Don’t go here! Order wasn’t right. Indian manager was very rude and wouldn’t give us the salad bar even though we were entitled. Paid £43 for a small pizza with 3 toppings. Never going back

Across the street from the Hilton, the staff was super nice. They offer a buffet all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad bar for lunch or a free salad bar with a pizza purchase.

We went to a Pizza Hut again years ago. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We chose the all-in buffet and despite the restaurant being full, the buffet pizzas were Margarita and Margarita. The other variants were too sparse and when they came you had to be quick. Here you should allocate things differently in order not to disappoint the guests. The Pepsi drinks also tasted strangely like sweetener, which you are welcome to choose, then it should be labeled as such on the dispenser. The salad buffet was also manageable and the dressings weren't that tasty. The recipes should be improved and, above all, not all of them should be so greasy. The service is rather non-existent. In today's concept, you order and pay for everything yourself and are only given a glass and a bowl. Not bad, but unfortunately it also makes it somehow more impersonal. More warmth and comfort would be better, but overall it remains a disappointing experience in all respects.

Pizza was ok but nothing special. Ordering via the app was a pain and time consuming. Service .well someone carried our pizzas from the kitchen to our table🤣

We went in for lunch. It was not too long to wait for a table. Once we were seated we were told to order off the app. We explained we just wanted the lunch time buffet, but again told to order off the app. I personally think it is a rubbish way to order food in a sit down restaurant. Once we did get sorted and went up to get some pizza the choice was rubbish. It was really only margarita or pepperoni. We thought there might have been more choice than that. The only good thing about the lunch was the ice cream for dessert. I like pizza Hut, but this experience was not as good as I would expect.

The treatment was very bad. The short worker stopped at the door and he did not allow us to enter or sit down. We asked for takeaway, but we ordered at the door. His style was very provocative. Came her today for a treat why in Edinburgh I don't eat meat every time I went up there was hardly any food on the buffet I asked twice the lady just said they were busy but if your busy then you should keep toping the pizza up. Very disappointed

A scam like a cathedral. We have been all over Scotland in expensive restaurants and we have paid less than here while eating more and better. The pizzas are exorbitantly expensive. It can't be that a palm-sized pizza costs £17. They treated us well but the place and food were not at all recommended.

Very good place to make a pizza. Free salad and unlimited drink

Food was what you expect from a fast food place, but the prize was way higher than expected. Staff got us seating but did not say good buy, or provide any other interaction. The soda machine uses the water from the city, so a distinct chlorine taste is included. Taking the price into consideration, I would recommend any other restaurant nearby.

Located a few dozen meters from the Royal Mile, contrary to what I expected from a fast food chain, the pizza was really good and digestible. Fast and helpful service. To drink it is refill free, therefore economical. Average account.

I was able to get a full tasty meal between Edinburgh Fringe shows with minimum of fuss and delay. The meal deal I choose was good value an d include a discount for the alcoholic drink I chose.

Very poor service. Obliged the “please wait to be seated” and was left waiting 10 minutes along with another group before giving up. Several times staff walked past, but didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Two large groups came in after us and just seated themselves.

Locals and Visitors beware!! Do not use this Pizza Hut branch during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, they have pushed their prices up by £7 per large pizza, that's a 32-33% increase! This is shameful, exploiting local and visitors alike, I will never go to this branch again, ever.....

The prices have gone crazy. 18£ for a normal Pizza Hut pan pizza. One day earlier I went to a really good Indian restaurant nearby and paid nearly the same. The pizza itself is as you know it. So surely not worth the money you would spend at a serious a la carte restaurant. Ordering using the mobile is okay.

We were immediately informed that ordering food can only be done via the app. I tried to install the app with a QR code on the table, but the camera didn't read the code. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order otherwise. And we just wanted to go in, eat quickly, move on. So we went hungry to another place. Three stars only for the information from the manager, because I cannot give more for the lack of some relatively normal service.

Hmm, we waited about 10 minutes until we were assigned a seat as if we were in a star restaurant. Food was below average. Ambience was rather dingy.

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut! Despite my limited English, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me, and I truly appreciate their kindness. Loved having the refillable salad bowl and pizza experience - always enjoyed this when first went to Pizza Huts in the 90s. Haven't been to any pizza restaurants for several years, and still good as I remember it.

The food was good, the staff was very friendly - unfortunately the salad buffet was almost empty in some places. The ambience was not very appealing, as some tables were not served and were not cleaned well.

We chose the buffet. Unfortunately very little choice and very greasy. Every pizza tasted just like grease and cheese. The noodles have almost dissolved in the sauce. The salad bar had a lot of selection, but the dressing tasted horrible. I was only able to eat the salad with plenty of jalapenos, whose spiciness overshadowed the taste. The soft drinks (Pepsi, etc.) must probably be mixed with tap water. These tasted so much like chlorine, like I was taking a drink from my swimming pool. Disgusting. If I weren't so shy, I would have asked for my money back. After the main course I was too afraid to test the ice cream maker. I will never set foot in a Pizza Hut again. The one star is for the service, as I think the idea of ​​ordering via a QR code at the table is excellent.

A typical Pizza Hut located in a very busy part of Edinburgh. I don’t much care for having to order on the app -I find it quite overwhelming and far too easy to add extras and as usual I managed to get something wrong on the order. It was pretty busy but service was good and food very tasty. Salad bar was topped up on a regular basis. Atmosphere marred by shrieking children who were being ignored by both parents( too busy on their phones) The staff must have the patience of a saint to put up with that.

Nothing to dislike, salad bar was good, place was clean, staff were friendly. My 2 boys were happy with the buffet and stuffed themselves. Vegan options and allergies well catered for. No complaints at all.

Terrible service from manager Emma, the worst experience in Pizza hut. There are only four staffs in the resturant. One of the staff was training new staff while we are waiting to be sitted. Manager Emma even asked us to live when we have complaint.

Pizza was par for Pizza Hut and it seemed clean. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes before I could order, and then it would be another 10-15 to make it. In my entire 41 years of Pizza Shops, I've never been told I need to wait 15-20 minutes to even place an order. Looking around the restraunt, there weren't many people. I was told by staff that the manager only has 1 Cook in the kitchen on Thursdays.

The waitress was really nice,food was delicious,bit pricey, but when you catch a good deal ( like feast for four ), its an amazing spended time🩷

Disappointing experience overall. I visited Pizza Hut this weekend to enjoy the unlimited pizza buffet and I was left with a terrible feeling that this establishment oversold and underdelivered. The quality of the pizza was flabbergastingly poor. The gap between the normal Pizza Hut pizza and what is on offer at the buffet is very large. The pizza we tried today was greasy and chewy. Not only was the quality of the pizza questionable but the selection was far too limited for a ‘buffet’. They only offered 4 types of pizza during our time there. At some points there was no pizza at all, as the kitchen was struggling to keep up with demand. There also was an option for pasta although I do not recommend this as it was bland and tasteless. The soft drink menu left a bitter taste in our mouths as although they offered six types of soft drinks, all were diet or non-sugar variants. So much for choice at buffet! The “Ice Cream Factory” did not feel like a factory but more like an icecream workshop! There was only vanilla flavored ice cream available. However, there was quite a decent selection of toppings. The staff were friendly enough and all orders were via QR code. I must commend them for their ordering system however as it was uncomplicated and required no application download. But the most egregious part of this whole experience was the pricing system, at approximately 20£ per person on weekends the quality fell well short of what would be desired at this price point. Overall, I would recommend travelers avoid this establishment while visiting Edinburgh and opt for the plethora of other options available for lunch.

Positives - Very friendly staff, food excellent. Every customer is asked on arrival if they have any allergies or dietary requirements. Would definitely visit again. Negative - can get cold as fan on cool, and doors at both ends of restaurant mean cold air every time someone enters or leaves. Hence giving only 4 stars overall.

Worst experience in a Pizza Hut in my entire life. I love pizza Hut, there is none in my city so when I travel I always try to find a Pizza Hut to eat. I ordered one chicken pizza. It was not good at all, I had to take literally all chicken pieces out of the pizza and still couldn’t eat all. My husband ordered a gluten free pizza, it was as bad as mine. The worst part is that we have paid around £17 in each pizza. The staff was super friendly though. Anyway do not recommend chicken pizza neither the gluten free one.

Nice restaurant but the toilets leave a lot to be desired. Filthy and unclean. Looks like they weren’t touched for hours. No disabled toilets that I saw.

We wanted to get a pizza to take away. It wasn't very busy but we waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes without anyone seeing us. Then we were told someone would take our order in a minute. Another 15 mins later we were still being ignored and we left.

Absolutely awful. Four of us ordered at the same time. It came over 20 minutes apart. They kept on bringing out the wrong food, and then kept on asking what we ordered when we've already ordered. The salad bar was almost empty and the atmosphere was horrible. Our table was extremely wobbly and instead of moving it away they gave it to another family who came in. Horrible experience wish I never went

Das Essen war wie immer gut. Es gab ein Menü, welches aus einer Pizza, einer Vorspeise und Salat bestand. Zusammen mit dem Getränk hat das 22 Pfund gekostet. Ambiente typisch Pizza Hut. Relativ gemütlich. Das Getränk konnte man sich selbst am Getränkeautomaten ziehen. Und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Empfehlenswert.

Have not been in pizza hut for 30 years and I think it will be another 30 years before I go back the pizza was as dry as anything it was though it had been left to lye but it was disgusting worst pizza I have ever had won,t be back.
