highlight of my life. experience was unparalleled. a true culinary masterpiece provided by tash lisa and amy. was quite literally coerced to indulge in more pizzas. Tash even surprised us by turning water into wine.

Got a notification saying the order was delivered over 30 mins ago and it's nowhere to be soon. Can't contact anybody either, can only raise a complaint that will be responded 'within a few days'... awful.

Delivery took 2 hours and arrived stone cold. No problem waiting if good when arrived

Not been for a while, I find the "order on your phone and add a tip before you've actually received any service" a bit odd but our order was correct and prompt so all good.

Way, way too expensive for what it is and the starters were very poor for the price and not very well presented. Taste was ok, but I would not order again , mainly due to the ridiculous price. Over £50 for two pizzas and two starters is a robbery.

Went here for my daughters birthday and there were no fizzy or hot drinks available, food was usual pizza hut and the ice-cream tasted stale. I won't be rushing back.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience on our recent visit, and after complaining to Pizza Hut directly they don't even really seem to care. Salad bar was contaminated with coleslaw and potato salad making it not vegan friendly, vegan options were greatly reduced and priced higher than their non-vegan counterparts, and I was ill after eating here which suggests to me the cross-contamination is poor and not taken very seriously. All of the sides ordered were cold, the drinks machine was flat, and it was just all round a very poor experience. Not vegan friendly at all, as far as I'm concerned until the whole salad bar is vegan it can be considered vegetarian due to the disregard for cross contamination (and customer service just tell you that it's your responsibility to tell the staff there's contamination, despite it being in the middle of the restaurant). For £20 per person, this was just a shocking visit and has really cemented that I won't be returning to a Pizza Hut again. Papa John's know how to do vegan food and you get a lot more for a lot less.

I Recently visited the pizza hut on St Andrews Quay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I went with my partner and 2 children. There was great choices of food for us all we all enjoyed the salad bar aswell which was full and fresh. All parts of the restaurant was very clean and tidy. My kids enjoyed the help yourself icecream bar and was amazed at all the choices of sprinkles and sauces. We also used the toilets whilst there and was very clean which is always nice to see. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing service, came on Monday with my partner for the buffet before setting off for our holiday and the restaurant was empty and they were so accommodating, asked us what pizzas we would like for the buffet and everything was hot, served fresh. Couldn’t ask for better service or food, left in a food coma will definitely be back thank you

For a basic pizza well over priced. No wonder thd place was virtually empty on a Saturday night. Used to be packed every weekend.

All of it, the whole experience. So easy to order and pay. Getting the food was straight forward, possibly would be nice to have a thin pizza and not just deep pan as they are soooo filling, but still not a problem!

They don't accept money. Take your money elsewhere and let them close

Pizza very good as usual. Unfortunately, the pizza did not include the toppings I ordered. I recommend it despite the slight mistake.

Brilliant (as usual) for Pizza you can't beat The Hut. Excellent food, excellent value (especially with the Salad buffet) our server Tash was just lovely, could not have been friendlier or more fun. 10/10

Had the ultimate buffet. Pizzas were lovely, salad was good, great choice and had ice cram for dessert. My only criticism is the lettuce was browning and there was 2 pasta dishes next to the pizzas with no labels at all so had no idea what was in them. Other than that.... Spot on!!

I visited pizza hut the other day and it was an amazing experience. The Irish lady i think she said her name is Tash if i remember correctly she was one of a kind! Will definitely be coming back

We haven't been to a Pizza Hut for a number of years and was disappointed that the menu had been greatly reduced from our previous visits. However saying this, the pizza we did choose was well made and made up for the previous disappointment, the staff were attentive and very sweet and are a credit to the company.

Very relaxed, attentive staff, given a booth wothout booking. Food was good and arrived hot and all together. The new hand stretched bases were nice too!

Christ when it get so expensive .1 pizza 2 sides 2 drinks and 2 deserts 47 quid. Left still felling hungry. So sorry won't be back. The girls who served us were spot on and it was clean .

The buffet is very good value and have very good tasting pizzas and a large selection of salad not forgetting the choice of drinks in the bottomless soft drinks, the ice cream factory is very nice and the choice of ‘sprinkles’ is very good - just the choice of sauces isn’t very good (chocolate or raspberry) Very nice staff though 👍

We've got takeout from here a couple of times. The food has been good, and our orders have been correct, even with my slightly odd choices. We'll probably order from here again.

Pizza hut has really nice options for vegetarians. Being a vegetarian it is always difficult to choose a restaurant because of just 1 or 2 food options but pizza hut gives variety of food and best part is salad bowl. My 2 year old also loved her meal with custom made ice cream bowl.

The toilets and table area were clean, the food was hot and the staff were attentive. I've used the St. Andrews Quay before and will definitely use it again. It's spot on for everything every time.

Seating adjustments where great as our party included 4 adults and 5 children. Activity for the kids was great and kept them occupied while waiting. Wait times weren't too long and all loved our meal and the service provided. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Visited fairly late Saturday evening, just after 9pm. Had a super stressful day and just wanted to get some food down us. From the moment we walked in we were made to smile, the staff were bloody lovely! Very friendly, food came out super quick, such a good atmosphere and I enjoyed whoever was in the kitchen singing the greatest showman. Honestly 10/10. Definitely coming again!

Love a pizza hut night with family. Disappointed that it's not on 1/3 off with meerkat meals now, it's now 25% better than nothing. Bottomless pepsi max. Staff very helpful especially as I am not good with technology and apps.

We had an extremely large group of students on a field trip who made a relatively last minute booking. The team here were phenomenal at accommodating us. They provided excellent service and served our entire group well. We had a fully satisfied group of students and the meals were all excellent. A big ‘well done’ to the front house staff and cooks who hosted us (Monday, March 18).
