Our experience good & it quite to also it was clearing this time from last time here

Kfc chicken popcorn are always my favourite and except Kfc who does the best. Today I went to Kfc Princess mall with my family as we were waiting for our train and ordered boneless feast and the chicken fillets were so fresh also enough quantity at very reasonable price. A good to go lunch for my family. The best thing I loved was they also offer kids menu along with treat like: ice cream / pineapple stick which my daughter loves the most Best ever place very convenient for the people travelling by train

I have been to kfc yesterday at princess mall it’s a very amazing place I am vegetarian therefore I tried their vegan burger which was literally too good and also tried their veggie rice box which taste’s soo good and was soo fresh I highly recommend this place because it has good options for vegetarian and vegan Also their service is 10/10 and staff is very helpful and always ready to help and their sitting area is very organised. I hope you visit this amazing place

Absolutely rotten...Got a fillet burger just as they were closing and i think it had been lying there since opening time..Worst KFC ive ever had...

As part of a stay in Edinburgh, I was in the Princess Mall and went to KFC for the much-quoted "small hunger". First of all, it should be said that the well-known KFC system catering as we know it (in Germany) offers small differences when comparing restaurants. Ordering and payment can only be made via the electronic terminals, although you can easily set the guest's national language before navigating through the menu. Compared to Germany, I was able to notice a few different products and special features. I have a "boneless banquet" (11.28 pounds), 1x the sweet chilli dipped bites (2.99 pounds), 1x regular popcorn chicken (3.99 pounds) and once the original recipe chicken (chicken leg 2.29 pounds) ordered and paid a total of 20.55 pounds. For the sweet chili dipped bites, the chicken pieces (4) were already covered in a sweet and spicy sauce. So the name was appropriate here. The bites were as expected and very much overshadowed by the taste of the sauce, which I didn't like. The Popcorn Chicken were small (actually the size of a piece of popcorn!!) chicken mini pieces covered in breadcrumbs, which somehow didn't really deserve to be called a "meal". The chicken leg tasted good, fresh and really tender and reflected the KFC quality I was familiar with. What was interesting was that the regular gravy was really ONLY the thickened, but quite tasty gravy (for us always with mashed potatoes); This created an interesting flavor combination for dipping the fries. The mini fillets differed significantly from the taste of the chicken leg and were not really juicy, which I took into account in the rating. I didn't know the Supercharger dip (mayonnaise? with a slightly spicy note) contained in the box from Germany. Overall, the food was as expected in system catering, absolutely similar to the other well-known KFC restaurants in various cities around the world. The regional peculiarities were noticed, but were not really significant. After I received my food at the pickup counter, I was able to eat it in the adjacent dining room. This was functionally furnished but didn't really look very tidy or inviting, which is why I made a deduction here too. All in all, the KFC unit in the Edinburgh Price Mall is not a recommendation, which is why you have to take an extra or detour in the Scottish capital. For the small appetite and the KFC lover, the unit is centrally located and offers the range that is why people usually go to KFC. The small differences to my home country (Germany) made the visit exciting in the end. As is often the case, in the end it's just a matter of taste, which I gave three to four stars. With the hope that I have helped you with your decision, I wish you many more pleasant hours in Edinburgh.

Love the KFC classic rice box. It is truly finger lickin' good! Friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Easy access to grab a bite to eat while out and about. Will come back again and again.

KFC Edinburgh food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. There staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal it was a great experience

Hello all This is just to tell you all I have been to Kfc Princess mall yesterday and their service was mind blowing as the staff there is always ready to help also I tried their new offer which is 10 boneless chicken Mini Fillets for just £7.99! That’s the best deal I ever had. Definitely I am going to visit here again as the place is well maintained and tidy. Must visit place in Edinburgh

Kfc is always one of my favourite dine out since my childhood this time I tried at Kfc Princess mall and had a newly launch Buffalo tower burger box meal which was full of flavour and the burger buns looked so fresh and the box meal presentation was amazing. Staff there is always ready to help as I am not too friendly with using kiosk. For dessert I tried sundae mint aero which is also good Their attention and kind approach complemented the meal and made me feel like valued guest. I would love to come here next time. A must visit place at City Center Kfc Princess Mall is a hidden gem that offers a warm welcoming atmosphere, along with scrumptious food and drinks. Every single food we had was freshly cooked, it was just amazing. I went there with my family and orderd a party bucket. Fries were really hot and crispy Staff there is really helpful and I also met Angie who's manager and she's a wonderful and a kind lady Definitely recommend this place

5 minutes late as the driver doesn’t understand numerical order to find my place. Half the food was cold as they put the cold juice in next to the food.

Stopped here after a long day of sightseeing. The eating space was a little messy, but other than that it was a fine experience.

Worst service ever. And the most soggy chips I ever had in my entire life. Upon complaining about them, the staff rudely replaced them with an even worst chips they had. Best to stay away!

This has to be the worst KFC I have ever visited. Went there with family for a quick meal but it took over 40 mins for the chicken to be ready as they said they did not think it would be so busy. All the tables and seats and floor were dirty with grease, left over food bits, I looked at about 6 tables before finding one that I could clean myself. Around the bins it’s all piled up with rubbish like it’s a run down park and hasn’t been collected for ages. Had to clean tables and chairs myself to make it safe. No trays available for eating in? So odd, never had that happen before. Not a nice experience, it was like being in a nightmare with dirt all around you and no food even though you have ordered.

Just had a boneless banquet at this KFC, It was the worst one I’ve ever had! It was cold and I had ordered extra gravy but both tubs were half filled with watery tasteless gravy, the chips tasted as though they had been cooked once then reheated and the whole meal tasted salty and cold. We aren’t from Edinburgh but the meals we have in our hometown do not taste like this. It was just awful!!!

Pretty decent fast food venue. Chicken was moist and tender, and the batter was deliciously crispy without oiliness and so clean enough for kids to eat with their fingers.

Was in Edinburgh with friends then decided to go to KFC in the mall. My friend ordered vegetarian chips and she received normal ones. When she looked at the chips while ordering them they said vegetarian so I don't see why she got the normal ones. Total waste of money for that and a scam.

It was a bit cold and they got my ofder wrong but it is the silly season so they'll get a pass but next time I'm there will determine if there's a subsagant visit

Cold gravy, careless service missing items and one gent had his whole order missed. They keep the gravy on the warming shelf rather than in the hot drawer. It’s always cold

In fairness, a very helpful staff server, however a lot of the tables could do with cleaning. No toilet facilities (there are some in the shopping centre). A live pidgeon walking among the tables was funny.

Odering from the self ordering machines was a bit of a problem at first as they didn't work. Quick service and excellent food. Did not wait long enough to rate the atmosphere.

Het is er vooral vies, bijna alle klanten laten hun rommel op de tafels staan. Het wordt veel te weinig opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. De tafels voelen vies en plakkerig. Heel ongezellig. De medewerkers vinden het misschien onbelangrijk om schoon te maken of er is te weinig personeel (?) Aan vieze tafeltjes vol afval van de vorige klant komen geen klanten te zitten. Dat kost ook geld.

Enjoyed the food but no tomato ketchup. They only had burbeque sauce which I did not like please keep sachets of heinze tomato ketchup. Chips got cold very quickly and got just a few for what I paid for .Chicken was fab.

Filthy place, tables not cleaned properly, not sanitised at all, pieces of food everywhere and... two pigeons grabbibg the food of the floor - I cannot even imagine what is happening back stage where customers cannot see. Disgusting place. It might be they are short of staff. The manager should be ashamed of him/her. Go to St Andrew Square KFC, just round the corner and much cleaner. The visit put me off KFC for a looooong time!

Absolutely filthy not a clean table in place when a paying customer challenged excuses about staffing. The restaurant wasn't busy and there is never an excuse for poor hygiene in food places. 10 mins later staff cleared tables and never took a wipe to a single table. He also mentioned store manager has cut hours.....store manager should be charged by the EHO

In got a salad as I usually do this time is was dripping in salad dressing, way too much, it ruined my meal.

Gave the customer before part of my order. When they realised they ran to where they sat and took it off them. In stead of preparing a new fillet burger they tried to fob me off with the old one. I had to ask for a fresh one. Then it came out plain so had to send it back again. Not sure they did actually make a fresh one. With COVID still with us is this right to take food from another customers tray and then re-serve it? I think not.

The time we received our meal it was stone cold.. which was very disappointing. The chicken as always is very nice you can eat it cold but not ideal.

The place was dirty! Floor & tables filthy and customer bin overflowing! I ordered My zinger tower burger and received just the standard zinger! This was rectified once highlighted though!

Pathetic service, dirty tables, burned chicken. The staff is unhelpful! Table service was unavailable, dine in was served in paper shoppers and staff didn’t even know what drinks to be served.

I didn’t received my food for the second time! The first time I thought was just bad luck so I decided to give it another go the week after, and same story again. Restaurant has informed that the food was never picked up by the driver when on the app it said delivered. The restaurant’s server on the phone was lovely and helpful but couldn’t help me further and suggested to raise it with just eat. Raised a complaint it with just eat and saying they will not offer a refund. I will dispute it with my bank. I hope this review will help other customers.

The food was as always good, however everything was dumped in the bag so all the food spilt out of containers. I had a cold can so all the food was cold and the bag was ripped.

Food was poor - cold & greasy. Seating area was filthy, food all over the floors. All the bins were overflowing & tables were not clean either. Not hygienic at all.

Food good, seating area a mess and cleaned by a boy with attitude who clearly had no pride in the job or interest in it, slamming doors and cupboards, if he worked for me would be sacked on the spot, also the toilets in this place are 30 pence a visit and entry is by contactleess card only!
