Order arrived 40 minutes after scheduled time- contacted them and they said its "1 min away" before turning up 25 mins after. Food was barely warm. Deffo won't be going again!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and some sides and ice cream from here after it was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The pizza was cooked perfectly and everything was lovely. We talked with the manager Sohail who was a lovely and welcoming man, overall great service and I would go again

Ordered veg pizza great taste like always great service and very welcoming staff especially sohail who is very friendly .i really wish they do halal chicken though .

No sauces on the pizzas so there was literally no flavour, one of the fries was missing and the one that was sent were spicy so kids couldn't eat them

If I could give delivery 0 stars I would. We placed an order which was confirmed by just eat, waited 1 hour it was cancelled. We rang the restaurant who told us they have no dough?! (On a Friday evening at 7pm they have no classic dough for 1 pizza left?!) we then placed a new order as the restaurant said they would rush it through only to end up waiting another hour! Will not be ordering again!

No delivery. No phone answer for 30 minutes. Apparently 7 days to receive a refund. Useless leyland store. Should have stuck with dominos

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Contacted the shop to be told a new order is being sent out as the driver is late and the food would be cold. The original order arrived cold and soggy and no replacement given. Waste of £40. Called the shop again twice at 10:10pm no answer.

Food turned up after it was cancelled an hour late

ordered a veg supreme and was delighted with the food. Staff were very friendly. Collection times are quick and I was alerted when my pizza was ready and when I got home it was still hot. 5/5

Ordered 2 large pizza as a walk in and was told 15 minute , came back 20 minutes later and wasnt ready as they were to busy with internet delivery orders I then had to wait a further 25 minutes for them to be ready . Ask manager what was going on and he said busy with orders . Wont be going back again , no communication , not a good atmosphere and they didnt really care .

Order never arrived. Wouldn’t answer the phone despite ringing multiple times and still accepting orders.

The pizza looked like it had been in a car crash the slices of pizza weren't evenly cut (it isn't hard to do I worked for dominos pizza for a number of years) the driver didn't speak very good English. Phone line when I phoned up was hissing and crackling all over the place overall bad experience and shall not be ordering from this branch again

Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 sides, app said delivery 19:25......sat in packing state for half an hour then the app turned to out for delivery and 20:10 so 45 mins late. That's not great but forgiveable if they'd actually delivered all the order - they didn't, one pizza missing. Issues with your order, call the hut......unless they aren't bothering to answer the phone, 20 mins ringing out. Family pizza night ruining and the best part.if £60 wasted. Never again.

Delivery driver kept calling, had no idea where we lived so god knows how long he was driving around for. Potato wedges and pizza bone dry.

We ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crusts, they informed us it wasn't available which is fine. But the rude member of staff would not cancel the order or refund the difference. He lied to me blatantly, saying it could not be cancelled. Got through to another member of staff who cancelled the order. Truly disgusting customer service. Avoid. I will be pursuing this with Pizza hut.

Not expecting greatness from pizza hut. However, what I did expect was something better than what you can dig out of a bin. The wedges were like munching on paper mache. The garlic bread you could put a window through with it. The pizza was so repulsive, I decided to give it a one lucky person in the street! Fast cheerful delivery top marks for that. Kings Castle all the way!!

The food was absolutely delicious couldn’t fault it at all eveything was fresh and nice, but the delivery time we was waiting was 2 hours and 10 minutes which is a Just eat problem apparently with the order not going through to pizza hut. other than the delivery my experience here was good

I cant get my head around how this place has so many good reviews. I recon the box it came in would taste better with some cheese on. Dry and tasteless at a premium price. Terrible

So rare to find a company and staff who know how to treat customers,, this is the best customer service I have received in years. Praise to the delivery driver and duty manager, other companies could learn alot from Pizza Hut Leyland and their staff. Thank you again.

Great food delivery was late but it's Saturday night so understandable.

They missed out 2 of the sauce dips I paid for and instead of stuff crust, gave me normal crust. I wouldn't have been upset with the crust (since it tasted good) but you do pay extra for stuff crust, so essentially I paid for 3 things I didn't receive.

No cheese on pizza 2 bottles of pop missing, tasteless under cooked, will never go here again 🤬🤬
