Usually order delivery via Just Eat but prefer Pizza Hut to rival pizza companies. Love a pan pizza with sweetcorn and pineapple on (yes pineapple!) Always arrives on time and hot thank you. Apart from my Pepsi Max which arrived nicely chilled :) Have eaten in the restaurant which is lovely and there is lots of free parking directly outside at the Maybird retail park it is situated on.

The whole experience from A to Z was good, with nice friendly staff (a little difficult to attract their attention at times of need). Enjoyed the food.

The ease of use of the online ordering system the speed of delivery and the quality of the food in general. The ease of use of the drinks machine and the ice cream machine we’re good, though I did find the Ice Cream had a grainy texture

Clean and friendly. Salad bar looked a little grubby and could so with a refresh

Nice place for food, quiet and clean

Been visiting this branch for quite some time now, but recently visited for the first time in about 5 years. The staff were friendly, we were the first ones in and what a dream to get first dibs on the pizza buffet. The broccoli pasta is exactly how I remembered it from years ago when I used to visit with my Nan. Great value for the buffet. Easy to use the online ordinary system too.

This is the second time the order is incorrect this week. Staff not reading orders or checking orders. I had to travel down for replacement last week. Can't do it this week to get replacement as restaurant closed. This time wrong order delivered - delivered Sharing handcrafted Hawaiian but I paid for Sharing Hawaiian stuff crust garlicy crust with cheese and extra mozzarella - I have paid £4.95extra. Yotal bill was £37.83 total waste. Will not use again. I would like a refund.

Traditional Pizza the Hut in every sense of the word. Pizza was fresh and tasted like you would expect it to. The sides and deserts were also tasty and included a free salad bar in the menu which is always heavy hitter. The service was a little spotty as we got served by 3 different people, but overall acceptable. Value for money is also not bad. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Today,myself and my husband had a veggie pizza,likes the flavour,and also likes the ambience and setting around the place,and the young guy who served,was very attentive and also kind to choose our own veg pizza,I can go next time for sure,and you have many flavours to choose

What has happened to the service at Pizza Hut? Can't rate the food, as didn't stay to order, Customer experience has deteriorated in my opinion. We were asked to order off the app, even though staff in the establishment and not busy and zero customers, they point you to the app to order......not a good experience and will not be returning.....feel the whole atmosphere and fun experience has deteriorated.....

This occasion was far superior to my last visit to Pizza Hut. Attentive staff, hot and fresh food, good variety available. Very pleasant experience. Left full and content :)

Pizza hut is Pizza hut, you get what you pay for. Slightly disappointed by the salad as it seemed to be frozen and defrosted rather than fresh

We visited for my Neice's birthday, and the staff were absolute fantastic. Pete and Courtney were super helpful, cheery, and an absolute credit to the restaurant. They bent over backwards to help with our dietary needs and make a birthday special.Thank you both!

The lunch time buffet continues to be a good option as you can take things at your own pace

Really lovely meal tonight with my 11yr old daughter. Staff were so friendly and attentive not sure I fully agree with no cash and card only, but the food was nice and came out quickly and the price of the children's meals are really reasonable. Would definitely go again

Only down side is no cash & you have to be able to order from your phone.

Wide ranging menu, attentive service.

Good size place with plenty of parking available since it's on a retail park. 2 things I don't particularly like about pizza hut restaurants now is that 1, they don't take any cash at all. 2, they require you to order using your tables QR code. They're clearly always on minimal staff. Anyway, the menu is decent and the food is always good so despite above comaplimts.. I've not a lot to complain about. Blue light discount is also able to be applied here.

Scan a code on the table, fetch your own food from the buffet, dispense your own drinks and Ice cream. They still have the balls to give you an option to pay a service charge? Salad bar was disappointing, some of the pizza was OK, but not overly warm, the dessert factory was just a ice-cream machine with jars of sprinkles

Very perlite staff food not to bad on entering was told thay do not except legal tender cards only so for that reason we will not eat at Pizza Hut again.

Lunchtime buffet. Pizza looked dry and not very much choice if you don't want deep pan. Salad bar was however very good. Can't really mark service when it is self service.

Worst pizza I have ever tasted. Ordered online for collection, normally order Papa Johns or Dominos, decided to try something different as their menu looked really good. Got there on time, but pizza was still in the oven, told by the staff member over the counter. A few minutes wait and when the guy that handed me over the pizza said check them make sure you are happy. Never been asked that before from a pizza place. They looked ok in the box. Got home about 3 min journey, all pizzas were luke-warm, dry, rock hard and tasted like they've been left out for a week. Big mistake, I'd avoid this place like the plague !

I don't know why they have waitresses if you need to order through the app, also the price is very expensive for almost no service. Salad bar has old salad, dishes are dirty, table dirty, not returning

Lovely meal with friends, friendly, attentive staff. Only thing that could have made it better would be the process for getting our own drink and salad from the salad bar. It didn't work very well for me personally but only because I'm disabled and use a walking stick so found it difficult to walk back and forth from our table to drinks machine and salad bar- only made possible by friends I was with. Would be nice to have a more inclusive option for assistance if required.

This time, the visit to Pizza Hut was really disappointing. The staff members was unwelcome . I ordered through the app, and the drink arrived swiftly, but the main course took forever to arrive. We ordered a kids a meal which didn't get it until I asked several times just before we leave. We are not going there anymore.

We booked online to take the grandkids for dinner at pizzahut on 22nd September and the app stated that the only availability for a table was 21.00. We booked anyway as it was a Friday night after all. Got there at 8.30pm, hoping to have a drink beforehand. The waitress looked confused and asked if we booked, I said we had and she asked a couple of times, thinking I was not telling her the truth. So, I shown the booking confirmation on my email. Her and a waiter just stood there and said, 'we shut at 9.' 'But you can still come in, but as I've said we do shut at 9!' I was a little shocked by the attitude, so I asked if we are going to get rushed out at 9pm, and they laughed and said no, but we do shut at 9. As long as orders are in before 9. We thought that should be ok. However, the scan code to order wouldn't work on either mine or my partners phone so we asked if the waitress can take the order, she said yes, took the first person's order and then said she would be back in a moment. (We thought her pen ran out of ink and she went to get another one.) We waited at the table and she didn't return. We did get up and walked out. The staff were rude as soon as we walked in. Making out we were living about our booking, basically lied to us about taking the order and the attitudes of those 2 was disgusting. Its a shame we were treated like that as the kids were looking forward to the pizzahut. We will not be going there again.

Normally like Pizza Hut but not this time. We ordered through the app which I hate doing as just so impersonal and as predicted we hardly saw any staff once we got our food. Mains came out in good time but pudding took so long we just left without it. The music was just noise and the atmosphere felt chaotic and overwhelming. I needed some baby food heating but apparently they don’t have a microwave and the coffee machine was broken- so no heat of any form was available apparently. Think we’ll choose pizza express next time.

Same as any pizza hut really. Didn't want us to order by waitress only via app. A bit disappointed realy.

Great service for a late night dessert stop. Waiter even allowed us to split one dessert from the kitchen with individual ice cream scoops.

We went for lunch today here for their Lunch Buffet and I paid £8 for what we had which I thought was extremely good value. We were served by very friendly people and seated quickly but the pizza and salad buffet was delicious. I got the chance to try lots of different flavours too which was really good as some of them I hadn't tried. I enjoyed everything about it especially the ice cream afterwards but even though the machine broke and the ice cream came out a bit watery and runny, it still tasted good which was the main thing. I would definitely come back again another time when I finally feel hungry again after everything I have eaten this time!😂

Our server Lucas was the best we have ever had in all chain restaurants. He was welcoming, friendly and very patient helping us order from the code on the table. He went beyond the call of duty and deserves to do well. He is a great asset to the company.

21/7/23 - Shocking behaviour from manager , she told me I need to order on the app on my phone, I informed her I couldn’t as a have a disability ( partially sighted ) and I struggle to read and I need to use a large screen , she rolled her eyes and disappeared out the back with a colleague, I then had to ask again if I could order , she reluctantly took my order using pen and paper . I was shocked to be made to feel discriminated against in this day and age . Her attitude was absolutely disgraceful and I feel she needs a lot of additional training in customer services and inclusivity. Oh and every time she lifted a clean empty glass of a tray (bottomless drinks) she would put her finger in the glass (check cctv it was every time) …definitely not how to handle drinks in the hospitality trade . Complaint has been sent to head office

My recent visit to Pizza Hut left me incredibly disappointed due to the unwelcoming attitude displayed by the front of house staff. It was evident from the moment we entered that they were more interested in rushing us out than providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Right from the start, it felt like the staff had no social skills whatsoever. Their lack of basic courtesy and genuine friendliness made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's unfortunate because one would expect a family-oriented restaurant like Pizza Hut to prioritize creating a welcoming environment for its customers. The most frustrating part of the experience was the staff's relentless efforts to hurry us along. Every interaction, from taking our orders to serving our food, was rushed. It felt as if they wanted to turn over the tables as quickly as possible, rather than allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. This constant sense of being pushed out diminished the overall dining experience and left a negative impression. For those seeking a welcoming family environment, I would strongly advise against visiting this particular Pizza Hut branch. The lack of social skills exhibited by the front of house staff and their persistent attempts to rush us out made it clear that customer satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience were not their priorities. Hopefully, Pizza Hut management can address these issues and create a more hospitable atmosphere for their patrons in the future. Overall, my experience at this Pizza Hut branch was marred by an unwelcoming front of house staff and a rushed ambiance that detracted from what should have been an enjoyable family meal.

They had a large party in so couldn't sit down and ordered takeaway instead but then another couple came in and spoke to the manager who said they can sit down and also offered me to sit down. Charged me nothing extra and I got use of the salad bar and drinks for no extra. Otherwise a nice pizza hut.

The food was great as expected and the staff were brilliant, especially Phoebe who I think could and should end up running the place as a manager. She was super professional, very helpful, and is a very nice person in general to have working there.

Great food. Which it always is. Had to use the app which was a pain. Very few customers so the atmosphere was a bit dull. All in all very nocet

This Hut can be hit or miss at times, opening times are not always accurate, staff are great and helpful (please say hello to.the cooks if you see them). All items are available on the menu, the salad bar seems to be lacking character and attitude at the moment, prices have gone up and after paying for drinks etc even on the buffet menu it can cost over £ 60 for a family of 4.

Great food , one of the waiters was very rude , she took ten minutes for just taking our order when I went outside for a phone call she was drinking coke in the kitchen, and they didn’t serve us any plates

Good value lunch offers, £9.95 for unlimited Pizzas and pasta dishes with a good salad bar as well.

The Manager plus whippet ice cream was the best part of the experience

We were greeted and served by Courtney, her customer service was 2nd to none, she couldn't do enough for us. The salad selection was running low but it was a busy time and all staff were rushed off their feet, food was lovely and if I was local I'd definitely go back

All you can eat for 9.99 they constable filled the buffet so there was always a choice and it was all delicious

The staff are helpful and cheerful, but that's where it ends. The food is dreadful. Absolutely tasteless. The pepperoni on the pizza was transparent, that's how thin it was. The cheese on the pizza barely made a mark on the pizza and the salad bowl size is like a finger bowl. Remember when the cheese would stretch from the pizza as you pulled a slice away? Forget that. Or when the pepperoni slices were the thickness of a coin...? Well forget that too. The noise volume was like being in an indoor swimming pool. And just felt like cattle in troughs. Horrendously expensive too. Head to a real, authentic pizza restaurant in future.

Regular use this place, however on this occasion not hitting the spot as you say. Little bit burnt on the one pizza/edges and sort of felt a little flat in presentation and taste. not the normal sadly from previous pizzas so not as enjoyable as wanted . Not sure what happened on this visit,

Travelled from Leicester to do some Christmas shopping in my home town and meet with family we decided to have lunch at Pizza Hut Maybird , served by Hannah who was so friendly checked everything was clean and tidy checked with us twice during meal if everything was ok she was busy but had a smile as she was working Pizza choices were good broccoli pasta was simply delicious Minor issue was it did take kitchen some amount of time to replenish foods regularly so people had to stand around waiting or keep going to counter checking

It's a pizza hut. Not a lot more to say. It's just like every other pizza hut. If you like pizza hut pizza then you'll like this place. If you don't, then... Don't come here.

Always buy from Pizza Hut Stratford. Went to order takeaway on Saturday night, no pan crust and they insisted to charge extra for the alternative. Very disappointed!!

Absolutely love going to this restaurant! The Manager is always smiling and willing to help aswell as the rest of the staff. A very relaxed and calm environment for such a busy restaurant.. 10/10
