BIG QUES. I rang to make booking owner tell me two people don’t need to book just walk in. The picture is what I had to que in. Very disappointed before I even start on food. If owners read this email before I get seating email me I am in big long rollercoaster que. get me seating now like I rang to make booking. And then I will change my review to positive one. I do not care if food nice if you have to wait this long for food then very disappointing. It feels like I’m Alton towers ques for rides very long and waiting long time

Food is average but cheap family meal out to keep everyone happy, if you want more options then go in the evening when everything is out.

The restaurant does a good job, but the staff's faces are not cheerful and friendly with customers. Some employees have unfriendly actions when meeting customers. I hope the restaurant will consider and correct some employees to improve the restaurant.

Fantastic choice of food, especially the grill at the back. The handmade ice-cream is quite unique and was delicious. The staff are polite and friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. Good price for the food especially if you have a big appetite 😉

Went lunch time absolutely loved it ,will be going again 😋

At lunch time there are a lot less options and one or two of things like Indian curry will only be one of. It is okay and the quality is okay but some of it had been sat for a while. Quality of the food otherwise good. There was a long queue for the icecream teppanyaki. It is a shame they no longer do unlimited drinks. The lemonade tasted more like sparkling water.

This was the best food I think I have ever had im from Kent and was up in hull and there was a group of 8 of us and the food chose is amazing ranging from Sunday carvery’s Chinese Indian sushi fish and chips pizza nuggerts everything u can dreams off And omfg there chocolate fountain is amazing

When we first entered the guard, was quite rude to us even when we apologised for taking a different seat as we were not pleased with the situation me he gave us. We were not aware that we couldn’t have take away. They told us to empty whatever take away we had to which we did. We have been to a lot of buffet and we always ask if we could take out and the answer had been yes. After we emptied the food back in our plates, they had the security cameras pointed at us and all the staff were constantly monitoring our table and passing back and forth. We felt quite uncomfortable but we couldn’t reprimand because we felt like we were in the wrong for not asking them if they allowed us to take it out. The food itself wasn’t any different from the places we had. This experience wasn’t for any other person but just for us. If you’re looking for a quick meal that is over priced they’ll welcome you. Don’t question their prices or they’ll tag you.

Booked a table for 12noon on a Saturday which was soon after it opened so I expected the food to be fresh. I tried many of the meat options, everything was incredibly dry! The crispy chicken In batter type dishes were so hard I couldn't get it on my fork, the shredded duck for the pancakes were also very dry even with sauce on, same with the noodles. I got a pina colada which tasted good but I did not taste any alcohol in it. The only things I actually enjoyed were the mini cakes and the tiny mousses. I would not recommend

I was there for the first time today. Unfortunately, there was a lot of confusion at the entrance. You don't know where to go. The food is edible in terms of taste, but I have huge reservations about hygiene. The tables are dirty, food scattered on the floor by guests. Everything was spilled in the sauce section. Very poor atmosphere. I have the impression that people rush to eat as if it were the last meal of their lives. Nice service. toilets a nightmare! The smell is terrible and the toilets are dirty and water is spilled at the sinks. It was certainly my first and last time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My food was cold and my chicken tasted dry, and overall poor quality don’t recommend anything.

Manger came up to us shouting at us because we left some food on the plate because it was rubbery or cold even bland we have been here loads of times before and never once got spoken to like we did I will never come back again

Yesterday Wednesday the 19 February’25, I visited the place for Lunch with my family. I was basically staying at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, just across the street, next to the Hull Truck Theatre. Though this place was chock o block full and there was a huge crowd waiting to get in. Unfortunately I didn’t find the food very tasty or good. It was only a chicken items place. I asked for some fish items, but unfortunately the management replied that they don’t serve fish items. Incidentally, this place was definitely a paradise for Drinkers. Indian dishes were remotely similar to the Indian tastes. Chicken was very fibrous and was definitely not suitable for senior citizens with weak teeth. Nevertheless, it was very crowded and most of the people were taking heaped up plates. I only hope, food was not being wasted. The services staff were very helpful and very good.

Another excellent visit, we have done a couple of birthdays here now, and they never disappoint. You can bring your own cake, they put candles on the cake for you and bring it out. This time we had a robot deliver the cake with a song. The food was always great... Plenty of choice from around the world. The food always tastes great, nothing bland here at all and I challenge anyone to try everything, every time I go I stick to my favourites.

The food was delicious as well as the service. Also the rate was very affordable for the amount of food you get with the varieties. I'll be coming back regularly and will recommend the place to everyone.

Food is awful, it made everyone ill within 20 minutes of leaving the restaurant. Would not recommend to anyone, I wouldn’t give my dog any of it.

Such a disappointment today 20/1/2025. Took my son as it's his birthday, was enjoying our time when my son asked to go home. A staff member said something in my sons ear while at dessert counter. I asked my son what was said and he said nothing let's just go. I said I will speek to the staff and my son said no let's just go please. When home I asked my son what was said and he told me. As my son got some jelly in his bowl he had a smell of it and the staff member told him he can't smell the jelly. I would agree if my son was doing this and putting it back or smelling jelly on the bowl where was getting it from. The staff should of come and speek to me or my partner not our son.

The robot waiter is a nice touch food as always absolutely smashing went early as it was my nieces birthday food was piping hot quick service and waiting staff so polite

Had a rude experience with the staff the last time I went. I came with my wife and daughter who's just turned 1 at the time, and they asked if I was paying for her or not which I said no as she can't eat meals yet. They then proceeded to spend the entire time hovering around us to make sure neither me or my wife gave my daughter anything, not even a chip. Extremely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and the food wasn't that great either, with the manager telling us if we don't like it, then leave.

Very rude staff and very dirty when making cocktails they use bear hands to pic up ice and fruit into drinks no gloves very dirty chicken was pink ribs just bones and staff very rude when arriving also really wouldnt recommended and definitely dont order a drink

I had reserved a table for 15 , 2 babies inclusive for my birthday last September. We were asked to stand in batches for about 10 to 15min. before we could get a place to sit. Staffs were literally monitoring us because we were asked to pay for the babies that one of them sucking his mom's chicken. Baby was about 7mo. The experience was below my expectations.

Food was cold and either too bland or too salty/sweet. Before coming in no one mentioned the no waste policy they have yet when i finished with my food and left my plate which was a spoonful of dry bland noodles and a prawn cracker i got shouted at and told that I am wasting too much food. The only good part was the deserts but the waiting times for the pancakes, etc where quite ridiculous too. If you're looking for a good buffet go to The Real China across the road!

You get what you expect for £19.95 at an all-you-can-eat buffet in Hull. Came with a large group, staff were attentive enough and it's nice inside but the food itself was pretty poor. From this type of venue it's what you expect really: dry, chewy and poor quality but enough to stuff your face if you are so inclined. No one got food poisoning though which was a plus and we all had a laugh. For the price, you can get a lot of mediocre food, is it worth double for two courses and drinks at a restaurant? I'd say yes.

Manager asked that I need to eat all from plate , don't leave waste or il need to pay extra, he was very rude, claimed that his the owner when I asked about his superior. Wouldn't recommend just because of some staff who is very rude and they're watching people how much food they take. This is what was left from the plate.

How far from grace this place has fallen and such a shame as my kids loved it !! Been going here for years and 8 months ago we ate here 3 times a week spending 250!minimum a week here . Still then the staff never could be polite and felt always disrespected . 3 months ago we were insulted and the final straw was that they now have changed the meat used from a high grade chicken to a cheap substitute !!! So we gave it one more try yesterday and again highly insulted by the general manager who even insulted my recently deceased wife in front of 3 very small kids who just lost there mother on the anniversary of her death !!! and the food was sub par again after paying £110 for a family of 6 its not cheap and just don’t expected to be treated this way hearing same from many many people i will never ever return such a shame AVOID AT ALL COST !!

The food was very good. It’s really worth for that price. I recommend everyone to eat from there.

Good food but poor customer service

Went for a trip to Hull with the family and was starving so we went into Wings in Hull. Right the positives, the staff was decent and attentive, desert was edible. Right the negatives, where do I start the food was disgusting, bland tasteless and majority of the food tasted old! Never did I ever have to spit food out in a restaurant but this was the first time I did. Please guys avoid at all costs! It is cheap and that's probably the only reason people go there. I would not recommend.

We went for lunch 18th November. The food was dreadful. The meat was dry and hard, as if it had been sat there for 24 hours. We had almost finished our first course before our drinks arrived. Very brusque servers too. It's nowhere as good as it used to be. I nearly choked on the Thai pork it was that dry!

Had to pay for an adults meal for my 10 year old because she is tall for her age and is taller then the maximum child height. Seriously think the child prices need a rethink and charge on age not height just because you are tall you eat as much as an adult what a stupid way to charge for kids. This has made me reluctant to visit in the future with my family.

The Staff was very rude. Chicken curry was too salty- and chicken undercooked, chewy. Restaurant policies aren’t customer friendly. You can see the notice displayed right at the entrance which is annoying. Honestly, They can’t match food taste, quality and high standard of hospitality as Cosmo World buffet has. unfortunately they aren’t located in Hull. I will never visit this place again.

Been here many times always loads of food

I went here on Saturday with my children and today with my whole family and everyone loved it. The atmosphere is very nice and there is a variety of food. The desert is fabulous as always, and lucky for us we had the pleasure to get advice from a lovely member of staff, Mia, for what to try from the sushi bar and the deserts. Would recommend it, and if you can't decide what pancake, to get, I would recommend the Nutella, cream and toffee souce (she said it s her favourite and it s mine too now). 🤩

We come to wings a lot and really enjoy it today we enjoyed our experience apart from one extremely rude member off staff (Juann) I asked for her name on the way out as she was so rude and actually ignored my 9 year old daughter at the bar for a good 10 mins left her stood there all she wanted was a glass for her J20 when I went over to see and she was so rude it didn’t help that our table was opposite the bar so Juann continued to complain about me and my daughter and roll her eyes to her work friend absolutely disgusting made me feel so uncomfortable.

This was a mixed experience, as no proper booking explanation given. I felt it was overpriced , for 3 adults and one child. There were some very good waiters but a lot of the staff were not well customer service trained. However the food was varied and very good, and although a bit confusing as an all you can eat was very glamourous. However the place was crowded so there seemed a slight pressure to get you in and out, and could be improved with better Mgt and customer service. Most staff were helpful tho. However felt it was a bit overhyped and if this is 21st restaurant experience for family, needs improvement.

The food was good. Serviced rushed. There is no atmosphere people go to eat not have a good time. That's the opinion I got. Just wish I could of ate more lol😊

Good food good selection good quality

The food isn't great more often than not it's warm at best and minimal flavour, the service also lacks a smile from every single employee. The price is high for the low end food you get even if it is all you can eat. There is a greedy mentality, they won't give you more than 4 tiny milk pots for a pot of tea! There's a language barrier with most of the employees. If my daughter didn't insist we all came for her birthday I wouldn't come here again.

Good all-you-can-eat buffet, but prices have gone silly, and no more soft drink refils. Will be reluctant to visit again due to the prices, would recommend couples but not families as youll be looking at approx £100 for a family of 4. Desserts arent anything special, most of them looked like theyd been bought from Asda and resold. Plenty on offer however

Came here on a Sunday feeling hungry with my son. The main dishes here were acceptable. However, the Chinese chicken curry might have been raw?! The desert here was fabulous however. They had rolled icecream and a chocolate fountain? My sons dream. I also enjoyed it, though I wish they had strawberries with the chocolate fountain. The atmosphere was lovely, the decorations were nice. And the service was really kind.

Arrived just before opening on an evening. You are asked to take a seat in the waiting area in reception before they get everything ready. There were quite a few people queuing up so I thought this was a good sign being so popular. You pay upon entry a set price and then it's all you can eat. They give you the option to order your drinks when you pay for the meal or you can order later at the bar. Keep in mind that if you order your drinks first, you still have to go to collect them from the bar. Once inside you can notice right away that you will be spoilt for choices. They have so many different options that I believe it's impossible to try it all in one sitting. Nevertheless, don't forget to save some space for dessert. I did go around few times and managed to finish 4 plates, however this made it difficult to go back up the stairs at the end. All in all a nice experience and reasonable priced meal. Will definitely return

Me and my family loveeee coming to wings especially for dinner and for the deserts. The staff is lovely to chat to, the atmosphere is great. We have been there especially when we wanted to celebrate a birthday in the family, as they bring you a platter with a cake with your name on it and with the birthday song, or they send a robot to bring it and even drinks (he sings the song for you🤩). Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

This is one of my favourite places to go with my family and friends, and we never leave dissatisfied. They have a variety of different dishes, which are suitable for everyone. The staff at Wins International Cuisine are not only attentive and friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Let's not forget about the desserts as they are simply divine! You get more than enough options , offering the perfect ending to your dining adventure. Whether you have a sweet tooth or not, the desserts here are a must-try, guaranteed to leave you with a lasting impression of sweetness and satisfaction. I recomand it 100% as I was never disappointed in the past 6 years.

The chicken in the Chinese curry was very chewy and even still raw inside, brought the issue up with a waiter and he immediately took my plate away and sent over who I believe was the manager, the manager insisted it was cooked and that’s just the way their chicken looks inside and went on to tell me “if you don’t like it then leave”. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Avoid

Firstly, I was seated in a corner by the waiter, and the smell from that corner was so bad during the meal that my partner and I lost our appetite for a while! Secondly, all the dishes were very bad, the meat was not fresh, it felt like they were re-selling the unsold meat the next day. Last but not least, the hygiene was very bad, the table smelled bad and the table was dirty. Half an hour after we ate, my friend and I threw up, our stomachs were very upset.

Food okish, much prefer cosmos though. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there to be honest. Felt rushed. Wnt be going again.

Busy buffet bar with super selection of dishes. Very busy which tells its own story.

There is plenty of choices of a variety of foods and something for everyone. Food was good, service was good, and always someone there to help when needed. Could only find toilets up 2 flights of stairs and not the best of toilets. Felt as if I was back in a night club toilet that was very dirty, smelly, with feet sticking to floor. No sign of regular or hourly cleaning in them. I definitely wouldn't use the toilets again. Apart from the toilets it was a good place to eat.

Don’t expect the best quality but the meats here really are awful. Also paid full price (around £18) for a lot of the choices to not be available.

I really don’t know about the sushi, it wasn’t good for me. Other food was ok. The dessert was amazing.

Visited 21/08/24 Went in asked what the restaurant ‘wings’ was serving, was told international cuisine buffet. So they made us PAY FIRST before we down into basement. Went downstairs really busy screaming kids everywhere!! Went around the buffet, mainly all Chinese dishes!! Indian 3 dishes didn’t taste anything like Indian at all. Chicken in all the dishes was slimy to a point it made me napkin out of mouth!! Pizza base was hard, dry as though it had been there too long Nuggets, chips n cocktail sausages were frozen crap! Get you pay what you get for but seriously had a plate with noodles n hard pizza a deep fat fried nugget, slimy chicken didn’t eat n mushrooms oh an a bit of curry sauce!!! Really failed to understand the word international when 85% was silly little dishes made into a dish!! Like cheap frozen chips then again cheap frozen chips called salt n chilli chips okay throw a few peppers n spring onions on…. Great!!! Most of puddings, especially cakes are frozen!! Is all I can say raise your standards/ingredients and charge more, I’m a believer in pay for what you eat If I’d known what was downstairs I would have never entered!!! No decent restaurant asks for money up front unless they have doubt people are going to complain and want money back!!! Enjoy our money knowing food was really crap!

Very bad experience to me today .. I have been to lots of buffet and had good experience. 10 of my friends and children went there I thought it would be easier for the staff to carry the plates so stake all the remains of food together which was not a lot in one plate all 10 people. Staff was very rude towards me talking about how food is expensive as if their buffet was very cheep and that does not even include drinks. Staff was still trying to have conversations with me to explain how expensive everything is. I have work hard all my life so I know .. it’s hard, that is why I am in your buffet to enjoy my time with my family and children but the way staff came to me not only one but 2 to remind it was awful and made my evening that I couldn’t digest.

Always love going to Wings but at 9.10 they were clearing up around us and using bleach smelling products. Desserts had been put away apart from a few mini cakes. Very disappointed.

Dined in wings today with my grandchildren paid with my card during the meal they wanted another drink I gave them £10 and got the change £4 we got the bus and the driver said all £1 coins were fake we didn’t pay cash anywhere else so they came from the bar downstairs they took advantage and gave the coins to children just be careful.

Booked as a children's birthday party (11yo) however despite the excellent food and choice this was overshadowed by the discriminative policy wings have that if your over 1.5m tall you pay adult prices! This makes it very expensive since all but 2 of 9 children were over this height. As a parent I must say this is ridiculous.....we are eating food not taking a ride on a theme park.

There was no seafood. Sushi just barely.

All you can eat for about £15 per person. There might be discounts for groups. You may have to prebook if going in groups. Parking can be challenging as it is located in the city centre. Fresh meat based foods, pastas, pastries. You can't take anything out and there's penalty for wastage.

Awful experience. Only just opened and the toilets were disgusting and smelt horrendous. Meat and food was dry and bland with lots of options missing and barely anything vegetarian. Lager tasted off. Will not be returning and do not recommend. Really disappointed!

The first time we tried it last year and the food was amazing! Lots to choose from and very tasty. This year was a bit disappointing, not too much to choose from and a different taste. Still good for what you pay, but can see the difference after one year.

Wings is an excellent all you can eat Chinese buffet. There is a massive choice, and there are also some Indian dishes. It is cheaper to eat earlier in the day. However, there are slightly fewer options, eating later on the price goes up, but they add a lot more interesting dishes and variety. It is good to eat there whatever time you go and i like that you can try a little of lots of different dishes.

It was a lovely night with my friends in Wings. There are lots of options, especially sweet section. The crème bullee is absolutely amazing. Definitely come back!!!

I went here on Monday and the customer service was incredible everyone was hard working and polite place looked clean and the food was amazing aswell also its great value for money to cant go wrong i will definitely be going back again 😀

I would say Wings is a good place for larger groups of people. There is plenty of food options from sushi to curry to pizza and Chinese food. For any one with dietary requirements, this is not the place for you. Almost every dish contains gluten and soya due to the way it is cooked. The only gluten free food was pilau rice and chicken tikka. This was quite disappointing to see as there’s so many things that would usually not contain gluten but I can understand the food needs to stay out for a while so this may be a method they use to keep it fresh etc. The service is minimal so not much to comment on, you buy your food and head straight down to the buffet. The staff sometimes can be a little rude and each around you to clean and tidy whilst you are eating, this can be off putting. You also only get 1 knife and fork for the whole duration of eating, when they take your plate they will put your dirty knife and fork back on the table. It just creates a mess and means you have to keep using the same utensils. Personally I don’t love this, but also can understand they don’t have an unlimited amount. Overall, not a bad place but also nothing to be too excited by.

the worst part was the undercooked chicken. it was semi pink inside in every piece i cut into. curry had a good taste tho chow mein was a good consistency but had no flavour at all. desserts also lacked flavour barring the chocolate gateau which had nice icing. teppenyaki ice cream was amazing. very busy which kind of put me on edge, lots of kids running around which gave me a fear of me dropping my plate but otherwise a good atmosphere. good service as well, lots of staff on hand

Kids loved it due to the unbelievable selection of food. Biggest buffet I've ever seen. However food extremely salty with a lot of the Chinese dishes being inedible. The layout is a bit strange, felt like going to a night club but it is run very well considering how huge and busy it is (must seat 300 people) I probably wouldn't go again but if in the area I fear the kids would make me!
