The coffee and smoothies were horrible, being a cafe I expected an espresso of a certain quality. The bathroom extremely dirty.

Hostile staff despite coming here at least once a week for the next past few months. They never get my order right which is annoying having to repeat myself. I order to go but would rather visit the branch in Exmouth Market. They know me by name and make me feel welcome.

You can't beat a Nero unless you don't know about coffee!!

It is a relaxed coffee shop... Busy but not hectic, and a good mix of business people, tourists, and people like me who just want a quiet space to catch my breath and have a good cup of coffee.

Great coffee great service.... update June 23, poor service, not even a smile. It's like the staff resent working here. In the many years I visited it can never maintain the consistency of staffing and every few weeks another trainee is learning to serve. This is not a place of pleasure if an essential part of your coffee experience is service. Costa is over the road if only the coffee matched Nero's. Jamie 🍍

One of the few coffee shops in the area that’s open 7 days a week Close by to Hult International Business School where people take classes on weekends So it’s an essential part of the studying

Perfect apricot croissant and gorgeous piping hot mocha with whipped cream, just what the doctor ordered, can't fault the service is not too, nice and quick and polite and friendly, would definitely return.

Bacon bap and skinny chai latte was great. Enjoyed both in the spacious sitting area. Service was great as well

A hidden gem attached to a library..the only drawback is they close early

The staff were so busy trying to fulfill multi orders all at the same time instead of dealing with one at a time. Ended up with two people behind me receiving their orders before me. Not impressed

Chain cafe all over the uk. Serving usual stuff coffee, tea, snacks, sandwiches etc. it was quiet n nice even at busy road. Had good coffee n time.

Wouldn't usually rate somewhere like Cafe Nero but I had to because despite a fairly long queue, the barista was fantastic. She seemed to know her regulars and was very fast at making even the big orders.

They seem to have a succession of nice young Italian baristas. The coffee is very good. Like a lot of people I meet people "for a coffee" here for work, and I put in on expenses. Otherwise I would moan about the high prices more. Waiting times at the counter can be long, but that's hardly the staff's fault. Comfy armchairs available in the far corner if you are lucky. Nicer than Pret but dearer.

Walked in, both staff separately turned around and - without saying a word - carried on doing what ever they were doing in a cafe with two other people in it !

Nice coffee shop up to the usual Cafe Nero standards with great coffee and lots of tempting cakes! This particular coffee shop is situated close to my office so have quite a few meetings and catch-ups in here when there are no meeting rooms left to book.

This is a chain of coffee shops. Reasonable quality coffee but overpriced. Standard fare across all Neros. Food is usually fresh but again overpriced. You know what to expect if you have been to one before.
