Delivery was late and food was cold

Love it!!!! so sad it will be gone soon went with my two sons Braxton and jaquavious and they LOVED it Braxton has got down syndrome and was screaming slurs at the people sitting next to us so we did have some difficulties but the the staff handled it wonderfully. 10/10 would recommend

pizza arrived late from the estimates, and wasn't just cool, it was proper cold

My bundle should have had 6 pieces of pizza, yet only three individually packed arrived. One bag had drinks, other bag the food.

So upset!!! Ordered on the app. Asked for 1 pizza to be gluten free. It took over 2 hours to get our food. Both pizzas were gluten. There is an allergy and now she can't eat. I tried calling the store and this pizza hut never answered their phone. I let it ring over 150 times before I hung up and I tried calling with two separate phones for over an hour.

Great service, great help and good food as always. Could fix the flickering light but to be honest, pizza quality matters more!

walked in the branch today where we was made to wait 10mins before we was even acknowledged. I asked for a pizza and was told we have to wait 45minutes for it to be cooked . Then i asked about if we can get a delivery and was told no delivery drivers. the staff man wasn't friendly or come across quite rude. after leaving the branch we ordered via the app and the pizza arrived within 25minutes by there delivery driver. the staff in branch obviously lying that they didn't have any drivers or the pizza cannot not cooked within a reasonable time.

The service is very good and the staff are polite and efficient. But the dough tastes unusual, it’s not a one off either. I worked at Pizza Hut for three years and I can’t workout why it tastes like that. Lewisham way tastes normal but the service and staff are terrible so for taste you just have to put up with it.

The pizza and nachos were totally damaged.

Freezing cold couldn’t even eat it

Had to walk out of my flat to collect it as the driver got confused. Food was freezing cold. Go and order somewhere else. Not worth it.

I ordered a large pizza, a side, some dips, and ice cream through the pizza hut app. However, not only did it arrive 15 late, but they didn't include the ice cream I ordered. This initially wasn't a big deal but I still wanted what I paid for. So, I called the store just to try to get credit for the next time I ordered something or something like that. But, little did I know I seemed to encounter their local joker who wasn't interested in helping and clearly just wanted to mess with people. After facing multiple busy dial tones I finally got through and I explained the mistake but was then promptly told it probably was another store and I should check with them. I double checked the phone number and address on my email and it was definitely this store. So, I called back only to face another busy dial tone so I waited a bit, and after a couple tries, I finally got through and the guy would put me through this game where he would ask something from me like "what's your address?" then put the phone down and just be gone for 2-4 minutes only to eventually come back and say "oh I can't find your address. Then it was "what's your order number?" And again be gone for 2-4 minutes before coming back and saying "I can't find your order number", then same thing again for the customer number. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes just waiting for him to acknowledge my order. This is the worst service I've ever had from a Pizza Hut over something that was initially incredibly trivial. I had only hoped they would return the funds for the ice cream or give me a discount for a future purchase, but I want expected to be treated so poorly over such a trivial issue. It's worth saying the pizza itself was also not good - as though it had been sitting around a while. I personally think this guy should be fired because I hate trolls - but you make what you want out of all this.

We always take the pizza in plough way, the best Pizza Hut! They always deliver a great and quick service, we love the handcrafted pizza, crafted and cooked perfectly. Well done!

It’s fairly grim. Not cheap for the buffet, £20 for adults, £10 for kids. For that, there was a choice of four pizzas; margarita, vegetarian, pepperoni and beef and onion ? The pizzas came out more slowly than people wanted them and, as they arrived, a queue developed. There were also two penne dishes, one with a tomato sauce, the other cheese sauce with peas and broccoli in it. Then a buffet of lettuce, shredded carrot, cheap coleslaw. They were also a bit aggressive on taking the plates back. You can always get a new plate, but I felt that they thought that if they lift your plate, you won’t go up again. This was happening while other people were still eating. Maybe I’m expecting a bit much, but 2 adults and 2 kids at £60 seems expensive, given the quality of food, especially given that you serve yourself, even place your own order and pay online.

I went to Pizza Hut with my friends and the food was very nice! We ordered the buffet and it was really good :) however a bit on the expensive side and the restaurant was a bit cramped.

I have not received an order yet they put on their system that it’s been delivered. I tried calling to find out the issue but no one answered. Very unprofessional

Terrible experience with Pizza Hut. They don’t know their pizza sizes. I ordered a medium size pizza 11 slices and only got 4 slices and the edges were burnt.

Ordered a beyond beef tear and share paid additional £3 got a plain one. Called the restaurant 4 times, they picked up after about waiting on line for ages. Said they no longer sell this??! Why is it still an option for purchase? My cookie dough came with no ice cream. They forgot my 1.5 ltr drink but the drink kindly went back and eventually delivered it. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not worth even discounted.

Unfortunately, there was an error somewhere and I had to call the restaurant to confirm my order. However, it did arrive eventually. :)

Ordered a vegan pizza and a regular meat pizza and the orders were one toppings were round the wrong way so the vegans ended up eating meat by mistake. This is unacceptable

Been waiting for my order for over an hour. Is way past the given range. The restaurant is not picking up for the past 30 min. I am done waiting. Not worth the bad experience. Go for a different pizza place and you will be fine.

Would have been nice if restaurant called me to say ice cream ordered not in stock. At least to give me choice, instead of sending something else.

There was a group of us who made a big order, while celebrating something. Order was late. Turned up without 2 of the sides we ordered. When we called, the member of staff was incredibly rude, refused to send them out, said because we ordered through just eat, they couldn’t do anything, and told us just to go through Just eat to get a refund. I’ve applied for a refund but because we got the sides as part of a meal, there was no option to select the individual items, so I had to click on the full value of the meal. Maybe if Pizza Hut doesn’t offer the same service to people ordered through just eat, they shouldn’t be on just eat. We won’t order from them again.

Good if you are with hungry kids and who likes lot of ice-creams and sweet drinks.

Deecnt toppings, but the sauce and the dough were sweetened too much (and they didn't really need to be), which negatively affected the taste.

i didn’t get my food at all . i was told that my food was on its way and i have been waiting and waiting and nothing has turned up . do better .

We ordered our Pizza, and whilst waiting we received a phone notification that the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. When we called them to ask where it is they said it was still on its way, however, we promptly received a call from the driver that said he couldn't reach us after several calls. This didn't make sense for several reasons because not only did we receive no missed calls, but he was talking to us on the phone so it definitely worked, and if he had failed to get hold of us why did he put that the pizza had been delivered? When we asked him why he never knocked our door or rang the buzzer if he couldn't reach us by phone like he claimed, and he dismissed it, and said that it doesn't matter now as he has moved on and we will have to cancel our order in order to get a refund (as he had put the pizza as delivered although it wasn't). Terrible service, unfriendly and rude with ridiculous drivers that falsely claim deliveries are on time even if pizza isn't delivered.

Ordered from here various times and also had a couple local pickups. Good is always tasty and great. Of course they have the times where pizzas are definitely too oily and other times where they're just completely dry, but in general this is great! Staff are actually nice to you even when busy which is great to see, not something that's usually true in these sort of places. Not much I can say, if you like Pizza Hut, this hut got you covered

Wasn't able to provide one side ordered, so they duplicated another side, if you order 2 different sides it's for a reason, you obviously didn't want 2 the same.

I ordered a pizza for collection but wanted to cancel the order so I called the store in the number that was on the confirmation email and I told her guy who answer the phone that I wanted to cancel the order for collection and I told him my name for the collection. He then said that they do not have the order. I told that I got the email with the confirmation number and instead of asking for the number so that he can look up the order he said they don’t have the order and I should another store and hung up. So not only did my order not get cancelled but I lost out on getting my £23 refunded and had to deal with a rude person on the call who didn’t even ask for the confirmation order number which I said twice that I had

I've heard some 'off' things about this particular pizza hut but I can't fault it. I prefer to order their and collect as they tend to listen more than when you call up to query a online order. When I do use delivery though they arrived quickly.

In this pizza hut , the staff are very horrible impolite , slower than a small turtle. Really disappointed.

I have never used the pizza Hut delivery service in Surrey Quays. I decided to try it out yesterday evening, my order was taken by a very abrupt and rude assistant named Jennifer. Not only was she rude but while taking my card details ,3 times, was inputting the wrong information. She then went on to inform me that I will have to make the order online and that her manager was informing her to end the call. I then asked to speak with her manager and explained that Jennifer had been inputting the wrong data, as my bank had sent me a text to inform me of the error occurring. There was no apology for the error and the garlic bread was cold. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut again needless to say.

Food tasted off to the normal taste, there was hair in the pizza and as I looked into it more there was multiple pieces of hair in the pizza and throughout the box, would not recommend delivering unless you know and trust any of the staff members, I was told by a friend who works there that there is one member of staff who actually drops pieces of food and still puts it on the pizza and that’s coming from there own staff Edit: I called to complain and they sent a free fresh pizza which tasted better and didn’t contain any hair

Ordered online and arrived 2 mins earlier. All the foods were ready and hot when I got home. Good service will visit again

Got this pizza with Deliveroo. It was warm but it tastes horrible. Such poor quality. You are better off with grocery store pizza. The sides were decent, mac n cheese & nachos. But I will never order pizza hut again in the UK.

Ordered a pizza that didnt arrive after an hour. Called store who said it would arrive in 20 minutes. Another hour later the store ignored all calls.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We have been waiting for a delivery for 2 hours on a Friday night. The delivery hasn’t even showed up and the store is closed. Not only did they say that it would be 30 mins but they have the audacity not to even turn up. Absolutely ridiculous. Called the restaurant and they told us it would be delivered in 5 stops.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered food and paid online, only to be called up later and told that they couldn't fulfil the order. When questioned about how to get my money back I was told I would have to ring their customer service line in the morning. When I complained that this was not good customer service, they hung up on me. Would not go back.

Email said the delivery will be 45-55 minutes, yet 1 hour 45 mins later we are still waiting. We have called the store multiple times and they keep telling us it has been out for deliver for the past 40 mins. The guy said the driver left the last time we called but he didn’t know when we last called which doesn’t make any sense. Joke of a service, will not be ordering for this Pizza Hut again.

This place is an absolute JOKE!!! Waited over 2 hours for my pizza and then called the place they were so unhelpful and had no idea where my pizza was! Will never order again. Not to mention the food was ice cold had to reheat myself!

Order a pizza, delivery took 2h30... Pizza was completely cold. I will not order again. I can do better with a £3 Waitrose pizza.

Just ordered 2 pizza a wedges. The wedges hadn't been cooked fully and were apple like in texture. Also no seasoning at all! Why?

Awful service similar to most of the reviews in relation to wait time for delivery, no communication, not answering the phone and just pure rudeness. I wouldn't expect a prompt refund either, 16 working days is the policy from their customer services team, and even that can extend if the Hut doesn't respond. I'm appalled and downright furious

Put one star because you can't put zero. Do not waste your time or money! Took over 90 min to get our delivery, they don't answer the phone at all. Called at least 12 times and let the phone ring. What kind of operation is this? Of course the food arrived cold and soggy. Never again. There are way better pizzas in the area.

Pizza ordered/paid for at 6.50pm last night never arrived. Branch didn't pick up the phone all night or bother to call/email us with an explanation. Couldn't have been more poorly managed.

Pizzas hadn't arrived after 90mins.I called the store. Took AGES for them to answer and when they did it was confirmed that the order was still waiting to be made up! I then cancelled the order have requested a refund via cluster service on website as I couldn't get through on the phone. Will see how long it takes to get my money back.......

Not accurate at all with the time they state the pizza will be ready. Ordered in only for it to take 50mins to get a pizza. Was never rude to me but hear the staff being rude to other customers. Won't be coming back.
