Bryn, Lee and Courtney went above and beyond and were absolutely incredible in helping my two sons and my daughter and my elderly mother around the restaurant and told them what to do and how to operate the machines. Oh dear, let me tell you about my delightful experience at Pizza Hut! As an old lady who appreciates a good meal, I must say, I was quite pleased. The moment I stepped inside, the aroma of freshly baked pizza greeted me like an old friend. The staff were ever so polite and attentive, which made me feel right at home. Now, about the pizza itself! I ordered the classic margherita, and it was simply divine. The crust was perfectly crisp, not too thick, and just the right amount of chewiness. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, and the mozzarella cheese melted beautifully. I could taste the fresh basil, which added a lovely touch. For dessert, I indulged in their chocolate lava cake. Oh, what a treat! It was warm and gooey, with a delightful sweetness that made my heart sing. Overall, my visit to Pizza Hut was a lovely outing, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a comforting meal. I’ll be returning for another slice soon!

Would recommend the lunch buffet, great value and they will bring any pizza out for the buffet if you request it. Great value in my opinion for £15 for Unlimited pizza slices, salad, drinks and ice cream.

The food tasted great. Unfortunately it’s not what I ordered. The base was wrong and toppings were incorrect. After finishing my main we waited 15 minutes for plates to be cleared. And a further 35 minutes for a single desert. The service was awful considering we were the only ones in there, was told the Desert was in the oven and will be 3 minutes. 20 minutes later it arrived. Quality of food is great however the quality of the staff not so much

Awful, we will not be eating pizza hut again. All 3 of us came away feeling ill. Service was almost non-existent as there was only one member of staff on the floor. All ordering had to be done through your phone. It was expensive and very disappointing.

My overall experience was ok. The only good thing about Pizza Hut was the food. They have taken the customer service out of the restaurant and it’s a diy experience. When you go out to eat I don’t feel like I should have to order by my self. If I was an old person that really did not get on with technology I would have struggled. It took me over 15 mins to order. Just bring back table service. It does feel like it’s a McDonald’s experience (fast food) for high prices. Considering the restaurant is diy the restaurant as a whole was not very clean tables full of plates food on the floor the ice cream factory dirty. Sauce station not topped up and when asking for sauce the response take it from the salad station while it’s ok. It felt very run down. While I don’t blame the restaurant for this experience. And these are all decisions from head office it’s a shame. The team can only do what they can but it just felt like that they wanted to be anywhere but work Food was great

Saturday the 15th Feb ordered 2 pizzas for my 3 year old birthday party. When ordering online left the phone number in case the driver needed more details when delivering the pizzas. Never got the pizzas delivered and when we called Pizza Hut they said it was delivered and that its nothing to do with them it's Ubber. They said they wouldn't refund the money and said to fill up a form online complaining. I went and knocked at everyone's doors on my street asking if they had pizzas delivered by mistake and everyone said no. Not a very nice situation on a very special day. My son and the other children didn't get to eat the pizza we paid for and as a single mother this situation made me feel really upset. If you can't take ownership for your full service including deliveries you shouldn't be open. It's your responsibility to find the driver and ensure they deliver your product. Not mine.

We walked into the restaraunt in Stratford upon Avon .It was very very busy ....However we were greeted courteously.Informed immediately re availability of a table ... We waited 5 mins and escorted to an appropriate table . Tristan again explained how everything worked .Was polite and although bust did not rush is . Food was plentiful and fresh and hot and cold depending salad or hot dishes . Lee was ensuring that he was clearing keeping all areas clean and moving ready for new customers . He also ensured everything re the buffet was turning over for the customers . Would we come again yes ....good value ,good service what more can you look for

Ordered a meat feast with some extra toppings...so £20 to collect. Pizza was terribly overbaked and dry...the dough was tough to eat ..almost like it was stale. Couldn't taste any cheese or tomato topping or the stuffed crust as its seemed to have evaporated in the oven! The slicing was mad and uneven one slice a quarter of the pizza and another a finger width..mad. 3 stars for prompt polite service but zero for the food. Won't be returning
