I've always had a good experience with this place. I usually order indoors and wait but today i ordered online for delivery and rang up to customise my pizza afterwards and the staff sorted it straight away. The pizza is always good. Tip , go heavy on the garlic sprinkles, yum

Truly awful! Undercooked greasy mess. Even the kids said no. Go to the local Sicilian/Italian over the road. Even if you love American style pizza this is NOT it 🤮🤢🤮

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE - drivers are incompetant- manager does not care and hides from complaint calls - staff just ignore you - spent 10 mins waiting for the manager after several calls where it was said she was nit there despite speaking to her 15 mins previously where she promised our 1 hour overdue food had been sent again ( a total lie) - I have an ongoing dispute with head office - this sitecand it's living staff should be shut diwn

Absolutely delighted with our Black Friday pizza deal - £10 for a large pizza is a steal! Every single pizza in our £50 order was flawless. Perhaps being the first stop in the delivery stops contributed to the impeccable quality, but regardless, everyone was thrilled. Looking forward eagerly to the next order!

Inedible, soggy, cold, undercooked, crustless pizza. Overcooked, cold, crunchy mess of Cheesy Garlic Tearer. Tracking said out for delivery 20:20pm, arrived 20:45pm, no conversation, driver just thrust his bag at me to help myself. I would have phoned to complain there and then had I not had to leave or work at 21:00pm, instead I emailed customer service the next morning. Their response was disappointing. Maybe it’s just my opinion, but crediting enough Hut reward points for just a replacement Pizza when it was so bad it went stright into the bin, isn’t an apology! What about the inedible Cheesy Garlic Tearer, what about the £1.99 delivery charge? I’m still £9.00 out of pocket for food I should have been sent to the FSA! So I’m publishing my review as promised.

Good Pizza hut, the only funny thing is that for some reason they always "lie" about the readiness of the food when collecting. The tracker always says food ready at least 5 minute earlier than the food is actually ready.

It was a very positive experience, especially since the employee bent over backwards to get the things we wanted. Absolutely have to recommend it therefore. Food was delicious as well.

Ordered a delivery at 7.45pm and it arrived stone cold at 9pm. Will go with Domino’s next time.

Ordered three margarita pizzas for the family. One of them tasted disgusting and another one tasted like it had hardly been in the oven. Won’t order from here again

Every order has always been delivered late, promises to improve have always fallen short and promises of discounts and freebies always get forgotten. Other than the delivery issues, my kids love pizza hut.

I was gonna give 4/5 for good food, but delivered 5 mins late, but the driver was nice and this made me give them 5/5

Had a carry out on Saturday night. Without doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever experienced. Solid, turgid, greasy - lacking flavour. Yuck! When I gave this feedback direct to the shop, Via phone , they had the temerity to offer me a reduction on my ‘next’ order. I don’t think so ... I’ll not be back! Extra star given simply because driver was polite. He was a good advert for company. Food = Rubbish.

Disgusting place. Pizza hut has always been somewhere I have tolerated for the Kids and Wife who love it. I much prefer other brands of Pizza. One thing about Pizza Hut is you usually know what your going to get which is " OK Pizza " Well not with the Leighton Buzzard branch, here you get poor staff and poor pizza EVERY TIME. The first time we ordered, I ordered for collection, I was told to pick up at 19:15 I arrived at 19:20 and thats when the staff said "its just gone in the oven" he then ran out the back and I watched him make the pizza and put it in the oven. at 19:40 he handed me 2 pizzas. I got home and the only way to describe them was zero flavour. I then got asked for Pizza hut from my 2 children as a treat. I agreed and decided to go to Dunstable because of my experience with the Leighton Buzzard branch but when I called they said they were just closing so I reluctantly ordered from Leighton Buzzard. I arrived at 18:30 as asked and Exactly the same thing happened, it was like Déjà vu. The pizza was not made, the guy behind the till was ignoring customers and running around the dirty shop. I then got handed 2 pizzas 20 minutes later, got home and they were disgusting, covered in grease and tasked like cardboard, I will never got to this Pizza Hut ever again. Terrible Store.

Takes over an hour for an order of two items to get to an address 15 minutes across town. Both times ive ordered with them i've had to follow up with a phone call to figure out where my food is.
