Amazing location next to St Paul’s cathedral. Less than a minutes walk from places to eat and drink. Our room was by the road on floor 2 and soundproofing could definitely be improved. The room was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed, coffee machine and kettle, large tv, toilet, bed etc. We had little interaction with staff but what we did have was friendly and helpful. Check out at 12pm was nice after a night out.

I recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel on Monday evening, and by Tuesday, I noticed multiple bites on my arms—specifically in areas that are usually covered except while sleeping. Given the circumstances, I strongly suspect these were bed bug bites, as I did not notice any mosquitoes or other potential causes during my stay. Concerned about hygiene, I reached out to the hotel, informing them of the issue and asking them to check and clean their beds to prevent other guests from having the same unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I received no response and no apology. A responsible hotel should take concerns like this seriously, inspect their rooms, and ensure proper cleanliness. I’m sharing this so future guests can be aware and take precautions before booking. I urge Club Quarters Hotel to address this matter properly to maintain minimum hygiene standards.

The perfect hotel for us. Employees are very nice and helpful. There are water stations on every floor. Totally well thought out. High bed with good mattress. There is enough storage space in the bathroom. No matter where we travel, the first thing we do is check whether there is a Club Quarters Hotel.

location is amazing - nearby St. Paul’s cathedral, the millenium bridge, tube and bus stops, even Mcdonald’s. the staff was friendly. we could check out without any extra fee later so it was very nice. breakfast was OK. in room you could find everything you need, we didn’t have adapters to our phone chargers so at reception desk they gave us.

For a hotel that receives guests of such varied nationalities, I was surprised that the staff members spoke only English. perhaps if they handled a greater variety of languages it would contribute to a warmer welcome and stay. Beyond that, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the location of the hotel is quite favorable: right in front there are several food places for dinner and snacks (the pizza express has very good pizzas). In addition, the breakfast is very rich and varied.

Only recommended if you like the feeling that someone is trying to open your door at 11pm only to find out it’s the door of a neighbor room but it’s just crazy loud. It shocked me every time someone closed a door nearby. Fun fact: they don’t have a hair dryer but they have a flat iron. The staff is nice and the location is very central.

It is a good hotel but they need some important improvements so I hope they read this feedback. Location is PERFECT, right next to st Pauls. This does mean that its very noisy outside because of the cathedral (every 15 mins the bells go off), we knew this but the annoying thing is is that we are unable to proberly close or lock the windows. It would be good to invest in some proper window locks or good noise cancelling windows. Its a very noisy street outside. Room was perfect, bathroom was good and the croissants downstairs as well. The free water bottle machine is amazing. Bed is also really good! Its just the windows that are not good

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral and super easy to get around the city or to the airport. We stayed in a Superior room, which was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a little courtyard, making it nice and quiet. The hotel has been recently renovated, and you can really tell—everything felt fresh and super clean. Now, the not-so-great part… We had to switch rooms because of an issue with the shower not draining properly. At first, we thought it was just bad luck with one room, but the second one had the same issue, just not as bad. Definitely not ideal, but... The staff totally made up for it. They were so friendly and helpful—when we mentioned the shower problem, they sent a plumber within minutes and immediately offered us a new room, all with big smiles and genuine kindness. And as an apology, they even sent us a bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch! Overall, despite the minor hiccup, we had a great stay and would still recommend this place, especially for the location and the amazing staff!

Great location right next to St. Paul's Cathedral. Nice rooms, but when we arrived the windows were open and you couldn't close them without the help of the staff. And there was no fridge in the room as we had ordered. It was only delivered when we asked for it. And then their air conditioning can only heat, not cool. We think that is unwise. Queen size beds are far too small, but you could pay extra for king size. Large TV in the room - with incredibly poor picture quality. We have previously stayed at the Club Quaters Hotel in Boston, USA and here there were free drinks, fruit and snacks during the entire stay. At Cbub Quaters St. Paul's London there was a coffee machine in the room and water in the hallway. We missed snacks. But the location means that we might come back again. Plenty of eateries and pubs in the area, and Tesco and Sainsbury's close by.

I arrived late at the hotel, and the room was at 13°C. I turned on the air heating, but it didn't warm up the room all night, and the temperature never went above 18°C. Additionally, it made a considerable noise that was uncomfortable for sleeping.

It's impossible to get a quotation for a meeting room. Reception is not able to provide answers and/or clear indications regarding who to call. My PA had to call the hotel restaurant (weird!), that provided her with the wrong e-mail address, to request for a quote. After over one week, we still do not have an answer. This standard is not acceptable for 4 stars, especially in a city like London. Please make sure you look up my name on your booking system and give me a call tomorrow by 12:00 CET or I shall instruct my team to cancel our £3k booking. It's simply unacceptable that a company CEO needs to take a matter like this into his hands on a Sunday!!

We were very comfortable. The hotel shows that it has been recently renovated, because, despite being classic, everything is new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bells couldn't be heard, I guess it depends on the orientation of the room, but there is double glazing. The only but is the size of the room, although there is still room for a table with chairs, and a small room with everything you need to have tea, coffee or prepare a cold dinner, (there are plates, spoons, etc...) . The best, without a doubt, were the location, the views from the room and Pilar, who was very kind, attentive, empathetic and helpful and was an unbeatable help to us. It also has a quite comfortable lounge bar to disconnect for a while and rest if you arrive tired from the kicking, before going up to the room.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights for a work trip. The location is excellent. Right near St Paul’s and a 10min walk to Bank station. Unfortunately because of the close location to St Paul’s you hear the bells chime 24h a day! Midnight was 12 chimes followed by a quiet single chime every 15 minutes which meant next to no sleep both nights. My first room was 28’ as the heater was on full blast blowing out heat and wasn’t able to change it. You also couldn’t open the windows to help cool down. I did manage to move rooms with help from staff but this seemed to also be a bit of an issue across various other rooms with no control over the temperature of their rooms. Breakfast was basic and a bit chaotic. For the money it costs I would suggest staying at a different location that is more quieter and comfortable.

Be careful, AC is in catastrophic condition. In winter it is either very cold or over 31 degrees. Despite changing rooms and communicating with the hotel several times, no solution was found and not clearly shown. Too bad. The rooms were otherwise clean and very large by London standards, and the reception staff were friendly. Classic management mistake.

On the positive side, the location is very central, right next to a metro station and bus stops. All the attractions are within a 10-minute distance. Now, for the negatives: the breakfast experience was chaotic. There were very few tables, and people were standing, waiting for a spot to free up. The breakfast itself was poor, and the buffet bowls were often empty. Refills were slow. The heating system was noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Cleaning was done every three days. The hotel is next to St. Paul's Church, and the bells ring every hour to indicate the time. For example, at 8 a.m., the bells rang eight times. It was quite shocking. We were charged an additional €50 without any prior notice. The room had been fully paid through the Booking platform, but the hotel demanded the payment, claiming it was for security measures to ensure guest safety. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

STAFF and LOCATION - The only positive points of this hotel. The staff was really available HOTEL- Otherwise Not up to the standard of a 4 star- BEDROOM Outdated heating by unmanageable fan - either you are too hot or you are cold - How many liters of water and time wasted before finally having hot water in the shower and sink - BREAKFAST- Undersized room which requires queuing in a corridor near the buffet. When you finally have a table, you have to elbow your way. the tiny buffet is located in a narrow passageway where people coming in, people going out, and those trying to get something for breakfast meet. We start the day very, very angry. Opposite the hotel is a “Prêt à manger” which costs less and is quieter

After a 6-night stay at this hotel for the end-of-year holidays: We liked: recently tastefully renovated room (lighting, decor, equipment, bathroom), good bedding, quiet, perfect location with bus and metro, service; We didn't like: self-check-in, noise from heating and VMC, dirty windows, completely blocked siphons, no toilet brush, discord at breakfast with random supply. I recently had my first trip to London and stayed at Club Quarters in St. Paul, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like we’d been friends for years. A special shoutout to Hakim, who was incredibly genuine and welcoming. He and the rest of the staff truly made this trip special, helping us feel comfortable and cared for in every way. This is the third time we have come because the location is strategic for us. Beautiful and quiet room designed for business trips with queen bed, sofa, coffee table, coffee and tea corner, large television. Excellent bathroom set which includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face and body cream, hand soap, there is a hairdryer. Points still to be fixed: heating/air conditioning regulator (we also stayed in December and the thermostat is always the same) it can't be turned off sometimes in winter it's too hot and in summer it's either too cold or too hot. The safe must be anchored to the furniture or even better to the wall. New self check-in with an employee who helps if necessary. Possibility of extending check-out until 3pm for a fee, an option used and greatly appreciated by us. In the reservation we also had continental breakfast included, you have to go to the nearby Côte brasserie in the basement, excellent breakfast with croissants, pan au chocolat, fruit, yogurt and more. We continue to appreciate this hotel even more after the makeover.

(This is a review from a guest whose room was upgraded with Amex.) The interior of the facility here is pretty clean and nice. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews on Google reviews. I think it's probably because it was recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious and you can see St. Paul's Cathedral from the 7th floor room. Despite its appearance, the inside was really clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff were very kind and helpful with both check-in and check-out and luggage storage. The bedding was clean, and it was nice to have a Nespresso capsule machine and a stainless steel electric kettle inside the room. The cup was also clean. The view was nice and the bathroom was spacious and had good hot water. And the room was big and had a table, and it was spacious and nice, along with a sofa. And there was a yoga mat inside the room. Oh, and I didn't eat breakfast separately, but the coffee and bread at the cafe on the first floor were quite delicious. I once stopped by a place called Tattle across the street and had breakfast, but the coffee and bread at the cafe on the first floor were much better than there. You can have breakfast at a delicious cafe on the first floor without having to cross the street! The only downside is that you hear the St. Paul's bell ringing every hour, even at dawn. On days when you're tired, you won't hear it, but on days when you're not tired, the sound of the bell can be annoying at night. It's hard to hear if you wear earplugs, but it's a bit noisy because it hits four times at four in the morning and seven times at seven. Of course, earplugs are provided by the hotel.

The Hotel was decently clean and fine at first glance. The rooms are very small and old. The main issue we had was the room next to us has their items stolen out of their room while they were gone. We heard that more than one room had items stolen from it that day. This made us feel very unsafe leaving our bags while we were out during the day. We felt that we needed to leave early and book a different hotel so that we would not get our belongings stolen. I would be very careful when leaving items in this hotel. I am hoping we are able to get a refund for the second night.
