Horrible, cold pizza, all the ingredients in the center, the rest just dough. I ordered two bottles of water and both were hot. This is not worthy of Pizza Hut.

Asked restaurant to include sauces ss this was forcsons 30 th birthday dinner. No pizza had any BbQ sauce on nor tomatoes base sauces. This is wrong a pizza where the sauce will not even hold toppings it was a spoilt birthday from a very very regular customer. Whom had NO BASE SAUCES ON PIZZAS this is very wrong! Dry pizza bases! Not right!

I thought I would give this place another go, after receiving cold, burnt pizza a few years ago-big mistake. I thought it would have improved but still the same. Not cheap at £30.00. The delivery was also over one hour late. I will steer clear in future.

Pizza didn’t get delivered to me when I went to the shop the manager was the rudest person I ever met. I don’t even know how he was able to get this job and makes me wonder if this is truly Pizza Hut as it also feels like a family run corner pizza shop.

Worst pizza I’ve had, came uncooked, sour tomato base, 0 flavour. Also ordered wedges which were not fully cooked and hard from the inside, and they have the audacity not to answer!!!!!!

Pizza arrived hot and delicious.

Areived on time but my order was wrong, I asked for a NO garlic pizza and it definitely had garlic, couldn’t eat it unfortunately.

Pizza was a bit small, wouldn’t recommend the garlic bread at all, wedges were soft and hard at the same time (cold, a little soggy, a bit under cooked). It was overall cold and not that great value for money but it wasn’t disgusting. I would rate it 3.5/10. Just gonna say again the wedges were butters, honestly don’t waste your money guys. SKIP!!

My order was ready on time. The food exceeded my expectations. The gluten-free pizza was really good, my husband was really happy with it, which is quite a rare occasion. Got a complimentary Pepsi, too!

Order online. . . Swift delivery within ETA. Arrived super fresh and piping hot, an overall well made pizza with generous amounts of vegetable toppings which was absolutely delightful 😋 The store manay Vrahjesh even threw a complimentary bottle (1L) of Pepsi Max in with the order, much appreciated 🤗 The driver was super polite and courteous. If this is their level, and they can maintain this we'll definitely be ordering again from here.

as a delivery driver was fancy a pizza from pizza hut Harrow road , I went in , the guy behind the till Zeel was super nice , and took the order straight away , pizza was yummy and fresh

Really good Pizza Hut! I ordered and unfortunately one of the pizzas I received was wrong. They immediately offered to replace. I opted for a free pizza the following order and not only did they send a large (instead of the medium I’d originally ordered), but they also sent free of charge some yummy chicken bites (which I’ll buy again). Great service and very quick and polite delivery guy.

Such a perfect pizza place, I’ve had my fair share of pizza from different places and this has to be the best. It took 9 minutes to make, it was piping hot so stayed warm on the walk home. We were told ‘12 minutes to make’ so when it took 9 it was all the better. We had no problems with our order, it was £9.99 collection deal for a large pizza and if that isn’t value for money I don’t know what is. We were served by Rahul, he was so friendly and made sure we got everything we wanted, I would highly recommend going if you want a warm, hassle-free pizza.

Ok so... Pizza Hut is a yearly thing. Its a special thing that goes back many years. I'm not proud of it BUT I love it once a year. Today was outstanding so I'd like to take my boxing day hat off to the team - you nailed it. 1x stuffed crust hawaiian with pepperoni and 1x chicken sizzler cooked to perfection. Great work and thank you x

HORRIBLE FOOD!!! I ordered a chicken supreme but instead got a thin hard pizza base with tomato sauce sliding off it and a small amount cheese sprinkled on only one side. The pizza was stone cold and it took over an hour to arrive even though I live less than 5 minutes away. I was completely annoyed and didn't even get a refund. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I placed a order online and then called the branch and asked everything to be well done. Spoke on the phone to a man called BREGES. Food was delivered fast, well done, hot and delicious.

Great customer service, food was hot and very delicious. Also I would like to thank Rahul who kindly helped me when I was with my toddler. He was throwing a tantrum, and Rahul was patient with me in taking my time to pay and order. Definitely 5 star service.

The pizza arrived Luke warm but tasted delicious. I put it in the oven for about 10 minutes and it warmed up nicely. It got nice and crispy and cheese was melty. Also tried the Peri Peri stuffed crust and it has a lot more flavor than the regular stuffed crust. I highly recommend it if you enjoy the Peri Peri flavour.

I’m extremely unhappy with the outcome of this order I waited for an hour for my food to arrive only to find that it was recorded as delivered on my account I have not received any of the items totalling £27 I can only assume that it has been left outside which would’ve made it I need to go anyway because it would’ve been left on the step for over an hour extremely poor service

Never arrived. Restaurant called, said driver was sick and they don't deliver. Then why tf are you accepting orders??? And why can't I get a refund? Sounds like a scam to me.

Best Pizza Hut place in London. The staff try their hardest, even though it can get super busy in the weekends. Always delivering tasty and hot pizza. If there are any problems, the staff will resolve it very fast. Never had a disappointing pizza here. 5/5 They have always made my collection pizzas very fast!

I haven't eaten at pizza hut for years , so I wanted to see if they're as good as they used to be. I've ordered a warm cookie and they sent me a wrong one. I was looking forward to a white chocolate one... the cookie was really small too so definitely not for sharing. It seems pizza hut's prices have gone up and quality/sizes have gone down

One of the cookies were hard and cold. Ice cream was fine and the other cookie was fine.

These guys are the worst. Very slow to deliver. They will take the order and claim they are preparing it so you can’t cancel. Took them nearly 2 hours to make a pizza! I want my money back but can’t get it. Arrived cold and disgusting. Please avoid

Never left a review before. This so bad I had to. Placed order, told would be hour twenty, but Friday evening so accepted that as ok. Called at hour and three quarter, they said they would resend would take thirty minutes. Half order arrives at 2 hours, cold. Transpires that they first order as the second order appears at 3 hours, again cold, although this time was complete order. Terrible service i won’t use them again

REVIEW IS BASED ON DELIVERY SERVICE . 2 hours in and no food yet . DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM HERE . The pizza was stone cold 🥶. Tried to call for 30mins and no one wants to answer ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU COLLET IT . Very bad delivery and experience. Very different experience from when i go and collet it . Also got the order wrong by giving me italian base instead of deep pan .. Oh and don’t expect any compensation .. ive ordered from here many times before but IVE GONE TO COLLECT IT and it was perfectly fine and tasty . If you want good pizza from here , go collect it .. its also way cheaper .

The pizza didn't take too long to come, about half an hour. But unfortunately the pizza itself was way too greasy, as to where the cheese and toppings were falling off. I've got a pizza from here before and it was actually good. I guess it depends on the person making the pizza. So I'd say this place is a hit or miss. Domino's is a better choice, in my opinion.

We ordered and collected directly in the shop. Took them 10 minutes to make it. Pizza was really good (hot and delicious). Nothing to complain about.

Pizza hut quality has drastically deteriorated over the past 5 years, they're no longer a formidable competitor to Domino's Pizza.

Terrible terrible disrespectful, rude and unprofessional customer service would give it no stars if possible, called twice to ask where the pizza had got to as it hand been nearly 2 hours, was shouted at by the apparent manager called "Mansoon" he insisted he couldn't be bothered to solve the query continued shouting at me stating I phoned "eleven" times and he cannot take the call, hung up on me half way through the conversation twice, told me to stand outside my door and wait, the delivery driver was two streets away from the stated address yet the "manager" insisted he was in the right place, after two hours a stone cold pizza was delivered.
