Pizza in the Skye in Highland

You won’t be disappointed!! Mark is a fantastic human delivering fantastic pizzas to a great prize. You must book it in advance to be guaranteed some food due to it’s popularity. This made our night in the tent a lot better!!

Definitely is the Best pizza on the island! , and i would recommend. Very delirious and very tasty. I Had an amazing trip.

Brilliant pizzas. We got 4 pizzas with 4 different toppings. All 4 and the cheesy garlic bread were amazing. My cousin and family who were with me agreed they were delicious. Very good service and chat😁. Definitely recommend it.

Amazing pizza! He does get busy so make sure you get there early or place online. Would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.

We absolutely loved the pizza and garlic bread from Pizza in the Skye. After tiring of pub food, it was great to put our order in and take away the pizza and bread to our cottage for dinner. It was sooo good and a great find on Skye - highly recommend1

This guy is a bit of a lifesaver. Check his menu on line and pick a time slot for the next day. His prices are good and he is a very pleasant chap to talk to. We collected and just ate it in the car whilst it was still hot.

We had the pleasure of eating pizzas from Pizza in the Skye twice and were not disappointed both times. The pizzas were amazing and the chap who runs the shop is so lovely. We would highly recommend ordering from here

This place is a small mobile shack that is located in the same place run by a ole proprietor. You need to place your pizza order ahead of time. The pizzas he makes are thin crust, 10 inch personal pizzas baked in a true wood fired oven. The crust is fantastic. The crust is thin enough to have a crunch on the bottom, but also just enough stretch and a yeast flavor like a Neapolitan style pizza. There are a number of choices for toppings so there is probably something for everyone.

Passing through and ordered in advance based on good reviews, super friendly service and freshly made pizza was possibly the best takeaway one I’ve ever had. Well worth a visit!

Wir sind ohne große Erwartung zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum zu dem Wagen aufgebrochen, wobei wir auch nicht wussten, dass es sich um einen „einfachen“ Wagen handelt. So konnten wir zwei Überraschungen in kürzester Zeit erleben. Der Wagen steht außerhalb in Portree, ist die „Reise“ aber wert. Die Pizzen sind fantastisch, frisch und das Konzept insgesamt stimmt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Der Pizza-Bäcker ist sehr sympathisch.

We just ate here to avoid the lines in Portree. It was quick and simple. We texted in advance per the instructions on their website, and the pizza was ready essentially when we arrived. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quicker option. Pizza was tasty.

Estuvimos aquí en agosto de 2023. Se trata de un remolque estacionado en un polígono que hace y vende pizzas. Están muy buenas y la atención también lo es. Tomamos 2 pizzas con 2 y 3 ingredientes extra por 16 libras.

Great pizza from a trailer parked in the parking lot of a Sports Club. They have a wood fired pizza oven. Take away only. In the town of Portree. A good choice from some of the overpriced restaurants in Portree.

This pizza takeaway is a wonderful small business. It was easy to order on line and we could choose our own toppings. I was able to communicate with the owner via text to warn him we’d be a few minutes late for the pick up time and he held the pizzas back for us. He also added a free extra pizza as he felt one of them had turned out a bit smaller. The pizzas were delicious! Well done!

So nice to have a place to pick up delicious pizza from while in/on Skye! It does get very busy, and we were thankful to have ordered ahead online as it was fully booked by the time we arrived. The location is in a car park and very easy to get to. The "pizza guy" was really friendly and nice to chat with while he multitasked making pizza. In fact, the pizza is second only to the conversation with him :)

Pizza in the Skye isn't actually a restaurant it's a little trailer in a carpark. That's not to say the pizza served isn't good. It's remarkably good. When we visited there was some rain and it was busy so we got a little wet and midge bitten while waiting. Not sure what could be done to make this wait a little more pleasant.

We came across this little place whilst looking for a quick and easy meal for our last night in Portree (camping so we didn't want to make a lot of mess) it is highly recommended that you pre order as it is very busy at peak times and at the weekend, so we did just that and selected our time slot. Unfortunately that slot was not available and I was offered one as close to it as possible which was great! Really great communication from the owner! We arrived to collect (a little early) and waited. The owner was so chatty and although he was clearly very busy this did not stop him conversing and taking a real interest in the conversation. Once the order was ready, I paid and was even given a large dog biscuit for my pup which made his day! We then got back to the campsite with the food and enjoyed every morsal! Really fresh tasting pizza, cooked really well. The toppings were plentiful and the portion size was good. I thought this was also great value for money as we paid £26 for two pizzas with lots of toppings and a garlic bread (highly recommend that!) Overall, a really great experience from a very commited owner who is doing a wonderful job! 10/10 will definitely be back

Best pizza we had during our two week trip to Scotland! There aren’t many places to eat on Skye so order early, as you can book your time in advance and they fill up quickly. I knew thats what we wanted for dinner so at 2:30pm I reserved our pizzas for 7pm that night. Easy peasy and no disappointment!
