Food absolutely freezing after waiting over 1 hour absolutely disgusting for what they charge

Dominos got crazy, looks like kfc I got delivery Got lunch Got £100 Peppermint juice and pepperoni pizza

Walked in the shop after ordering on the app I was the only customer in the shop so I Walked to the counter where I stood for four minutes without been acknowledged by any one of the three staff there after 4 minutes I assumed they had thought the only collection on the screen was for me so I left it for another 5 minutes in silence the screen turned to ready another 3 minutes pass so I stare at an employee who asks can I help you after 12 minutes off been in the shop and empty shop I tell him I have come to collect my order so he looks at the screen that has one name on it and asks my name the strangest experience in a retail situation I have ever had to be ignored for 12 minutes is disgusting and if I hadn't ordered on the app I would have just walked out I would rather eat from an establishment that has respect for its customers. Never again!!!

Below is my precious review. This is my recent experience I had with them. Ordered £40 worth of pizza to arrive at a particular time slot as the site allows you too. The retarded team at this store decided to send the order 45 mins earlier. If I wanted that slot I would have chosen it. I wasn't able to take the order. Customer services make you jump through hoops to prove it, area manager was supposed to call, never did. Bunch of Cnuts. I used to avoid this site as the Polish manager who ran it was a complete....The standard used to be poor too. Tonight was a different class, pizza was ready, good amount of toppings, correct toppings and a real good friendly lad served me. Top marks

Bit dull as a place but their pizzas are good. Needed gluten free pizzas for guests. They have a quick turnaround time

Hello, not the best dominos in the area, the pizzas are usually lacking cheese and the people on the phones are very blunt sometimes (maybe busy), I go here sometimes but try and use the store near the train station.

Always order my pizza from domino’s

The phone line hadn't been transferred I kept being transferred to another Dominoes. I had to go in and order. I was charge £15 extra to had onions to a pizza. When I rang she said I did ask you about onions. She would refund on collection and gave me a garlic bread free for inconvenience.

Late and cold terrible customer service

Ordered pizza and yet again the double decadence, there is no sauce at all between the pizza, you would think for the price they would make sure there was enough and this isn’t the first time I won’t be ordering again from here! Especially when you pay for the extra and don’t get it I did message them and got no reply waste of time

We ordered 2 garlic pizza bread and 14 frank hot red wings as a takeaway. When I went to collect the order two dips which come with the chicken wings were missing when I asked for it they mentioned that we have already poured the sauce on the wings so it’s not a part of the order you need to buy separately. So I said I will buy one of the dips then I was given the dip as free. After reaching home when I opened the wings they had no sauce on them in fact we did not get the ones we had ordered , we got the plain chicken wings. This was purely a disappointment. Also the garlic pizza bread was not what it usually tastes only cheese. It was our first time ordering from this outlet and it was definitely not up to the dominos standards. Anyone ordering a takeaway please open the boxes and check whether you got what you ordered ☹️

Not verry good service staff are lazy and rude

I ordered the wrong order somehow, usually order pepperoni passion thinking it was halal but in this case I ordered mighty meaty on accident, the staff were very understanding , although it was not their fault at all they made me a small margheta pizza in compensation, very good friendly staff. Also they told me that pepperoni passion wasn't actually halal so I was misguided by people who told me that was halal.. Much respect to the staff team here at uppingham Road dominos regardless 🙌

Never received my Order, when I rang they said they had no conformation of ordered on my address, even though on the Just eat app, it's says its been delivered to my address, asked for a refund, got refused by a very disrespectful person....Writing a formal complaint on top of this as well

My experience is based on the most recent negativity towards this store... I was just about to order food but after reading people's reviews I won't bother. Next visit for me will be in person and hopefully I'll have a much better experience than what people are posting up.

Gave this place a chance a few times now as it’s the closest to us & the London Road branch can no longer deliver to us since this opened. Every single time it’s been awful, hardly any cheese. When I made a complaint to the store they said they’ll keep a note with my details so I can claim a replacement next time but then act like they don’t know anything about it. This place should shut down.

Absolute waste of time. Two times in a row getting orders wrong. If your staff repeatedly can’t read orders properly then they need to go to specsavers and get their eyes tested. Very poor service.

Poor customer service. Lack of understandable communication. Ordered a pizza in store was asked to Wait 20 minutes and after 20 minutes I was told employees had made the wrong Pizza so they will make it again for me. Disappointing.

Lots of staff, not acknowledged. Lady on the phone. We were waiting 8mins before order taken. She did not know the offers advertised on the doors. Food was good when we finally received it.

Pizza last couple of times is under cooked

Terrible experience. Collected from the shop ordering after 10-12 mins , the pizza was uncooked, cold and to our surprise it was not cut at all. I wish I could give 0 star, such a waste of money and leave a bad taste. Not going to this branch again.

Wasn’t made well food didn’t taste great

Made a phone call as I couldn't get my order done online. The lady was super helpful and understanding. Really appreciate your good service. And thanks team for making my pizza tasted superb.

1st time ordering from dominos. The food arrived cold, wrong side sent. Called at 6pm to advise and to send the right order. Told i would have to wait an hour or get a credit. No intention of ordering from here again so please send the side. Called again and hour and 20 mins later to chase up the side and told its on his way. I asked why I was not made a priority when they'd messed my order up and was advise I had been made a priority. An hour and 20 mins isn't a priority. Absolutely shocking and a waste of £41 and a ruined evening! Avoid, avoid, avoid! No chicken strips never arrived.

Terrible and disgusting! Ordered BBQ pizza for £20 and it was rubbish as it was all covered with BBQ sauce instead of BBQ chicken

I order from this store regularly and my last couple of orders have been quite bad, i ordered one pizza for delivery at around 6pm they delivered it at 7:45 and i tried calling the store and they didn't answer. I thought they where closed as it was boxing day but when the food arrived it was really cold and I couldn't eat it as it was really hard and cold. I was very dissatisfied i tried to call again and got no answer. So from now on i order from a different franchise of dominoes not uppingham road.

Terrible experience ordered online and went to collect was told order was ready but staff were so unorganised they could not find my order then didn't know what my order was , also was not acknowledged by anyone and the lady who was getting my order just kept moving things around and shouting . I can comfortably say I am never going here again

Ridiculous service was waiting 1h40mins for a pizza

Use to order here regularly maybe 3-4 times a month but after my last experience think I'll try pizza hut or just eat. Rude delivery driver main reason didn't even attempt to deliver sat in his car instead of getting out his car and knocking on the door which is the whole point of a delivery driver. Rang me once phone rang for literally 10 seconds, I rang back and he said he's on the way to take the food back to the shop. Eventually I told him to come back and I HAD to go to his car to collect it. He still would not get out his car for whatever reason. If I wanted to collect it I WOULD of drove my car and collected it from store. 4 years of ordering from here never again.

Great service and quick delivery but the pizza was sloppily made and cut with it looking more like a picasso painting than a pizza. Disappointed!

Chicken Feast was more of a chicken famine with barely any meat. However the best bit was the veg pizza that came topped with a nice, short, black, hair. Awful.

Great Service. Was served by Nadim and was very helpful towards the menu. Pizza was brilliant as usual and cookies were fantastic as tried for the first time.
