Ordered a simple pizza and chips through the app. Advised of delivery time by email which was 30 mins from time of order. Great!! Called 10mins after the confirmed delivery time and was advised on the way and the staff apologised. Great!! 15minutes after that call I had to call again to chase the delivery. Food arrived and was stone cold 35 mins after original delivery. Called yet again to complain about this and was offered a replacement. In total approx 1hr late in getting my order delivered after the confirmed delivery time from the restaurant app. From point of order, 1hr 45mins to arrive correctly. Wouldn’t mind if they had just said” sorry we missed the order, will be with you soon” feel as though they load the driver and hope the driver gets round everyone before it goes cold. New order arrived, wrong chips and literally just warm again. Ridiculous Would have collected but can’t really leave the kids on their own to nip round the corner for my tea can I!!

Ordered 2 x chips cheese and chicken strips. The tub was half full of chips. The chicken strips were no bigger than a chicken nugget. Absolutely disgusting to charge £5 for such a small meal. Going downhill. Won’t order again
