where not even sorry. Then on my order I ordered extra topping of beans and did not even recieve this on my food. Horrible service and do no read your orders at all. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

Got the order completely wrong took so long to deliver that we were too hungry to change it . Payed by card and yet the driver didn't believe us and requested cash . Showed him proof that I'd payed by card and was still hesitant to hand over the food . Also didn't follow delivery instructions at all . We asked them to ring the bell and not to knock but he hammered on the door as if he was a police officer with a search warrant

Food came delivered by a cab driver and said I had to come down from my flat to get the food as he apparently did not work from the take away. Food was cold, nice but cold.

For a simple Margareta pizza it tasted to me like those cheap pizzas you'd get in primary school canteen at dinner time. The kind of one you'd put in a microwave.

Food is excellent and the delivery time is fast.

Everything was fine apart from the chicken strips as it says 10 pieces and only got 8!!

I placed an order via Just Eat for a pizza delivery at 2. It actually arrived at 12, even though I was not made aware. This meant I was left with cold pizza. I called Pizza Line to rectify the problem, but the person I spoke to was extremely rude and tried to blame me. I had to go to Pizza Line and eventually the issue was resolved.

I have been there the first time, the staff think they have perfect English but they can't even get a simple pizza order,I think the owner is from Iranian fella very rude I tryed calming my self hardly.. definitely bad pizza and wasting money,I do not recommend to anyone to eat at that shop or order!!!!

Best cheese and tomato pizza ever!

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake and received a chocolate fudge cake, the rest of the order was fine.

This was the worse ever. My food took one hour to come. I called to see where my food was after 30mins and they told me it will come it 15mins but it didn't. It tool another 30 to 40mins. When it finally came the food was cold and the chips where burnt so couldn't eat it. What a waste of my money.

Don´t bother ordering from this place the food will not show up.

Food was decent, the macaroni cheese had too much herb in it and and made it taste a little bad but without that it was tasty. Cake was nice, and the mozzarella sticks were great. Delivery time was long considering the amount I ordered, it was about a 55 min wait. Overall it was ok, would definitely order from them again in the future.

The menu stated buy one get one free, only 1 pizza arrived. Not impressed, no real resolution from Pizza Line or Just Eat.

This place is horrible! It took over an hour for it to arrive, may I say an hour from estimated delivery time?! They also got the order completely wrong, I ordered a 9" and they gave me a 7" and I ordered a big diet coke and they gave me a small pepsi.

I usually order and collect but the online service is fantastic! Good food, honestly priced and delivered before the estimated time of delivery.
