Pizza Hut Delivery in Leicester

i ordered an xl veggie sizzler. wen theorder arrived it was npt what i ordered. the driver said he had been given the wrong order and would fetch it, but never did. i note i have been charger for non-delivery refund please

Pizza was wrong and opened. Garlic bread missing ice cream half melted.Sent it all back still waiting 1 hour later for replacement food. Took 3 attempts for restaurant to answer phone got the excuse of were busy. Delivery man was very apologetic and it wasn’t his fault just delivered what he was given.

I ordered this but it never arrived. I Evan asked for it to be sent again still never got it. No communication.

Fantastic customer service. Called up as there was a mix up with a chicken dish I ordered and it was rectified immediately and sent out within 5 minutes. Absolutely great service. Thank you.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. 1 star is to many This place should be avoided at all costs Staff rude and misleading. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. There was nobody else around. After 25 minutes there was still nothing, tried to get a member of staff's attention and I was ignored. Finally I was then told be another 7 minutes. After a further 10 minutes still nothing. Was then told it would still be 5 more minutes. I said that this was to long and requested a refund amazingly it turned up in about 30 seconds. 45 minutes after ordering finally the order arrived not complete asked for 2 pizzas side of garlic bread and onion ring. Did not even supply or process the onion rings. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT ESTABLISHMENT

I ordered nearly 2 hours ago and was told 40 minutes to 1 hour I rang when it past this time and was told 15 minutes now sat here 1 hour 50 minutes after my order and still nowhere to be seen!

Amazingly fast delivery meant food was properly hot, and pizza in great condition.

Colder than expected and not every pizza had garlic sauces.

The cheesy dust on the melts is so incredibly salty

Food was very delicious and delivery was very quick. I also visited them a few times and got to meet the manager Nash who was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while Convinced the other half to break her diet. Trust me it’s hard I think as far as pizzas go Pizza Hut make a quality tasty pizza. Don’t think I’ve ever gone here and it doesn’t taste like all the others I’ve had from here! Love the pizzas and this one didn’t let me down Like the way they had offers for collections and delivery’s Keep up the good work

Rang up, the staff were very rude. He couldn’t be asked to put the order in. Wanted me to come there as he was too lazy to change the order from delivery to collection. He didn’t want to make the pizzas before we get there even though we’re paying cars over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s not my first bad experience with them. Last time they had not enough change, by the time I got change from going in to 3 other shops my pizza was barely warm. HQ needs to seriously investigate this place and best to shut it down or get new manage. These guys are ruining pizza hut’s reputation.

Went to pick up my order, the food wasn't ready so had to wait, also while they're preparing food they do not wear gloves, as I ordered some vegetarian pizzas too

Never ordered here before and never will again. The only thing that went right was the driver and delivery. The information on their uber eats page is misleading and because of that we wasted £30 and ruined dinner. Ordered a 3 meat and 3 cheese pizza (that is all it says on uber) and it came with onions and mushrooms which I do not eat. When ordering meat pizza I expect meat not vegetables. The member of staff I spoke was very rude and didn't care one bit. You only get 2 stars because the driver was very nice.

I wish I can put zero stars!!! AVOID THEY DONT EVEN PROCESS YOUR ORDER. They take an hour to cancel an order no calls or updated. Horrible store. Avoid the headache and order from a different one. Lazy store !!!

I ordered a delivery to arrive at 18:30 today... I am still waiting (19:43) and I cannot get through on the phone... I get a message telling me constantly that I am in a queue... The order on the website states that it has been "delivered"... It has not...🙁😔... I suppose that a refund will probably take 10 days... This was supposed to be a long awaited treat... I was so looking forward... ☹️

Very dry pizza covered in dry flour, thin when I ordered deep pan, hardly any topping on it. Arrived just warm although were only 5 minutes drive. Won't answer the phone call when I tried to call

Stayed over at travel lodge as working locally and decided give pizza hut delivery a try again as no local one where I live. Pizzas were yummy especially for only £5 each. Freezing cold Pepsi max cherry to wash down and delivered within the hour on a busy Sunday evening. Friendly driver who adhered to social distancing and even in the rain had a smile on his face. Thank you all for keeping up high standards during these times. Will order again if back this way again

Ordered for delivery. Paid an extra 50p for dip which they forgot. Driver said he’d return with the dip and never did so they robbed me of 50p. It’s the principle that annoys me.

Pizzas were disgusting hardly no toppings . Dont give them repeat business . Avoid ! They are many other places that do good pizzas at a good price ! Please dont treat loyal customers as fools they wont bother coming back .

Fancied a change from my regular takeaway so decided to order from Pizza Hut. I ordered the dipping box. I chose 5 chicken strips and potato wedges , and I chose cookie dough with vanilla ice cream. The delivery was quick and the food hot. However the meal it’s self was only fit for a child. Chicken strips more like chicken nuggets! Hardly a handful of wedges and the tub of ice cream that came wasn’t even enough for a toddler. Over priced and small portions. I won’t be ordering again.

Pizza Huts that I've sat down in for decades of infrequent visits have in most circumstances offered a good level of value for money, and service. Now I don't know whether it is just this particular branch doing deliveries that is at fault or whether it is more of an national issue, but the delivery service food in general from this branch has been very poor. All is delivered well within the time window given, that can't be faulted; BUT!!! often they arrive with toppings missing. The last pizza supposed to be a stuffed crust (stuffed with fresh air, was the experience) didn't even have the tomato base sauce on it, two additonal lots of chopped tomato was virtually non-existent and the the other toppings fell off the pizza because there was no cheese or tomato sauce to hold the pizza together, and this being a pizza that had a premuin paid for extra toppings including extra cheese. I can't work out whether it is poor attention to detail, or worse, blatant profiteering by site management. A previous order the toppings that were in place tasted as so they had been sprayed or dipped in something to prolong their shelf life. It is a shame when a national business has it's reputation tainted because of the short comings of a part of it. Having previously pointed out the failings of deliveries received, nothing appears to have been learnt from my last experiences, never again!

Fuming!! Just finished got back from work, looking forward to a pizza hut! Asked for deep pan margherita with no garlic, cheese triangles with dips and paid for a extra sauce. What i actually got... thin based pizza margherita with alot of garlic! I did get my Cheese triangles but missing all dips! Fuming, deliver guy said not his problem which is fair enough but how can you mess the pizza up when its a flipping margherita with no garlic!! And give me no dips!! First takeaway from pizza hut after having a rather nice eat in, just ruined it now just shocking. Would love to leave a half star google is to kind!

Didn't get our nachos. Then got told quite bluntly they had been delivered. Said they would send some more out. We received cold nachos that had definitely been sat around a while.

Pizza are not always great here...sometimes there is NO salt in the pizza dough and sometimes it is too much salt...it is an OK place...

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a pizza on bogof deal and paid £21.75, they delivered a single pizza and wedges (cold) and when i called the shop to ask about it, I was told very rudely that I had asked for a single and I had refused the bogof. Bad experience, not nice people. 👎👎

After bad customer service over a year ago I finally decided to try and order again from this branch. I ordered online and it said 35 minutes - 2 hours later I was still waiting. Obviously after phoning I was promised there would be a replacement order. However when I called to claim this there were no notes so it can't be done. Shocking service and poor management. I won't be using them again.

As good as always. It was extremely busy when I went to collect my pizza so had a bit of a wait but well worth it. Only problem when collecting is Parking was a problem because of the double yellow lines. Will get it delivered next time. They always have offers on a Saturday which i get text direct to my phone.

Very smart person works there. Ordered via website pizzas and drinks. I guess that they've run out of Mountain Dew, so instead I got Ben&Jerrys ice cream from them. I'd be a bit disappointed with any other drink, but you can't be possibly mad after getting Ben&Jerrys ;) Very fast delivery and all of that in New Years Eve

Food was delivered on time however the food was almost stone cold and we had no ice cream to with our deserts. The delivery driver didn't say anything to me when I greeted him at the door and I had to take my own food out of the delivery bag. Strange and disappointing experience. Also this is the second time I've had cold food delivered from here which I could understand if I didn't live 5 minutes away from them

Food was 2 hours late Staff are very poorly trained. Not one person in the store was able to understand my order and when I asked for the manager name he said "J" I said is that your full name he said you don't need to no that . Is this how management talk to their staff ????

Couldn't believe how rudely I was spoken to just because I phoned up twice asking where my food was. It was taking ages what did they expect me to do . Don't bother buying from here food was cold and soggy
