Pizza Hut Delivery in Haringey

I bought a half and half pizza today online when collected and got home was wrong pizza totally and not first time I called 6 times no answer and had to drive back the guy who was at the desk was apologetic and well mannerd and dealt with me properly went over receipt and said I’m correct and continued to rectify the issue by re doing my pizza and also giving me a extra pizza with stuff crust good to see good customer service is still out and I would continue to go to this Pizza Hut branch Just knowing they deal with customers properly Good job well done would have given more stars

I've just received an email saying this branch is closing and that is a massive disappointment - fantastic pizza and lovely people. Don't get that at all of them

Recently placed a order and did not receive the loaded wedges, called the branch and the manager on duty advised they were too busy to send them out at the time but would offer to send them out another time I order with free delivery. 3 weeks on I’ve called and the manager on duty has refused this today, spoke to a member of staff called Shohaib who thought if he speaks in Hindi to his colleagues wouldn’t understand, however he was utterly rude & disrespectful about myself! I will be taking this further to head office!

Pizza Hut Crouch End was the worse restaurant where I have ordered, wrong pizza and I didn’t get the cookie, I have called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he told me that he didn’t have driver so he could not deliver the missing item, still don’t know how get refunded

Have used the app 5 times now & only got 2 free slices

Gave me the wrong order and wasn’t willing to fix it. I had come to collect the pizzas then driven all the way home to find the pizza was wrong. When I called they refused to deliver the correct order. Terrible service

The pizza was nice and tasty the only issue was none of the slices were cut through only the first couple of inches maybe it's time you replace your cutter .

Stupidly over priced!!! For a small pizza, mac and cheese and cookie dough, £35! And that was with £5 discount!! I can’t believe I paid it but less learnt. I honestly thought it would be a reasonably sized small pizza and good quality. The pizza was dry, Mac and cheese tasted sloppy, food was lukewarm at best and we do not live that far away. Shocking never again, very poor value for money.

The manager at this shop was really helpful and friendly the service was geeat for a take away shop my child was being as all 3 years olds do but they help me pick food and even gave her free icecream 10/10

I’m not happy that I payed extra 12pounds a week later for the Same meal as last week and then this week you forgot the ice cream it made us not enjoy the food really angry as I work hard for my money abismol

Rude staff - this is for the man that answers the phone to me - I was suppose to get a refund but it never happened - nasty cold food - rotten service - why is this restaurant still in service - hoping that it will close down soon - make way for something better - and people that no how to treat customers.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. To top it off, they even gave me free dips, adding to the great food with proper hygiene. I highly recommend Pizza Hut for their excellent service and delicious food.

Hi I’m very disappointed with the delivery driver, He delivery the pizzas from his tine box straight to me ,without any thermal bag, When he handed the pizzas the seal was ripped and boxes was open, We reheated the pizzas in a microwave to eat ,I brought a Pepsi aswell and was soo hot when I opened when 1/3 out, Now is the part that make me very angry I call the store to report the drive ,and the manager ,was give excuse that the pizza is to big and the drive don’t have a big box ,the driver is been trained and Bla Bla , If I saw the reviews from this branch I didn’t order the pizzas

I walked into pizza hut (crouch end) this evening to order a pizza for my daughter. However, on entering the establishment there was no one in the shop. I called out "hello! is anyone serving," quite a few times and no one responded. I did notice a man in the back, washing up, who quickly dispersed after I called out for service. This is appalling customer service. These people are getting paid to provide a service and are simply not delivering. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The pizza never turned up. We will need a refund for this.

They've basically stolen £25 from me since I never received my food even though the status was updated to represent that it had already arrived. They made no attempt to contact me and their phone didn't pick up. When a restaurant effectively steals from me, then yes, I'm going to grace it with yet another 1 star review.

Seems from other review that this store often sets the status as delivered despite the food never leaving the shop and then doesn’t answer their phone. This is stealing. Still waiting for my refund as promised by store worker.

Lovely taste and excellent experience of service

I ordered a pizza yesterday night and after more than 2 hr struggling to deliver it suddenly was cancelled! Absolutely nonsense. Is not enough that I didn't receive my food, I am still waiting for my refund! But refund is not enough for me. I didn't even received a phone call or message that my food is cancelled. I should order from somewhere else, but by the time everything else closed down. I stayed without dinner thanks to you! You guys should contact the person and explain the situation not just cancel an existing order without mentioning it to the customer! That is a joke what happened ! I want to talk with someone about this!! Shame on you guys!
