Pizza Italia Take Away in South Ribble

Absolutely brilliant food unfortunately I didn't get to try the pizza as my son demolished it before I had the chance... spicy mushroom's and cheese garlic bread were amazing... definitely using these again... fast delivery and polite staff

I never received my order and when I tried to call the restaurant I got no answer from them it rang and went to voicemail every time

My go to takeaway. However the garlic bread was burnt tonight :(

normally really good pizza i go all time but pizza today wasn’t cooked proper and too thin it wasn’t nice at all

Pizza was thrown everywhere in the box, garlic bread too was not easy to eat as was splatted everywhere. Usually great food but last 2 orders have been let down

Found a tooth or something rock hard in my garlic bread that completely put me off. It’s a shame as normally spot on

Ive had two bad experiences now and its such a shame as it has always been bang on. Pizza cold and hard left on side for ages which was confirmed when i called and the driver said they had no drivers and my food was ready

The risotto was not risotto rice. Our pasta came with onions, when we asked them to not come with any in. The pizza toppings and cheese had completely slid off. Everything was just eh… and not worth the price.

Very disappointed with last nights take away i ordered a chilli beef pizza and i got ham. I do not eat ham. If they had ran out of chilli they should of contacted me for an alternative. So i ended up with a pineapple pizza. Not impressed

Great ribs and garlic bread. The lasagne however was upside down in the take away foil tray presumably to hide the burnt topping. Bolognese sauce isn't the first thing I'd expect to see on top of lasagne. Bechamel sauce curdled and tasted nasty. Otherwise good customer service when we ordered collection instead of delivery.

Very good food, fresh and piping hot, pasta spike was a big hit. Great delivery guy too 👍

Food was excellent, gorgeous spag Bol and garlic bread with cheese. Delivery was 45 mins late though

Placed an order for delivery, estimated time for delivery was 25mins, 90 mins later phoned to see where it was, was told it was out for delivery. Another 30 mins later phoned again to be told it was definitely out for delivery. They marked it as delivered 20 mins after the original order was placed. It's over 2 hours now and still no food. Absolute joke

Always enjoy the chicken and sweet corn pizzas from here. Best pizzas in Leyland. Garlic bread half cheese and half tomato is always on point too. Cheesey garlic spuds are a must! Thanks

wish we'd tried this place a long time ago now absolutely beautifully cooked piping hot/fresh (not kept warm) fast delivery and on a Saturday evening too. i will 100% be ordering from here again.

Missing Toppings! Paid £2.50 for chilli's on our pizzas

The food itself was lovely but absolutely freezing, just so annoying when you’ve spent nearly 20 pound and it’s stone cold freezing like it’s been sat there for an hour before delivered

Pizzas were late with missing toppings! How hard is it to prepare a pizza with pepperoni and chilli's??! Also don't arrive sliced and have to cut ourselves!

I ordered a lasagne and some garlic mushrooms. I don’t know what turned up but it definitely wasn’t lasagna, it tasted of pure salt nothing but salt and the look of it was disgusting. Really disappointed as I’ve ordered from here a few times and never had an issue with the pasta.

Just a heads up, it's about 10% cheaper ordering through just eat than collecting and paying cash my order was 20.30 on the app including delivery and service charge, in the shop collected 22.50

Absolutely spot on. All good was hot. Pasta dishes were full of flavour and pizza and garlic breads were thin based and offered lots of toppings. Best but was fungi ripieni. Large portion sizes. Will be ordering again. Highly recommend.

Spent 90 quid, nice family treat, I thought. Was delivered, 10 quid worth of pizza missing. Contacted the shop... Was asked 'was I sure this is missing'. Erm.... No, I thought I'd ring you to rob you out of a pizza, after spending 90 quid! Sarcasm! The guy told me he'd send out a replacement, then slammed phone down. Nice! I won't hold my breath and won't spend another penny here. Bad look when you have to rob your customers!

Service is Really poor ! No call from the restaurant to say I’m struggling or busy and we maybe late , we waited Over an hour and 1/2 . Not exactly what you expected when you place an order based on an hour ( so 2.5h ) to deliver ! Just eat also need to get a grip , no refund offered ! Now eating curry . So it’s now tomorrows tea !

Best Italian take away bar non! Always arrives on time and piping hot. Pizzas are not greasy at all and the pasta dishes are super tasty and for me huge portions. I always have some left for lunch the day after.

We only ever order from Pizza Italia. Hugely disappointing tonight. 1hr 4min from receipt of order to delivery (not usual - but it was a busy night). It arrived luke-warm, at best !! The box was soggy it had clearly been sat steam in the bag for a long time. I think we were the last on the delivery route. I paid for extra toppings £3 for sausage .. there was no extra (exact same as hubby who ordered same with extra). And £2.50 for about 8 olives which were cold. The cheese had solidified. £33 fo

food piping hot. absolutely delicious. girl who delivered was polite and had the sense to turn round and look again when she missed us the first time. will recommend to all family and friends. thank you we will be ordering from you again.

Hands down the best Italian I’ve ever tried! Pizzas came piping hot, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! And the garlic and mozzarella potatos are literally to DIE for. And the whole order came early. Fantastic, will 100% be returning

One of the best and worst pizzas I've had. Early delivery, hot food, HUGE amount of toppings, and VERY tasty. Really nice. Only criticism? The toppings were all over the box. Think the delivery driver through it all over the car !

Great pizza, first time coming and will definitely be ordering again. Also, as a vegetarian, it was great to see them acknowledge on the menu inside that Parmesan isn’t actually veggie friendly, first time I’ve seen it on any menu, anywhere!

No onion on spicy garlic breads and found a piece of plastic in one of them ! Really bad guys !! when you took over after gulios was really good but last couple of times been missing ingredients and poor quality hope you can get back to a year agos quality

Real average carbonara. Not much taste

First delivery arrived and was sent back as it had leaked all over, second delivery came without question but hubbies portion was small and my chicken was sadly quite dry.

The food was cold and tasteless. Ordered a tortellini alla creme and it was awful... it had a stringy cheese throughout the sauce, no cream and tasted vile. The pasta was well overcooked too like it had been reheated and not freshly done. The BBQ chicken pizza was also cold and tasteless. Couldn't taste any bbq sauce and the chicken was chewy. Don't waste your money.

Spaghetti bolognese had no flavour and pasta was over cooked, Garlic bread was hard and cold and both the tiramisu’s were all squashed.

I'm hoping this was a one off. Normally the food is excellent and delivery is fast and early, but tonight it was later than the estimated delivery time and the food tasted as if it had been kept warm for some time. Not the usual standard. Or is this the standard you get when you cash in your discount voucher

First time ordering from here. Ordered the Tagliatelle Angelo, Margherita pizza and Tiramisu. Got a free cheesy garlic bread. Pasta was very nice, good sauce to pasta ratio. Definitely going to try with different things added in. The pizza and garlic bread were very nice, the tiramisu was a cherry on top of a great meal. Definitely recommend that to anyone ordering, not too strong and light but filling.

The spag bol wasn't eaten as it tasted of vinegar !!!!

Delivery was longer than expected (1hr 15 min). Pizzas arrived cold, dry and the dough was tough, like they’d been reheated. Phoned to complain, but no refunds offered, just more pizzas. Which for obvious reasons we didn’t want. It’s a shame as we’ve been customers since they opened, but will take our business elsewhere.
