Pizza Hut Delivery in Bury

this pizza is terrible! the worst I've ever eaten in my life it's impossible to eat! Better its from aldi shop its a joke….

quick service and food was great, delivery driver was also very friendly

service is brilliant the staff are very friendly. I love the food and I will always use this takeaway for a good pizza and some cookies! Complementaries given as a loyal and valued customer. I love this place!

I just ring In the bury branch . The person who picked up the phone , he didn't listen to me properly & disconnected the call . It's a disrespect of customers & in future will never go to the bury branch.

Can't even cut pizza properly and missed my dips.

Ordered a chicken sizzler, chicken strips and veg melts- it’s so horrible that the melts were sticking to the box, no dip with the strips and they were half cooked while the pizza was burnt it looked stale, and the pizza was not a chicken sizzler at all. Ordered a month ago the same pizza it was so good but this time a total disappointment. Not at all worth the money, sry to say this. Reckless preparation of food. Hope Pizza Hut notices this.

I rang for a pizza on saturday night at19.00 left on hold ten mins then told by the staff to busy to talk to you and put phone down . This was a £30 order and the way i was treated was shocking i will NEVER order anything from this shop again.

This tasted nothing like a pizza hut meal. Base was flat. No taste, bland. I can't believe a pizza can taste this dull. The place stunk of weed also. I am never going to eat another pizza hut pizza again. Staff were nice though and they were quick in serving me.

Even 1 star is too much for them , I wish I could give zero, after 1hr I rang them, and their rude staff answers back by saying call customer service for cancellation and you’ll receive your order in 15/20mins. I regret buying food from this business and I won’t order anything from them anymore 🙌🏻

The worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Greasy, lifeless, bland and disgusting. Almost as expensive as Dominoes but just as disappointing.

Not for the first time the food arrived nearly an hour after expected delivery time, which not for the first time meaning the food was cold inedible and battered boxes. When I rang the manager Mo, he was inattentive and unapologetic for the food arriving in this state and actually had the audacity to say it wasn't any of the employees fault and that it was the design of the box. Little does he know that many years ago I used to work for pizza hut as a delivery driver and worked my way up to manager and customer experience is what mattered from start to finish. If anybody wants to order food from this outlet I would highly recommend not to, unless you want to waste your money please please please think twice. I will not be ordering again despite his offer for free food next time. This should of been a complete refund and I don't hear from head office I will be pursuing this complaint further. Complete and utter fail and a disgrace to the pizza hut brand!!!

Awful awful awful, food was musty and tasted off - emailed and they said they had followed all of the procedures in my eyes they could not of been followed as the food was inedible will never be eating at a Pizza Hut ever again.

Takes over 1hr for delivery, order is always cold, staff don’t care when u ring, manager never talks to u Shame because kids really like pizza from Pizza Hut!

Called 11 times so far, delivery is very late and still no answer. Cannot be bothered with this, i’m ******* starving

I order from these guys alot they made a mistake but everybody makes mistakes like tonight they put garlic sprinkles on my pizza which I can't stand but they was very understanding when I mentioned it to them Even though I didn't ask they gave me a free medium size pizza and a free ice cream But like I said the food is always very tasty

Very poor. 2 Separate problems over 2 weeks, both times took over an hour to arrive despite being 10 mins away. First incident, our order never turned up and had to be 'remade' with missing items. Total wait, 1hr 45mins for something lukewarm to turn up. Second incident with only 1 pizza ordered took over 45 mins to arrive, was made wrong with an ingredient included that we did not order- which was actually one of the wife's allergens! Immediately called, sighed at me and said they will remake it and send again. Cue another 30 mins wait for a pizza with an undercooked base. Save yourself the trouble, don't bother ordering from here, just gives Pizza Hut a bad name. At this point, we are not going back here on principle, and if that means that we can't order Pizza Hut anymore, then so be it.

Absolute nightmare! Ordered a large stuffed crust, garlic bread side and Ben and Jerry Icecreams at 19:00. My order came at 20:15 barely warm and missing icecreams. Rang them to inform my issues and was told i would get a full re-order asap. My re-order came at 21:15 with just one large pizza, no garlic bread and still no icecreams. Rang them to explain my frustrations and spoke to the manger wanting a full refund. Wont be bothering to use this Pizza Hut in future as my previous order wasn't the best either

Pizza never turned up, wouldn't answer the phone 20 minutes before it shut, what was I thinking spending £20 on a pizza.

Were do you get off stealing money this 2nd time now you taken my payment twice . 1st time yes error 2nd very weird pizza was disappointing. Just had an order from Pizza Hut bury. It took an hour for two medium pizzas and potato wedges. When they arrived, pizzas were pretty cold and bland, potato wedges were half raw. It’s a shame because I wanted to give Pizza Hut a go rather than dominos but never again

Food arrived over an hour after ordering and was stone cold when it came. Phoned to complain and was told would get it free next time. When I tried I was messed about for an hour and was then told I had to pay for it again. Contacted customer services who are a waste of time. Would never eat here again. Dreadful bad attitude of a manager and staff.

I place an order back at the beginning of Feb to celebrate getting a new job. The food arrived eventually, over an hour and a half. The food was undercooking, wet, and inedible. After ringing the store I was advised they were to busy to exchange and to seek a refund online. After waiting 4 weeks I didn’t receive my refund. The customer service department were useless. Eventually I reported them to my bank and then a refund was granted on the 12th March. 10 days max I was told I had to wait. It’s not the 28th and I’m still waiting. Avoid this store like the plague. Awful food and awful service. Because of this they’ve lost two customer for life. Such a shame

Good food and delivery time of about half an hour on a Saturday night which is very impressive. Would definitely return again.

Fresh food, quick service, friendly staff

We ordered the veg supreme and veg sizzler. Both were fresh, tasty and delivered in good time. Had the same before in the restaurant but I must say the ones from here were much much nicer. Would recommend.

They forgot part of the order. Pizza was tepid at best, and it was stuck to the lid of the box. Cleary it had been upside down. The ingredients were not fresh, indicated by dried, shrivelled olives. I would not use this establishment again. There are much better Pizza delivery companies in Bury. Go elsewhere!
