Very nice hotel and we got a free upgrade.

Really bad hotel. Awful service, they serve stale croissants as “breakfast”. They sell water ?¿ after paying 130£ to a very mediocre room having to buy water upset me! Had to wait at least 30 mins to check in.. the subway station is right under the hotel and very loud ! Do not book this hotel.

Had to book last minute for a day stay and was not left with much of options.. but certainly not worth booking over 60-65£ / night even with good location it offers.. - Uncomfortable bed & pillows .. - We were about 10 mins late from our checkout time of 11:00AM and they kept calling .. even though their check in is 3:00Pm ..

I can absolutely recommend it!! Very nice, large rooms, bathroom completely new! Also very quiet, little street noise. The staff was polite, nice and helpful. We didn't have breakfast. Of course you can hear the subway, but that's just how it is in a big city (but it was completely quiet at night) The rooms are a bit noisy, but we've had that worse. All in all, it's a great city hotel, value for money is absolutely right!

Had an awful night last month, (have stayed many times with no issues) Smell coming from the showroom drains made me sick. Was really strong all night, my husband had surgery locally so I couldn’t get him home any quicker than in the morning unfortunately. I complained on checkout but lady wasn’t interested. How on earth it smelt so bad on the top floor is a mystery. It’s right off Oxford street so a great location. There total lack of communication has lost them a good customer. (And lack of refund for us) Couldn’t use the shower because of the stench. Which was needed. Now using somewhere else. Edit. I certainly did complain about not being able to shower on checkout, as we both needed to shower before traveling home. it smelt disgusting and was so strong when we left, it wasn’t possible that the smell had gone by the time they looked at it. It kept me up all night gagging. Booking .com contacted you about all the issues and for a refund and was refused by your hotel. Such a shame because it’s such a good location. But not refunding or even part refunding for a loyal regular customer who couldn’t shower and was sick due to bad drains is not good business.

Very good location, clean and beautiful rooms but if your neighbor speaks quietly you can hear him because there is no acoustic and the metro makes noise. Breakfast 1 yogurt 1 croissant and 1 drink Vrmt disappointing for an English breakfast Not worth going anywhere else

A very nice hotel in the middle of Westminster. Very good location and rooms but the breakfast bags are a bit sparse. But that's why you choose this hotel. That's for the location and the very nice rooms.

The hotel is clean and well kept. I unfortunately had noisy residents below me, so went down to reception at 02:00am to request they have a word with them, the receptionist did not seem all that interested, hence why I’m giving this 3 stars. I know there is room for improvement, and I’m sure they will take this feedback and act accordingly. The day receptionist was very helpful and the hotel is in a nice location, just be mindful that it is above the underground so you will probably hear and feel the train every few minutes, but you do get used to it. Overall a nice stay. 👍 P.S What an absolute lie that I. Was shouting, you are a disgrace in responding to my review in this manner, I never once shouted to your night Manager. You are liable for giving false claims about a Customer staying at your business.

Whenever I visit London I choose Astor court, not just because its perfectly situated, but also because of the excellent staff (Especially Abdul!).

I am not quite sure how is it possible the hotel doesnt count with 5 stars on reviews: Room: really big and comfortable Service: super easy and quick check in and out Location: the best in London Noise from the tube? Yes, but i didnt find it a big issue Breakfast not the best? It’s a 3 star hotel, if you want something more fancy plenty of options just walking distance. Would definitely return to astor court!

Perfect Birthday Stay in the Heart of London! I celebrated my birthday with a stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely perfect. The central London location made it so easy to explore all the sights and attractions right outside the door, from iconic landmarks to fantastic shopping and dining options. The room was spacious, elegant, and had the comfiest bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. With top-notch amenities and such a prime location, this hotel was an ideal choice for a special celebration. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience here. Location was perfect as it's located in central and yet you couldn't hear the business of the streets. The room was very spacious and clean. I also had great service from the staff, would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to find a place in London in the middle of the night after checking into an Airbnb in the neighborhood that was absolutely terrible. Staff let me into the hotel at 2 am and gave me a very reasonable rate for my two night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large bathroom with a shower and an entryway with extra seating. My room was refreshed when I was out for the day. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate them accommodating me in the middle of the night and providing a great stay for a great rate. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to London.

That's a robber. Beware of being blackmailed out of your wallet! Beware of them forcing you to pay by seizing your luggage.

Very basic breakfast was awake half the night with the lady on her phone is a adjoining room . Had a important appointment the day after and was exhausted travelled from Manchester

The location of the hotel is perfect, visits to all the must-see places in London were made on foot and if you prefer public transport, they are nearby. The welcome is smiling and friendly and there is always someone there. The strong point of this hotel is the room. It is very large with one room for the toilet and another for the bathroom, it looks like a small studio. All it needs is a small fridge. Cleanliness is omnipresent in this establishment, not a grain of dust, the sanitary facilities are impeccable and the room is perfectly cleaned every day. A big shout out to the housekeeping staff. As some comments say, you can hear a slight rumble from the metro but really nothing annoying and the noise between the rooms depends largely on the occupant's lifestyle. If I come back to London it will be in this hotel.

The hotel is nice. It's far from everything. Breakfast is horrible; He doesn't even have bread. They offer a type of food with terrible juice, no cheese or cold cuts and an unhealthy fatty cornet. A shame. In no hotel in Europe did I have such a bad breakfast. It doesn't have a refrigerator. The staff is very correct and friendly, but the service is poor. Good mattress and pillows. It does not have air conditioning.

To visit London. I think it's very good.

I can hear all the sounds in the next room. I can even hear the breath of my neighbor. Worst of all. Breakfast was the most frugal thing I knew. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the next room. The walls are thinner than a rundown apartment in Japan. You can even hear the breathing of the person in the next room, and you can clearly hear the subway, cars, and all other noises. It's terrible to say the least. I will never stay there again and definitely do not recommend it. I stayed at 5 hotels on this trip, and this was definitely the worst. Also, you can order breakfast for an additional fee, but since the meal is around £3, it's not worth the price, so I recommend not ordering it.

You don't need to get a mortgage to find a good hotel in London. Here you will get a spacious and clean room, good bedding and a good shower as well as a friendly and efficient service. Plus an excellent selection of coffees in the room. Will go back.

This hotel is great value for money considering the location. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect although the room was very hot. Gentle rumble of the tube trains in the background. Reception staff are helpful. Only thing affecting my guest experience is the inadequate breakfast - it would probably be better not to offer anything!

Well. Nicely decorated rooms and well cleaned. But unfortunately no air conditioning. Windows cannot be opened sufficiently. 27 degrees outside over 30 inside. The breakfast was a box to pick up which I do not recommend. I got a room for three people? This despite the fact that there were two single rooms available. But the hotel was not fully furnished and I think they charged in full considering the price. Glad it was only two nights. Great pillows! Shouldn't be forgotten because not all hotels have it. But unfortunately can't give more than two stars because they charged me for three.

Great location, so clean, wonderful staff! got this through expedia and almost cancelled because of what I read below. But, decided to call and Bahrgav was super nice and reassured me that this is a very nice hotel. I walked in and was so surprised as how nice it is, the location and the kind staff. Definetly coming back again. Close to everything. Thank you Bahrgav for your excellent service.

Small boutique hotel opposite BBC. Very clean and well presented. Gets an unusual amount of noise from the underground, though it didn't particularly bother me. Breakfast is terrible - they don't offer anything hot at all.. basically just croissant and a yoghurt

Many times, we sit on our nerves all the time, afraid of something getting dirty There is no food or anything in the rooms!! Stayed here with the family from Monday to Friday. Wonderful hotel, superb location, very friendly staff. Large room, large bathroom, huge closet, a desk, sockets for charging mobile devices, etc. I stayed in various 5 star hotels in London for business in the past, and I am still puzzled why this only has 3 stars. The only minor thing is the breakfast facilities, but it is clearly communicated on their website and booking partners. If you care about breakfast, there are tons of places around the corner to go. Great quality/price ratio for London city center. Close to bus and metro station (Bond Street and Oxford Circus). Will visit again!

Excellent room and location and very poor breakfast and terrible coffee

The bathroom was generously sized and had enough space for 4 people. The room was also ok, except that the carpet was full of stains. Check is only possible from 3 p.m. When we wanted to check in about 30 minutes beforehand it wasn't possible otherwise we had to pay a surcharge of 35 pounds per person. Adapter could not be borrowed or rented, we had to buy it separately. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

Deplorable. -Room that vibrates and its very loud every time the metro passes, day or night, even though we were on the 3rd floor. -Unsatisfactory and non-refundable “takeaway” breakfast. -Very poorly soundproofed neighbor's room. -Manager who responds that “polite people” manage to sleep despite the inconvenience of the metro. And you can hear the subway all over London, that's normal. ->Wrong, I went several times in London, this is the first time that I have been so scandalized by a hotel.

Book here for your London trips you will not be disappointed!!! Do not overlook! I was lucky enough to meet the General Manager Wayne who greeted me as if I were a celebrity. Nothing was too much trouble, shared his pride for his wonderful hotel and his staff. When I got to my room I was astonished by the value for money in such a spacious room (if you’re a frequent traveller in London you’ll know the m2 is often not very generous) and I was pleasantly surprised. It was furnished to a high standard. All new facilities and spotless. I mean spotless! There are a lot of chrome fixtures in the room/bathroom and not a fingerprint/smear in sight! Lots of wardrobe space. Plug sockets next to the bed for phone charging. Tv and tea/coffee facilities complementary. The bathroom again brand new, boasted a HUGE shower with a double door and it was stunning after a grim, rainy day in London. Such a quiet hotel, slept like a baby! And yes, there are some rumbles from the underground but it’s exceptionally authentic and becomes unnoticeable quite quickly. How can I not mention the front of house staff, Abdul. What an asset! He made me feel like I was at home. All in all do not overlook this hotel because it has a 3 star rating, I think it’s been cheated. A 5* service, celebrity service indeed. Check out the cabinet full to the brim of awards. Absolutely well deserved. Wayne I absolutely shall be revisiting, thank you to you and the team for your hospitality.

It was great, good location, clean and the bathroom was spotless. I higly recommend! You could hear the tube a bit but it was fine.
