Domino's Pizza in Leicester

Absolutely disgusting! Driver never even attempted to deliver our pizza as clearly shown on our ring doorbell. We contacted the store who sent out a replacement pizza, thank you very much for that, but unfortunately was 2 hours later that we were eating.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! The manager from London was so rude. The service I received from a ‘manager’ was disgraceful, I’ve never experienced such behaviour. He spoke in his language to other customers and colleagues whilst I was trying to give my order as I’m speaking he’s still talking over me to other customers. Honestly the hassle is not worth a small pizza and a side of wings. He kept me waiting 1 hour 10 minutes in l store, advised me to order on app, after arguing it’s not working he eventually took my order whilst talking to other customers and serving. Frozen pizza is better and faster than the service you get from domino’s.

Ordered delivery and never turned up was refused a refund!!!!! AVOID

Aug-2023 Dominos pizza have slowly been increasing their prices to the point, they will price us out of the market after over 30 years of loyalty :-( We used to order two large pizza, half and half... Now with the same money we can only get one small and one medium... Plus they used to deliver for free and now on top of charging us for delivery they asked whether I want to tip the driver They constantly send me discount text messages yet the discounts are irrelevant because overall it cost you more Dodgy car sales people used to do that put the prices up and then offer a discount 26-june - why is it this Melton Road branch, cannot maintain basic consistency? I only order Dominios pizza all over the world, Melton Road makes it seem like consistency is difficult :-(((. I had to chase my order as it seemed obvious that it was sat on the pass too long, pizza arrived cold and driver was so rushed and flustered, he didn't even acknowledge me, just thrushed the pizza boxes into my hands and left Can I change and have an agreement I can delivery from branch near Beaumont leys? Sat 28-sept Can I give zero stars :-(((( website delivery options are not working today, called both sites near me, no one answering the phone, did dominos in Leicester close down? :-(((( So disappointed again disappointed, not with Dominos in general, but with operations of this particular branch. I used to work at Dominos and I know what is achieveable, unfortunately what I received today was seriously disappointed and made me consdier other brands for future orders :-((

Just ordered a tandoori hot chicken pizza,I can't count more than 6 small strips chicken in it,only more of vegetables. Not worth for £11.99.

We ordered one vegen Pizza and before the order we ask him can you please tell me is that vegen pizza you make it for me is possible to cross contamination ? they said i can’t give you 100% promise, then we think may be here is some problem then we call another dominos in london road Leicester and that guy also said same thing to me, we are not guarantee is 100% vegen for cross contamination vegen is not 100% how Then why dominos put option for vegen I don’t understand Vegen means vegen I am very dissatisfied this service I suggest guys who is vegen don’t buy from there

I have ordered £35 worth of food online, the order did not go through. They have however managed to charge me for the pleasure of making an order. Spoken to store the manager was calm and understanding to the situation however I don't get refunded for 2 to 3 working days so yeah, no pizza for me tonight at a total of £70 if I'm to order and pay again. This is not technically from the store however this store is the one inputted when I made the order. Dominos is huge how can the website make such an error but charge me pathetic.

I love Domino's but this time I was specifically disappointed. Garlic bread had no garlic spread Wedges were broken Pizzas did not have other toppings except olive and pineapple where we specifically ordered onion, mixed pepper, olive and pineapple. I am happy to share pictures if you want to see it.

Undercooked pizza Worst experience at this dominos place

Worst pizza I had in my life we call Belgrave dominos store the guy name is prabs Singh he won’t listen us start arguments we just told him too much tomato sauce we throw pizza in bin we can’t having bqz it’s too sour less amount cheese.I never order again I will tell my friends and family not to order there unprofessional staff they don’t know what’s the quality of dominos.more important is the guy behaviour so rude won’t listen we got pictures of pizza we will upload all social media.good advice for customers don’t order there ... 👎

Wow never had such incredibly poor service, pizza was ordered without cheese and arrived with cheese on, upon ringing the branch to explain they made out I was lying and asked me to email photos of the incorrect pizza before they would solve the issue and refused to send a replacement, surely by sending out a replacement they could have seen the incorrect pizza with there own eyes and even taken it back with them, it was useless to me as I can’t eat cheese. £25 wasted and will never use Dominos again after the poor attitude and rudeness of the female staff member I spoke to on the phone. Essentially stole my money and made no effort to solve the problem

Ordered a small pizza and garlic bread, waited over an hour for it. The app said it had been delivered and yet I had no pizza, the driver went to the wrong address and it was stone cold on arrival. Phoned up and they tried to get out of sendin a new one but eventually agreed and all of a sudden I had tip quality service where it arrived in 16 minutes. Suppose they didn't want a complaint

Ordered pizza online as normal (Veg and Margarita) however upon arrival the Margarita was over cooked and crispy. Immediately called the store too which they already new the address based on the description of the Pizza. The annoying part is that they knew the pizza was bad and still sent it, that's not what I call quality control. I would have happily waited a little bit longer for right first time, just a courtesy call for the delay and it would've been ok. Store manager sent another one free of charge which arrived in quoted 25 mins as expected (see pictures for comparison). The replacement pizza was spot on however so 3 stars.

Where is the gluten free pizza? Covid doesn't automatically stop celiacs from wanting to eat pizza...

Night off ordered a pizza, medium Italian pineapple extra cheese extra domino’s sauce and extras and again from this store no cheese on the garlic bread but that is standard from this store. I received a normal margarita no pineapple no extra cheese no extra sauce 🤦‍♀️ Painful is not the word you are looking for and please can I order from London road or narbrough road as I am so sick of ordering something that does not look like your advertised photos from your order thanks dominos for another pizza that i didn’t order

Beyond shocking .. took over 90 mins to turn up from when i was sent a text saying it was on route , I rang up numerous times to see where the delivery was, only to be told he has just left .. and dont worry .. when he finally turned up .. barely warm pizza .. it gets better .. and the order was wrong . . rang up to complain and the phone is now diverting to the London road branch. . . .....update trying ringing today to speak with the manager (as i was told to by the london road branch late last night) , they wont answer the phone . . . get your pizza elsewhere folks

Shocking customer service. Tried to resolve an issue over the phone, when i asked to speak to the manager, the bloke on the phone hung up. very rude.

Ordered this evening. Pizza, garlic bread, wedges and chicken kicks. All under cooked and chicken raw. They came after 30min took order away and gave another fresh order of everything. Chicken was still raw. Rang to complain and waste of time as they didn't want to know. Disgusting

Ordered a Large Tandoori Hot and a Large Vegi Volcano online. Arrived in 30 min and was still hot. So far so good. Opened the box and was not impressed with the look of the pizza. The topping only covered about 70 percent of the overall pizza and the crust was huge. By the time you had a few bites you was down to the crust. The Tandoori hot had very little chicken. Was not very spicy at all. Taste was ok. The Vegi Volcano was not cooked well, still soft and the crust was under cooked. Definitely not worth £20 and would not recommend. Other branches may be better? Overall Rubbish!

I’m lowering the stars for this terrible Dominos Store based on Melton Road. The customer service is extremely poor & will NEVER order from that place again! Just contacted the HQ for the poor customer service communications which I have received. One of the store supervisors Telling me “Put that Pizza in the bin”. That can never be forgiven! It’s unacceptable & not the standard of other pizza franchises around the country. I’m hoping, the managers will be sent to the HQ so they can have a proper training & learn good manners when dealing with customers. Seriously, this store is not following the rules.

Ordered a Margarita pizza with a drink and it took an hour and a half... Shocking from dominoes. I then call up numerous times to be told my food is going to be here in 5 or 10 minutes each time. Very poor service from this store. Dominoes is a great company but need better staff in their stores. Take your business else where.

Place an order.. took the order and told me how long it would take.. did not take my card details as I was Paying over the phone.. until I said something.. than they put the phone down

Ridiculous service. I ordered a half and half pizza which was wrong when i got home. I called and the person told me he's applied 7.99 on the account for another pizza which I can order it anytime. I called 5 mins after to order the pizza and the manager said there was no credit applied on to the account !! Absolutely lies from staff working there so be very careful when they say that.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered been told 30 mins. After 1.20 mins i call and ask where my order is she says she had it down as collection!?!?! Why would i give you my address then??? Ridiculous customer service i will not order from this branch again! Had to wait nearly 2 hours for my order

Excellent service real value for money

Placed an order that cost almost £20. Took over an hour to be delivered. When it did arrive it was barely luke warm. I dont think a cold pizza is acceptable for the price they charge. This is not the first time this has happened when ordering from this branch. I dont understand how when i order from Papa Johns which i believe is further away from my house there is never an issue and the order arrives quickly and most importantly HOT!

I just order pizza, chicken and more and both my chicken and pizza was uncooked and looks expired and taste expired I am really disoopinted with the service. And it took more then hours to delivery I would like you to improve you good. You guys think we not going to report and make the pizza every time. Next time I will report you. Is not just me there are many of my friends who is having same issues. Hope you can take action

According to the app the pizzas are made quickly but then they take an hour to be delivered and are lukewarm when they do arrive. Taste good but for the price you pay, they should be delivered more quickly.

1 1/2 hour delivery to get half the order then had to wait another hour for the drinks... also food was barely warm and the cookies were hard and cold..... ruined the best thing about dominoes. tryed toring them up but clearly dont know how to pick up the phone

Every time I order they Always seem to bodge up the order!! A couple of the staff can be quite rude on the phone! I've had pizza arrive cold I've had pizza arrive burnt & today I had pizza arrive with a couple of the toppings missing!!! This is just not good enough!!! Im surprised they're still running at this rate!

So many problems ordering from here. 1. The pizza had arrived to my house 2 and half hours late 2. The pizza was cold. 3. I had to ring 7 times for them to answer the phone. 4. They had no clue of what they were doing When it finally was delivered they were rude and had terrible customer service. Never ordering from here again! Absolutely awful!

Since it opened, I think the decent original manager is no longer there and the subsequent manager has let standards drop so far, it almost beggars belief! Such a shame really. Update 15 Feb 2017: This place is a JOKE! Ordered online for delivery. 5 minutes later, some goon from the place phones me up to ask if I can collect? I asked for a discount on price as it's not being delivered and he says it's still the same price!!! I then cancelled and he called back to say he'd walk it around in 30 mins. If I could give this dump a zero rating, I would do!!

Always takes ages to deliver, even when the app says it's been delivered, and the food is never hot.
