Sohaib and his team were awesome! Cheesy fries best I’ve ever eaten. Spotless toilet with clean baby changing station (not needed now but as a parent appreciated) If you give awards for great franchisee owners this is the one!

Absolutely AWFUL experience in Pizza Hut at Leicester Square last night. As we entered, the staff were careless and couldn’t be bothered to be happy or cheerful. We only went for dessert and ended up waiting over half an hour for two cookie dough ice creams that ultimately came wrong - not as per the order with different amounts of scoops of ice cream. The service was abysmal. When I stated that the order was wrong, our server said “What do you expect me to do?”. Definitely not the attitude nor response to have to a paying and valuable customer. I would like a refund at the earliest possible convenience. I will definitely NOT ever be visiting this restaurant again. Do better.

Always a guarantee in London Pizza Hut! Don't go there if you are looking for an Italian pizza (in general, don't eat Italian abroad!) but go there if you want a nice and tasty American pizza (which you can customize to your liking, from the dough, to the edge, to the topping. There are also vegan and gluten-free options. There is also an unlimited vegetarian buffet and free refill on the first drink. Very good ice cream. There are many locations in London. What more do you want! Cheap and tasty, long live Pizza Hut!!

We had amazing experience. The pizzas were lovely. We ordered veggie sizzler which was spicy and lovely. We also ordered cheesy bites which were butterly declious. What makes this experience even better is customer service by satyajit, he was amazing and has great customer service skills. Amazing person, amazing experience!

I have visited this place couple of times and every time I feel honored to have my food there . Delicious pizza and excellent customer service has been offered by all the staff members specially the girl named Muskan tamboli . She is very friendly and always take care of her customers. I would love to visit the place more oftenly. Such great experience and hospitality I have been experienced

Aashima was amazing from when we walked in. I did have a few questions about the lunch time buffet but every question was answered with a smile. I asked if one of the pizzas could be barbecue base and the chef was sure to make it happen. Definitely will return soon. Thank you

Very expensive, we ordered one pizza two sides and two desserts. It cost me 75 euros once the payment came off my card. Now, it's my own fault because I should have just walked out before ordering. I didn't really like the ordering from the app. it was fairly confusing. Food was nice but not 75 euros nice!!

Just don’t give less stars because my son was happy… The staff was not friendly. the food for a buffet doesn’t have to many option and we pay £17 minimum for basically no options… If you can just go for another places as you have soo many other options around… I really regret that I went here and not to Chinatown.

Really enjoyed this Pizza Hut. The pizzas were perfect, the whole atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and the waitress gave excellent customer service. Prices were standard, quality high, but the place was a little cramped. Would recommend if you fancy a quick American-style deep pan pizza or some fast-food at restaurant quality.

London is expensive, I'm not going to argue about it but with a certain price a certain quality of food can be expected. If there weren't endless other options just a few meters next to this pizza hut, then I woudnt object to anyone going here. Take the few extra minutes and eat in China Town or genuinely anywhere else🙏🏻

Food was very good (Mains) the salad bar was..interesting very dirty and mixed dishes of things. Staff didn't do anything wrong just there was no service so to speak it's order though QR. Atmosphere not great but not to fussed

Absolutely love a Pizza Hut restaurant and all my local ones are gone so this was a no brainer for food when we were in the area! We popped in about 5pm on a Sunday and were seated no problem. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Ordered using the QR code on the table - easy peasy! Got salad bowls and drinks glasses quickly and the food came super fast and was fab! The biscoff cheesecake is GORGEOUS 🤩 very happy with our experience - my daughter wants to come back asap 🤣

my ice cream melted over everything and my rolo cookie dough was burnt and cold and my garlic bread was cold and my pizza was cold too the only thing that was right was my Pepsis

The driver by far was the nicest, courteous and patient as he had to wait a few minutes. If all the drivers were like this then everyone would be very happy. Pizza was amazing as always. Thank you

Please tell your cooks to cook the pizzas!! Apparently they tried to half cook the pizza (maybe because of the time ~10pm, even though another customer was served 20 mins after ours) and the dough wasn’t cooked enough, it looked transparent and didn’t taste well; we definitely noticed the difference compared to previous pizza huts we’ve had. My stomach hurt after eating just 2 slices. My expectations were totally ruined and I don’t think I’ll come back for a long time, I guess I’ll have to stick with Dominoes for now. See the difference of the pizzas that I was served and one of the same pizzas after being cooked in the air fryer.

Had to order everything using the app. When we did have to interact with staff they were fairly polite. Tables to small for all the dishes they bring and not very quick to clear away. Food as you would expect from pizza hut but more expensive being in London.

It is nice to have slices available, but they are a bit small. Should be bigger, but still good taste.

I've never eaten such disgusting lasagna...overpriced pizza, it's better to go to a burger chain located right next door.

Just popped in for a coffee however the staff were so friendly we ended up having a quick lunch. Literally smashed the all-you-can-eat salad bar. The staff looked seriously panicked as they just couldn't restock the salad quickly enough. Being as it was that time of year we opted for the Christmas-themed menu. We saw off 4 Turkey legs each for our starter and polished it off with an entire Turkey Roast on a pizza base for our main. For our dessert, we went in two-footed on the unlimited Ice Cream Factory machine until it broke and flames appeared from the back of it. Washed the whole lot down by drinking 3 bottles of House Red and 26 double Disaronno and Cokes. I think it was at this point we were asked to leave as I had been a little bit sick down myself.

Pizza was upto standard for Pizza Hut, lunch buffet was lacking in options, there was only 4 different pizzas included and 1 garlic bread, the ice-cream was below expectations not very smooth, more ice than cream. The table we had was very wobbly and was quite cramped next to the other tables, the plates and cutlery were not consistently clean. That being said we did manage to sneak some pizza into a container for later consumption so can't complain too much 😄😉

Unfortunately the food was very greasy and tasted bad. Cheese on the pizza tasted like perfume. Salad was free but don't take songs! Tomatoes were rotten and the sauces no longer tasted good

I would like to make a complaint but cannot see the selection. I placed the order around 11am to arrive for a staff dinner whilst training at 12:30pm. I contacted yhr store and was advised that the blip was with the app because they received the order late. my colleagues had to purchase food outside resulting in the pizza being waisted. I have selected poor because I had a slice and it was freezing resulting in me throwing it away
