Tasty pizza (much better than Dominos) and friendly service. I went in 15 minutes before closing time but they were still perfectly happy to help and I got my order in 10 minutes.

Pizza hut is different with levels when it comes to Pizza and a whole lot of other food made. The environment is so condusive and relaxing, very neat and a friendly atmosphere from the staffs. Their delivery service is one of the best with a particular delivery guy providing a good customer satisfaction experience. Abey by name is prompt, respectful, handle delivery with care and to top it up customer centric. I always love it when he delivered my order as he is so good at what it does and represents the Company well.

Ok, the picture doesn’t do it justice, but I was too hungry and it tasted amazing so no time to stop and photograph my lunch. What I can say is this… My Pizza was well cooked, perfectly balanced and a complete delight to from start to almost finished (it will be finished today). The staff were friendly and helpful, incredibly respectful and patient, a joy to interact with. My ONLY gripe is the seating, but really that’s just personal taste.

I’ve never been to Pizza Hut before, neither have I tasted their pizzas, and as a first timer, I can say the service experienced wonderful.

Currently sat in my car a very happy bunny I love pizza hut garlic tear & share to the point I will travel half an hour to grab some....ask the partner to run in and ask for one with lots of garlic powder as I loooovvee the garlic powder and not only did they give the most cheesiest tastiest garlic share ive ever had but they gave me loads of garlic powder on it and a pot of it too for extra...thank you so much you guys 😂

Went to Pizza Hut Ely a few days ago and tbh it was not a great experience. Not only was my food 10 mins late for a collection but I was then harassed to leave a google review which made me feel very uncomfortable. The food was ok but nothing special.

Ely has been a very nice service. The staff are very friendly. The tables my need a tidy some time but might have been busy before we came. As a regular me and my partner try deferent pizza. And all way's helpful. Happy to eat their again.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff from manager down and always down to earth. Remember their regulars which is a nice touch and always pleasant to talk to. Always nice food, well cooked, and tasty. Half and half option is a really good helpful option and would recommend to anyone. Look forward to our Tuesday takeaway treat.

Last used Pizza Hut ages ago, I stopped as it was cold and I was not refunded. Anyway, this last order turned up piping hot, in a thermo bag and was totally fine! Will use again in future now :-)

They really missed a trick with not make it a Restaurant and you can't even pay in store anymore you have to go online and order it's sooo stupid

At 7.46pm it still has not arrived I did not hate the food, I have not tasted it yet!

Used to order pizza from here. normally a good experience and the quality you expect from pizza hut. Unfortunately had food poisoning last time I ordered so have stayed clear since.

Ordered pizza with specifications- no roquito peppers. Experienced this 2nd time. Staff just say we can't do anything and it won't happen next time but repeat the same mistake. Horrible service and staff

Ordered on the app a Pizza with no sauce and a pot of garlic dip, Got home to find there was sauce on the pizza and no dip. Tried to call 3 times and each time it cut off. So after travelling 20 miles and paying £20 I was unable to have any food or get through to anyone on the phone to discuss complain

Ordered 4 large pizzas and sides. One pizza was meant to be margherita due to having a vegetarian over for dinner. They gave us 4 meat ones therefore we had to cook for our vegetarian guest. We couldn't return because it's a 20min drive from home and they don't deliver to our house. We are not impressed with the service. We were regular customers until this happened. The receipt was stamped with tell us how we did....therefore I am!

The pizza was okay, but the garlic brwad was dry and borderline burnt. Also cold. When i walked in to collect the ginger girl working there was lying across the the counter looking asleep and took a considerable amount of time to notice any customers were there. Her comments were non apologetic and blunt and she loudly complained about other staff members 'folding the receipts!' in front of the customers in the lobby.

Absolutely terrible, me and the wife thought we would get the kids to bed at a good time, order some pizza and have a nice date night. Pizza eventually turned up and was absolutely awful, toppings all fell to one side(maybe the driver had a crash on the way here?). Then the whole thing was wet and chewy!? Never had a pizza like it. Do not order from here. 0/10, 0* absolutely awful!

Seemed to only be one woman serving and making the pizzas, had glasses and i think light hair but didn’t get her name, but food was ready in 15 mins and delicious ! Plus was only £10 for a large pepperoni and with garlic sprinkles on the crust. Nice leisure park too, stopped by on a road trip so never been before

Despite having the correct address the driver could not find us. He then sat some distance from the property honking his horn very loudly. When we went out to him he was extremely aggressive, arms waving all over the place shouting at us! He said that we were not answering the phone but our phone had not been ringing. We were calm with him as his level of anger was concerning. So if you order from here you may well meet with an angry and aggressive delivery man.

I ordered 2 Pepsi but only got one, this is the third time that this has happened.

Excellent food, speed of food for collection and friendly staff.

Tepid food at best, tasted ok not warm- incredibly rude driver, hung up on me twice after asking for directions. Correct address given but it was my fault that their system printed a shortened version. Tried to give directions but they weren’t interested and hung up. Then just opened the bag and walked away.
