Pizza Hut Delivery in East Cambridgeshire

I had to end up going to collect it myself

Luke warm when arrived. scaresly any topping atall

ordered at 17.05 and received delivery at 18.55. Second time thats happened. Not happy.

A great place to get the best priced takeaway pizzas. Great customer service, the staff are lovely and would happily visit here to get a meal.

Service was great, she clarified what I needed to know, order was great. Hadn’t been there before was simply a little jarred by space, I guess it’s mostly takeout and collection. Overall it gets a thumbs up

My gf ordered a margarita New Yorker but she accidentally chose jalapenos when adding the 3 cheese blend, it was our fault but Ian still made us another pizza as he could see it was an accident, so I would like to give him a shout out to say thank you. Ian you are a legend thank you for your service and you saved the day as my autistic son wouldn't have coped with the hot jalapenos.

1.5L Diet Pepsi not delivered and despite choosing tomato sauce NOT BBQ on order (and being clear on the receipt) pizza had BBQ sauce.

if you order an chicken supreme just make sure u dont expect olives in ur pizza that you ordered! even tjo you paid for olives they just dont bother to put them or even tell you that they didnt😒 also chicken tasted very undercooked.

Ordered 2 pizzas from Ely Pizza Hut for a delivery they were over 55mins late and the pizza was cold, absolutely terrible service. I call the shop 3 times and no one answered the phone, I will not order here again.

Ordered user delivery on arrival one pizza missing, so I called the restaurant to be told we dispatched it all, so as we followed the driver on the app and he came direct to us, a bit tounge in cheek did the driver eat it i asked? To be told he must have so I said your saying he stole it? He must have. We can't resend as your 2 far away contact uber for them to sort out. We can only email Uber so no help there, shocking customer service and cold what did arrive. Avoid like the plague rude and unhelpful Photo attached of the 2 pizzas ordered

Great pizza that you can watch being cooked right in front of you. Even some warm space inside to sit and wait. Very friendly staff. Pizza Hut app with it's myriad of offers is a tad overwhelming!

We have a pizza hut near us in kings lynn but yet we drive out of our way to this particular pizza hut because it's hands down the best. Stuffed crust thats actually stuffed with cheese, instead of air. A perfect size crust, not one that takes up half of the pizza and leaves no room for toppings. Not only that their prices and offers are far better, so we take the trip. Sorry we didn't get a picture due to stuffing our face.

Ordered pizza and sides to collect. Pizza was average, garlic bread was very undercooked, dry and tasteless. Also ordered a mac and cheese which was hard and just overly disappointing. I have always been satisfied with Pizza Hut and it has always been my preferred takeaway. Obviously things have changed within the business new manager was clueless, and I will not be returning!

Pizza was literally amazing but whoever was swearing in the kitchen made being in the restaurant super disturbing!

I once had an issue with my order and the manager went out of his way to make things right for our party. Exceptional guy and excellent service.

Tasty pizza (much better than Dominos) and friendly service. I went in 15 minutes before closing time but they were still perfectly happy to help and I got my order in 10 minutes.

Pizza hut is different with levels when it comes to Pizza and a whole lot of other food made. The environment is so condusive and relaxing, very neat and a friendly atmosphere from the staffs. Their delivery service is one of the best with a particular delivery guy providing a good customer satisfaction experience. Abey by name is prompt, respectful, handle delivery with care and to top it up customer centric. I always love it when he delivered my order as he is so good at what it does and represents the Company well.

Ok, the picture doesn’t do it justice, but I was too hungry and it tasted amazing so no time to stop and photograph my lunch. What I can say is this… My Pizza was well cooked, perfectly balanced and a complete delight to from start to almost finished (it will be finished today). The staff were friendly and helpful, incredibly respectful and patient, a joy to interact with. My ONLY gripe is the seating, but really that’s just personal taste.

Currently sat in my car a very happy bunny I love pizza hut garlic tear & share to the point I will travel half an hour to grab some....ask the partner to run in and ask for one with lots of garlic powder as I loooovvee the garlic powder and not only did they give the most cheesiest tastiest garlic share ive ever had but they gave me loads of garlic powder on it and a pot of it too for extra...thank you so much you guys 😂

Went to Pizza Hut Ely a few days ago and tbh it was not a great experience. Not only was my food 10 mins late for a collection but I was then harassed to leave a google review which made me feel very uncomfortable. The food was ok but nothing special.

Finally got a best pizza today by Iyad , the crust was just perfect as I wanted. Staff is so kind and attentive.

Ely has been a very nice service. The staff are very friendly. The tables my need a tidy some time but might have been busy before we came. As a regular me and my partner try deferent pizza. And all way's helpful. Happy to eat their again.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff from manager down and always down to earth. Remember their regulars which is a nice touch and always pleasant to talk to. Always nice food, well cooked, and tasty. Half and half option is a really good helpful option and would recommend to anyone. Look forward to our Tuesday takeaway treat.
