Pizza Lala in Central Bedfordshire

We ordered a selection of kebabs,pizza and burgers on Christmas Day evening. We were prepared for a long wait as it was Christmas night. But to our surprise and delight delivery was fast and the food was amazing. The salad was so fresh and crisp and the red cabbage was amazing. The pizza was hot delicious and fresh and far superior to any chain take away. So glad we discovered this gem of a takeaway will definitely be using them again. Thanks to you all.

I've never written a review before, prompted to do so as we were regular customers, not happy with customer service and we wont be back.

Very average pizza, didn’t taste of much at all. Burgers are poor quality, although I did like the chilli sauce. Nothing special at all.

Excellent service always, sometimes the delivery takes a bit longer , but food is delicious, prices are also reasonable

It’s rare I write a review but having ordered a takeaway from here I felt compelled to keep others from wasting their money!!! Order turned up spot on time which really was the only positive thing I can say. First off the drinks were missing, mildly irritating but not the end of the world. Real problem was the food, all of it.... It was all barely warm (I don’t live far away from this ‘restaurant’), soggy cold chips, soggy mushy chicken nuggets, completely flavourless inedible onion rings and the pizza just as flavourless, made with the cheapest meat possible, awful. I don’t expect 5* food from a takeaway but I at least expect it to be warm and vaguely edible! Pretty much all of it went in the bin. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered cheese burger, cheesy chips and chicken nuggets from this place via JustEat App.The food arrived 25 mins early (this would normally be seen as a positive) however I would have preferred to wait the full, anticipated hour, to receive quality cooked food.Burger Bun - It was wet, soggy and literally fell to pieces when I took it out box.Burger - It was burnt to a crisp“Salad” within the burger - It was soaking wet, had an odd taste to it.Chips - Raw ( they were still potatoes that had been drowned in cooking oil)Cheese - Was covered in black specs of something (something else that had obviously been cremated and the oil having not been cleaned). The cheese was also an odd texture and had a somewhat bitter aftertaste.Chicken nuggets- Cremated to point of destruction.So, overall, I paid £17.30 and put everything in the bin after spitting out my first bite of a chicken nugget.

I ordered from this place using the app or Just Eat. The order supposed to arrive at 10pm, but instead we received a call from home saying that the food was there, more than one hour early. We had to drop al out plans and quickly get back, just for not eating cold food. That's just the best part of my experience with this place. I called asking for explanations, and a man that couldn't understand any word of English replied to the phone, saying to me they were too busy for answering to my call. They hanged up and called one hour later, offering us a discount for the next time (there will never be a next time), doing nothing about the order just places. About the food: I'm the last person who complain about how the food taste like, but when my kebab taste like chemical and vinegar, I'm not really keen on carry on eating it. The pizza was like sponge with a really poor topping, the chips where absolutely rubber. I wouldn't never ever recommend this place to anyone, especially for the weird taste of my kebab, that made me sick after 10 minutes.

Excellent food , kebabs , pizzas , burgers and many more . Authentic Turkish food quality and excellent customer care . Highly recommended .

It is a turkish kebab and Pizza take a way in Arlesey, Running business since 2007. If anyone like turkish kebab, definitely, recommended.
