If I could I would give negative rating. Worst service ever this place is advertised as open at 11 am today for the third time we arrive on time and get told to wait extra 15 / 20 mins , the man that opens the door ( I assume the manager ) should be reviewed this is so disrespectful to tell your customers to wait and always having excuses for not opening on time . I’m absolutely disgusted by the way this guy treated us as we are stupid !! 0 starts for this place

Initially we were sat on a very cramped table right in the aisle of a really narrow place but we were allowed to move when requested. The variety of the pizza was very poor with a maximum of 2 available at any visit and one time I went up there literally was one slice of Veggie Pizza on the whole bar. There needs to be more variety (when we were in York recently they had 5/6 types consistently including a Managers Special, they also had 2 pastas at York and only one here. It also needs to be replenished quicker as myself and a number of customers had to go and sit back down and wait minutes for pizzas to come back out I also object to paying £3 extra for the buffet just because this restaurant happens to be in London. All in all chalk and cheese compared with what we experienced at the York restaurant with this one being massively inferior in a number of ways.

Ordered Pizza, wings and drink on uber eats, 21.56. My order arrived, cold wings, drink and NO PIZZA. The quality seal was intact, so it was the not the driver but the workers. Ive been refunded 4 quid as reimbursment. Which absolutely does not matter since the pizza costs about 12 on it's own. Reconsider if ur planning to order from this pizza hut.

the customer service was amazing, fast and chatty and so was the food, definitely recommend the ice cream bar and their salad bar to go with the pizzas!

The food is very good, and the service is very friendly, the only drawback is that it only accepts card payments, personally I think that encouraging forced payment by card is not good

Arrived for a buffet after a morning at GOSH, friendly greeting which quickly went downhill. No pizza available and we and other customers had to ask for something other than Margherita or Pepperoni. Manager stood on one of the children's foot and despite the tears refused to apologise, told us to email.

The owner/manager very overbearing. Young lad really nice and helpful. Ordered on the QR code as told to do, ordered a latte to be told after paying and ordering that could only have tea or plain coffee, didn't refund me and told same price, almost £5 for a cup of tea with tbag in cup!! When asked why is it on there to order the young lad said I think machine is broke

Orde Ordered a pizza tonight, and it was a major letdown. The crust was soggy and undercooked—definitely not what I expected. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what I hoped for, and I won’t be returning to this location. This isn't a broader issue with Pizza Hut, just a problem with this particular franchise.

You simply cannot go wrong with a Pizza Hut meal.We had a lovely meal today.They catered really well for my gluten allergy including gf options on the menu as I cannot eat gluten and the allergy information.The staff were friendly and attentive.They explained everything really well.The service was really quick too.The food from the salad bar was tasty and fresh,it’s lovely that it’s included with the pizza and that you can help your self to exactly what you like in the salad bar as many times as you wish.I had the peppers,red onion,cucumber,carrot and sweetcorn,it was so tasty and fresh.For mains I had the bbq Americano gluten free pizza(I love it that it comes on a rectangular gluten free base so you can instantly tell if it is the gluten free pizza base).It was so delicious,piping hot and beautifully presented.It came with mozzarella,bacon,loads of chicken,sweetcorn and bbq sauce.The atmosphere is lovely,the bit that really stood out to me was the pictures on the wall,that display was amazing.Nice decor as well.It was all clean.Would highly recommend!
