my food has not beed delivered but stater delivered

Sadly I paid for a double quarter pounder but only got a single. It was nice but shame it's not what I ordered and I lost money. Otherwise good service.

not one f——ing dip. no dip with the cheese dippers. no dip with the nuggets. and no dip that was added on as extra and PAID for. your job doesn’t require much but you’ve still displayed signs of laziness and incompetence, congratulations.

I asked for BBQ Sauce and got ketchup instead. The food was cold too.

My food never arrived and my order status changed to delivered! Paying £30 for fast food and not able to receive my order is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Never again!!

was an hour late, forgot the drinks, mcflurry and brownie. told the driver but they didn't care, messed up our order many times now and will not be ordering from McDonald's anymore this was the last straw 👎🏻

Would give zero if I could. Took hour to arrive . It was stone cold. They accepted order quick enough but then courier was waiting 40 mins. It was obviously just sitting there waiting and nobody told the courier.

Nothing was given to us we have no food to eat thanks to the restaurant and the delivery driver making mistakes

Today I had the opportunity to order breakfast at McDonald's Peckham Rye branch. There was almost no one inside and it was 6:20 am of course despite the lack of people the waiting time for my muffin was longer by over 15 minutes. I asked the person who was hanging around there aimlessly because she didn’t have any food to give to the waiting people except me. When I asked where my order was she told me to wait patiently, but I had already been waiting for 15 minutes and nothing only after I prompted someone kindly showed up and prepared the order! I didn’t like the approach presented by this branch at Peckham Rye station! Where was the manager who should be with his team - it can’t be described like that - this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to so far. I have never waited so long for any order anywhere despite the very long queue I had to wait in for my order. So I do not recommend the branch on Peckham Rye and I appeal to the management to do something about the "slackers" who came to work as if it were a punishment. I do not recommend this location. If you are looking for fast, efficient service, you will not find it here!!!

For the first time in a long time my full order came including sauces, straws! Please keep this up!

sending drinks without straws it has happened twice now.

Bought mcflurries, absolutely awful, they had no sweetness to them at all, felt like I was eating yogurt but yogurt actually tastes nicer!

Not ordering from here again. You might as well order and go look around Peckham for half an hour instead of standing and waiting. Ver very poor

First order got cancelled. Second order was being prepared for sooooo long. Delivery driver buzzed the wrong flat and got turned away so I had to wait outside and track them down. Finally got the food which was cold and with less sauces than requested. Disappointed and would not order again

Slowest, dirtiest McDonald’s in London

I’m so upset, over 90% of my order of happy meal I’m NEVER given a toy for the kids, this is outrageous, my kids are always so disappointed. This need to change!!!

Very slow. Group orders together then give out 3 customers food at once, rather than straight away so it keeps fresh

The delivery driver was rude after I wouldn't accept the opened seal on the McDonald's bags. He said that he didn't tamper with the food the ran away cussing and shouting

The food delivered was unacceptable. The wrapper for the burgers was half off. And the McFlurry has little to no chocolate in them. I wish I could show a picture for you to really understand

Food was a bit cold, especially the fries. Also no straw was provided for the milkshake, fine it's a fizzy drink but not for a thick milkshake as its not as if you can just sip it from the cup

The worst. A minimum of 15min wait, even for a single cheeseburger. People crowd around the serving window as they watch their food pile up, getting cold as they miss their trains. The staff seem to have no idea what to do. The manager seems to be the only person capable of matching the food that comes out to the relevant order number, something which he remembers to do every 5 minutes or so. One other stressed person serves all customers, including taking orders and delivering food to tables. It's also his job to press the button every few minutes to clear the order numbers from the screen for food that hasn't been served up yet. You wait 10 mins for your order number to come up, only to see it mysteriously disappear. Cue more shouting and stressed customers. Presumably this helps to game the KPIs that go to head office. So much for grabbing a 'quick' cheeseburger on the way home.

Sauce for nuggets was forgotten

With the increasing demand for online orders, I believe having a dedicated pickup section for delivery drivers at all locations would greatly improve efficiency. A separate counter or waiting area for delivery personnel would: ✔ Reduce congestion at regular counters ✔ Speed up order pickups, ensuring faster deliveries ✔ Improve overall customer experience by minimizing delays Implementing this would enhance both in-store operations and delivery service quality, benefiting customers, staff, and delivery partners alike. Drinks missing from order. Bag was ripped open and driver ran off when asked about where drinks were.

Absolute joke!!! Waited over two hours. Obviously the delivery wasn’t going to arrive. And they had the cheek to state it was delivered two and a half hours after!? I wouldn’t even leave one star but not other option!
