Looks like a big unorganized cafe.. food was not that great. Salad had excessive lemon and savory. We asked for fries and they gave rice inspired of writing down the order. All in all, wouldn't recommend

The restaurant used to be excellent, and now it has lost its flavor and is no longer the same as before. I will visit it next time to make sure, and if it is no longer the same as before, I will remove it from my list.

This is the go to place when I am in the office. One of the best places in the areas. Recommend the lamb wrap and falafel wrap! Amazing!

To be honest, zero star there is what they deserve. Bad service, very roud staff and delay orders for low quality over priced food.

The food was nice, they have a fresh juice bar which was nice . Fruit cocktail was good. A little reminder, if u get seated and ur waiting more than 15mins, raise your hand to get service as they sometimes forget you. The bathroom facilities were not good. There was water all over the floor. So big safety hazard.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER! HORRIBLE COUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMELLY FOOD! SHAME ON THEM! Go to this restaurant if you want to ruin your evening! We drove 1.5 hours to get to this restaurant as it was mentioned by some one, that’s where the nightmare began! We walked in and were offered a table at the front by the waiter but as we were about to be seated the manager came rushing and said no put these people in the back of the restaurant, I questioned him as we were looking forward to sit at the front by the window and he said all these tables are booked, which I could tell was a complete BS! I took his word and made my way to the back. We got our food and realised that the rice were very smelly and apart from chicken was not cooked properly and seemed have lived in their fridge for years! Anyway we tried to enjoy our evening as we drove along way to get there and that’s when I realise the tables which we were refused were being given to selected coustomers by the manager as I was quite upset about it I walked up to the manager and mention my concern the manager said all the seats are reserved and the customers will come later on, at that point I mentioned that I saw him giving it to other people and he sat other people down on those seats after refusing them to us... He didn’t like the fact that he got caught on his lies and started getting very aggressive and started raising his voice, I asked him his name and that didn’t go very well with him, he started raising his voice saying don’t tell me how to do my job and loads of other stuff which went over my head, I said I can’t believe that he is the manager of the restaurant and that really upset him, all of a sudden I got surrounded by the waiters who slowly and cleverly started pushing me and my family out of the restaurant saying thank you and go when I was very calmly taking to the aggressive manager..... My kids were traumatised.... so we paid stupid amount of money for the doggy food to be insulted! Avoid if you can at all cost!

The food was decent but not something I'd rush back for. The kebab and shish were flavorful, but the doner meat was dry and lacked taste. The salad was fresh and crisp. The atmosphere is nice, and the service was great.

Good service from a Lebanese restaurant As a Moroccan, what attracted me when reading the menu: the couscous dish (written cuscus). Surely my mother's couscous is the best even if I haven't tasted it 😋

We really enjoyed the food and service at this place. The waiter Omar was absolutely charming and helpful. The wrap Al Arez with chicken and lamb mix was delicious. Totally recommended.

When we entered the restaurant, all the waiters and the owner of the restaurant looked at us and talked to each other, whispering and laughing, as we were Arabs. That is why they were late in serving us and the food arrived cold. We left the food feeling annoyed, and they charged us for the bad service. Even though it was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Quoting from my experience,,,,,

The restaurant has very bad food, and the reception was even worse. The Iraqi hookah maker has very bad manners with customers. It is a place that I would never recommend. The juice contained an insect. Unfortunately, we got it and the restaurant supervisor was informed

The service from an Egyptian waiter was bad after the customer asked him to reduce the volume of the music. I told him, “Nice, stop playing the music.” He replied to me and said, “Go and complain!” The food is delicious but honestly the Egyptian waiter ruined it

Walked in and there were so many flies flying around. Lamb shawarma was dry and not pleasant. To add to that, the flies just kept flying around our food. I looked around to see whether they had one of those blue fly lights but none that was functional. Never coming back here again.

Visited on the evening of Eid. We were early so the place was not much crowded and we were allowed to sit outside (outside seating available if you order shisha, we didn't). The service was prompt. Portion size was good for the price. We got got chicken and mixed shawarma meals. Meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. Chips were great but they could have had a little bit more salt, and salad was crispy fresh. Shawarma was wrapped in a traditional Lebanese khubz and appeared to be lightly grilled to hold everything together. Special mentions to the garlic sauce which was finger licking good (if I am allowed to use this phrase). Overall, it was a positive experience and I definitely look forward to visiting again whenever I am back in London.

Very bad service we ordered mix grill and lamp shops and tabuly salad after 45 min waiting we have the food was completely burned and the salad was missing we don't recommend to anyone

As a Lebanese, this is the worst food i’ve ate in london. They have 0 etiquette the waiters and the food is not clean or fresh. We ordered sujuk sandwich which you can tell was full of colourants and preservatives. Also the lahem meshwi sandwich was not grilled well at all! We ordered cheese sanbousek and it it was not good at all. I absolutely do not recommend and will never come again as a lebanese! Not to mention the bad customer service from the waiters and the unhygienic plates. 2nd update: I emailed them and they did not even reply. Worst customer service ever!

Good food but that probably all I can say about it. The setting is a little dated, the staff were friendly, but a little uninterested. I would happily go again, but it would be because I'm hungry, not for any occasion. Nice walk through Edgeware Road though.

Loved it here. So friendly and the food is so good. The okra and lamb stew is fantastic as is the lamb shawarma - and those chicken wings - wow. The long grain rice was cooked perfectly. A great experience just sitting watching the running of the restaurant

Beware of a "bad tummy" reaction! My wife and I had lunch here last week, but never again. The service was passable (frosty till they warmed up a bit) and the food tasted OK (nothing special) but we both had severe stomach upsets afterwards. My wife went in to talk to someone a few days later, and was treated very badly - she was kept waiting to see "the manager" who said, when he finally arrived, that she would have to see "the manager" ... in the evening. Their attitude was totally offhand, contemptuous even, when all that was needed was a mild apology. As I said, never again: why would we, when there are dozens of other places to eat in the same road. I'm not saying you shouldn't eat here, but maybe take some Imodium tablets with you in case you get the same reaction as we did. Your risk. RESPONSE TO OWNER: 1) Lunch means day shift. Surely you knew that. 2) The place was empty so if you serve 250 customers a day, my name is Brad Pitt (it isn't btw). 3) It doesn't matter what we ate, I believe there is a serious lack of hygiene in your place so you could have served me fresh, lovingly prepared food (hahaha) and I expect I would have had the same problem.

First time I came here, was looking for some good food and Shisha after work. Great find and wasn’t too far from train stations and underground. Top service from the gentleman there as I was solo female enjoying my evening they took good care. Thank you to them!

Disgusting bland food on top of that we both got food poisoning! Off sick for 3 days! Very cold inside, toilets were wet on the floor, men and women have to share one toilet! No soap? Food was not fresh, waiter was awful and slow. This used to be our favourite restaurant now it’s gone completely down hill. Never coming back again! The fact you only respond to positive feedback and don’t acknowledge your unhappy customers shows how unprofessional you are too!

The place is great but the service is bad

Best shisha spot on Edgware Rd. On a side road where there's plenty of space and outdoor space and you're not thinking about passers by and getting in their way. Had the blueberry and mint shisha which was smooth and lasted hours. Complimentary baklava as no kunafe left. Mint tea to go with it too. Food wise, you can never go wrong with a mixed shawarma sandwich with fries, chilli sauce is banging. Loads more variety and hot mains on menu too. Try the jallab date drink - sensational. Waiters attentive and friendly and will let you stay until closing time!

Unfortunately, Bad food, bland without taste. Shish tawook was unseasoned at all, not grilled just fried, kebab not tasty at all, the Hummus taste like Tahinah. The hummus is not really hummus, they served tahini and claimed it was hummus. Aesthetically the dishes look shocking. The meat is cut very thick and raw on the inside. In short, disappointment and shame for this place

Great location, clean & spacious but let down by mediocre food. Took 20 minutes to get the 3 dishes we ordered & all came separately. Chilli sauce far too sweet - should be herby not sugary. Lamb Shawarma barely cooked & very fatty. Ordered Hummus Shawarma but got charged as if we ordered 2 separate dishes so bill was £10 more than it should have been. Loads of Lebanese alternatives in this location & most of them are better.

I would say that this is the only true Lebanese restaurant in London! Simply the best and the most delicious.

We were three , we chose to dine in. I ordered kebbeh labniehThe meal was not fresh and cold. I was excited to have it. I will hate to have it forever. The waiter was not nice at all and seemed in a hurry and put the dishes on the table in a hurry. I even asked him to slow down, because my child is next to me and I do not want him to get hurt. fattoush tasted good and the fried kibbeh, the grilled meat was not good either. I couldn’t taste shawarma as well as it didn’t look fresh . The price was more than £70 the bathrooms were unclean and the smell was disgusting, the smells of shisha were everywhere, the atmosphere was not at all suitable for children, nor for those with asthma, nor for those who like quiet places.

Very bad service plus food was served cold. Extremely disappointed and will not visit again. Friendly advice is go to al arez instead of express which is on opposite side.
