It's Pizza Hut, what else can I say? It's a chain, and the food is what it is. We ordered takeout pizza because it's too late to eat there. The BBQ pizza wasn't anything special, the pepperoni was average, and the margherita was pretty bad. On the waiter's recommendation, we ordered a combo that was cheaper and came with more options. We also had onion rings, garlic bread (which was toast with oil and garlic), and a 7UP. It's fine to have an option for a late lunch.

No. The food is way too expensive! The service is slow and the food isn't good either. The pizzas are way too small for that price. Plus, you can only pay by card. Most orders aren't delivered. I have to honestly say I've never been so disappointed with a restaurant! I'll never go to Pizza Hut again!

During our visit in December, this was conveniently located close to the hotel. They had late hours and glad they were open when we were wrapping up a long day. Service was friendly from our server and hostess. A good late night option.

Typical fast food franchise. You know what you're getting so don't expect extraordinary pizzas.

Again the food was very close to being cold for a second time when ordering. This is becoming a habit from this Pizza Hut and it doesn’t look like it will change any time soon

Came here last Wednesday for a birthday meal with my daughter. She’s a fussy eater but our server Phoenix was so helpful gave great advice on what to order and made sure my daughter had the best birthday experience! Thank you so much Phoenix you made my little girls day! Can’t wait to come back!

Great service, pizza was freshly cooked and there is unlimited salad here.

I came here last Wednesday with my elderly granddad who has a lot of dietary requirements along with myself and our server, Phoenix, was very compassionate and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure we enjoy our meal safely. She was very attentive and polite, will definitely be back to this restaurant! Thanks a lot Phoenix :)

All in all the greatest impudence!!! We were on vacation and thought a little snack while having pizza would be nice In the end, the ambience was completely ruined - the waitress was just as unfriendly as the appearance of the restaurant. We then each ordered a pizza that cost each of us €30, which made no sense given the size and the impossible taste There was also a very unappetizing looking “free” salad bar Not recommended!!!unfortunately you can't give 0 stars

The waiters, cooks and reception are very good at what they do. I saw the waiter sit down and talk an elderly couple through the whole menu. Very thoughtful and kind of him. The cook took time to set aside some garlic bread just for us and brought it straight to the table. All in all a lovely branch with lovely people. Please keep on doing what you are doing! You deserve everything!

Food was good but for me too expensive

Today was a blast at Pizza Hut in North Bridge! Phoenix was really amazing! She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to great service. She definitely deserves a shoutout for her kindness and attentiveness!

I visited Pizza Hut North Bridge today and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere had such great vibes, and the food was exceptional. I want to give a big shoutout to Phoenix; she was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Her service truly made a difference! I can't wait to come back again soon!

Came here with my Polish in-laws. It wasn't too busy thankfully, meant there was less noise so I could try and translate for them. It was quite slow service. And there was plenty missing from the salad station. I had to wait for ages to find a staff member to ask for ice-cream bowls too. The pizza was decent though. Everything else was quite mediocre. Definitely the place was short staffed. Wouldn't come back, but wasn't the worst experience I've ever had.

I was in pizza hut enjoying a Pizza buffet with a good nice pleasent atmosphere I had Phoenix our waitress that was great and made our dining much more enjoyable with her great pleasent lovely smiling energy making Pizza hut much enjoyable where we enjoyed the food beyond its as we loved this experience especially for a birthday thank you again Phoenix much appreciated x

It was a great experiences. I've never seen all you can eat pizza so i was shocked by it. An the pricing is very reasonable. 13.99£ for all you can eat pizza /pasta + salad bar is great deal if you consider that you are in the center of the Edinburg. Paying by the Qr code is also very useful. Overall the experience was great and the waitress was very kind and helpful. 5/5 ( Photo: if you pay 17.99£ instead of 13.99 u get a refillable cup and you can make this baggin ice cream).

We had a fun time there as a group, with the usual Pizza hut fast food experience but very friendly and funny service. Handily located in central Edinburgh.

Don’t go here! Order wasn’t right. Indian manager was very rude and wouldn’t give us the salad bar even though we were entitled. Paid £43 for a small pizza with 3 toppings. Never going back

Across the street from the Hilton, the staff was super nice. They offer a buffet all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad bar for lunch or a free salad bar with a pizza purchase.

We went to a Pizza Hut again years ago. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We chose the all-in buffet and despite the restaurant being full, the buffet pizzas were Margarita and Margarita. The other variants were too sparse and when they came you had to be quick. Here you should allocate things differently in order not to disappoint the guests. The Pepsi drinks also tasted strangely like sweetener, which you are welcome to choose, then it should be labeled as such on the dispenser. The salad buffet was also manageable and the dressings weren't that tasty. The recipes should be improved and, above all, not all of them should be so greasy. The service is rather non-existent. In today's concept, you order and pay for everything yourself and are only given a glass and a bowl. Not bad, but unfortunately it also makes it somehow more impersonal. More warmth and comfort would be better, but overall it remains a disappointing experience in all respects.

Pizza was ok but nothing special. Ordering via the app was a pain and time consuming. Service .well someone carried our pizzas from the kitchen to our table🤣

We went in for lunch. It was not too long to wait for a table. Once we were seated we were told to order off the app. We explained we just wanted the lunch time buffet, but again told to order off the app. I personally think it is a rubbish way to order food in a sit down restaurant. Once we did get sorted and went up to get some pizza the choice was rubbish. It was really only margarita or pepperoni. We thought there might have been more choice than that. The only good thing about the lunch was the ice cream for dessert. I like pizza Hut, but this experience was not as good as I would expect.

The treatment was very bad. The short worker stopped at the door and he did not allow us to enter or sit down. We asked for takeaway, but we ordered at the door. His style was very provocative. The world was looking at us. We were homeless. I wanted to go out, but the people with me were hungry and insisted on pizza. An experience that will not be repeated. Came her today for a treat why in Edinburgh I don't eat meat every time I went up there was hardly any food on the buffet I asked twice the lady just said they were busy but if your busy then you should keep toping the pizza up. Very disappointed

A scam like a cathedral. We have been all over Scotland in expensive restaurants and we have paid less than here while eating more and better. The pizzas are exorbitantly expensive. It can't be that a palm-sized pizza costs £17. They treated us well but the place and food were not at all recommended.

Very good place to make a pizza. Free salad and unlimited drink

Food was what you expect from a fast food place, but the prize was way higher than expected. Staff got us seating but did not say good buy, or provide any other interaction. The soda machine uses the water from the city, so a distinct chlorine taste is included. Taking the price into consideration, I would recommend any other restaurant nearby.

Located a few dozen meters from the Royal Mile, contrary to what I expected from a fast food chain, the pizza was really good and digestible. Fast and helpful service. To drink it is refill free, therefore economical. Average account.

I was able to get a full tasty meal between Edinburgh Fringe shows with minimum of fuss and delay. The meal deal I choose was good value an d include a discount for the alcoholic drink I chose.

Very poor service. Obliged the “please wait to be seated” and was left waiting 10 minutes along with another group before giving up. Several times staff walked past, but didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Two large groups came in after us and just seated themselves.

Locals and Visitors beware!! Do not use this Pizza Hut branch during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, they have pushed their prices up by £7 per large pizza, that's a 32-33% increase! This is shameful, exploiting local and visitors alike, I will never go to this branch again, ever.....

The prices have gone crazy. 18£ for a normal Pizza Hut pan pizza. One day earlier I went to a really good Indian restaurant nearby and paid nearly the same. The pizza itself is as you know it. So surely not worth the money you would spend at a serious a la carte restaurant. Ordering using the mobile is okay.

We were immediately informed that ordering food can only be done via the app. I tried to install the app with a QR code on the table, but the camera didn't read the code. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order otherwise. And we just wanted to go in, eat quickly, move on. So we went hungry to another place. Three stars only for the information from the manager, because I cannot give more for the lack of some relatively normal service.

We went into have half pepperoni and half margerita.The pizza was terrible and taisted like it had been frozen.The cheesy bites where scorching hot and nearly burnt my mouth.The waiter said that we preferred people to pay first and then get the food.We think this was so you couldnt complain.Avoid this pizza hut.

Hmm, we waited about 10 minutes until we were assigned a seat as if we were in a star restaurant. Food was below average. Ambience was rather dingy.

Loved having the refillable salad bowl and pizza experience - always enjoyed this when first went to Pizza Huts in the 90s. Haven't been to any pizza restaurants for several years, and still good as I remember it.

The food was good, the staff was very friendly - unfortunately the salad buffet was almost empty in some places. The ambience was not very appealing, as some tables were not served and were not cleaned well.

We chose the buffet. Unfortunately very little choice and very greasy. Every pizza tasted just like grease and cheese. The noodles have almost dissolved in the sauce. The salad bar had a lot of selection, but the dressing tasted horrible. I was only able to eat the salad with plenty of jalapenos, whose spiciness overshadowed the taste. The soft drinks (Pepsi, etc.) must probably be mixed with tap water. These tasted so much like chlorine, like I was taking a drink from my swimming pool. Disgusting. If I weren't so shy, I would have asked for my money back. After the main course I was too afraid to test the ice cream maker. I will never set foot in a Pizza Hut again. The one star is for the service, as I think the idea of ​​ordering via a QR code at the table is excellent.

A typical Pizza Hut located in a very busy part of Edinburgh. I don’t much care for having to order on the app -I find it quite overwhelming and far too easy to add extras and as usual I managed to get something wrong on the order. It was pretty busy but service was good and food very tasty. Salad bar was topped up on a regular basis. Atmosphere marred by shrieking children who were being ignored by both parents( too busy on their phones) The staff must have the patience of a saint to put up with that.

Nothing to dislike, salad bar was good, place was clean, staff were friendly. My 2 boys were happy with the buffet and stuffed themselves. Vegan options and allergies well catered for. No complaints at all.

Terrible service from manager Emma, the worst experience in Pizza hut. There are only four staffs in the resturant. One of the staff was training new staff while we are waiting to be sitted. Manager Emma even asked us to live when we have complaint.

Pizza was par for Pizza Hut and it seemed clean. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes before I could order, and then it would be another 10-15 to make it. In my entire 41 years of Pizza Shops, I've never been told I need to wait 15-20 minutes to even place an order. Looking around the restraunt, there weren't many people. I was told by staff that the manager only has 1 Cook in the kitchen on Thursdays.
