Pizza Hut Crouch End was the worse restaurant where I have ordered, wrong pizza and I didn’t get the cookie, I have called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he told me that he didn’t have driver so he could not deliver the missing item, still don’t know how get refunded

Have used the app 5 times now & only got 2 free slices

Gave me the wrong order and wasn’t willing to fix it. I had come to collect the pizzas then driven all the way home to find the pizza was wrong. When I called they refused to deliver the correct order. Terrible service

The pizza was nice and tasty the only issue was none of the slices were cut through only the first couple of inches maybe it's time you replace your cutter .

Stupidly over priced!!! For a small pizza, mac and cheese and cookie dough, £35! And that was with £5 discount!! I can’t believe I paid it but less learnt. I honestly thought it would be a reasonably sized small pizza and good quality. The pizza was dry, Mac and cheese tasted sloppy, food was lukewarm at best and we do not live that far away. Shocking never again, very poor value for money.

The manager at this shop was really helpful and friendly the service was geeat for a take away shop my child was being as all 3 years olds do but they help me pick food and even gave her free icecream 10/10

Rude staff - this is for the man that answers the phone to me - I was suppose to get a refund but it never happened - nasty cold food - rotten service - why is this restaurant still in service - hoping that it will close down soon - make way for something better - and people that no how to treat customers.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. To top it off, they even gave me free dips, adding to the great food with proper hygiene. I highly recommend Pizza Hut for their excellent service and delicious food.

Hi I’m very disappointed with the delivery driver, He delivery the pizzas from his tine box straight to me ,without any thermal bag, When he handed the pizzas the seal was ripped and boxes was open, We reheated the pizzas in a microwave to eat ,I brought a Pepsi aswell and was soo hot when I opened when 1/3 out, Now is the part that make me very angry I call the store to report the drive ,and the manager ,was give excuse that the pizza is to big and the drive don’t have a big box ,the driver is been trained and Bla Bla , If I saw the reviews from this branch I didn’t order the pizzas

I walked into pizza hut (crouch end) this evening to order a pizza for my daughter. However, on entering the establishment there was no one in the shop. I called out "hello! is anyone serving," quite a few times and no one responded. I did notice a man in the back, washing up, who quickly dispersed after I called out for service. This is appalling customer service. These people are getting paid to provide a service and are simply not delivering. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The pizza never turned up. We will need a refund for this.

They've basically stolen £25 from me since I never received my food even though the status was updated to represent that it had already arrived. They made no attempt to contact me and their phone didn't pick up. When a restaurant effectively steals from me, then yes, I'm going to grace it with yet another 1 star review.

Lovely taste and excellent experience of service

Seems from other review that this store often sets the status as delivered despite the food never leaving the shop and then doesn’t answer their phone. This is stealing. Still waiting for my refund as promised by store worker.

I ordered a pizza yesterday night and after more than 2 hr struggling to deliver it suddenly was cancelled! Absolutely nonsense. Is not enough that I didn't receive my food, I am still waiting for my refund! But refund is not enough for me. I didn't even received a phone call or message that my food is cancelled. I should order from somewhere else, but by the time everything else closed down. I stayed without dinner thanks to you! You guys should contact the person and explain the situation not just cancel an existing order without mentioning it to the customer! That is a joke what happened ! I want to talk with someone about this!! Shame on you guys!

Ordered a pizza from here and got delivered something else. I called the store 5 times just for them to let the phone ring out. I contacted pizza hut customer services to complain just to be told that I should've taken the issue up with crouch end pizza hut. After requesting a refund I was told that I would be refunded £2 of my £25 order. Terrible experience from pizza hut, will not be ordering for them again. Dominos ftw.

Just ordered a medium feast for one Came as a small square pizza, chicken strips half cooked and stone cold, I understand that it may be busy but if you don’t have the means to provide basic service then don’t bother

Delivery driver couldn’t find my house pizza turn up burnt cookie dough was missing the ice cream Then spent 10 minutes trying to get through to the rudest manager I’ve ever come across she needs gone ASAP avoid until she’s gone running the place into the ground

Ordered a pizza today in shop this evening, I'm watching the cooks handle the food. I asked one guy were are their gloves 😡😡 he said they washed their hands which I can clearly see they did not 😡😡😡 health and safety gone out the window

I am currently waiting for the pizza I ordered earlier. Except, I know it won't be coming. It will be a SECOND pizza because I fell asleep and didn't let the driver in. My pizza came in a mess where the driver either dropped it or held it wrong. Surely if they drop it they shouldn’t deliver it to you and should replace it. I am not happy at all.

Read the reviews, they dont lie, this place is disgusting. I ordered through deliveroo, the pepperoni was floppy,pink and had white bits on it still, it was basically out of the fridge and not cooked at all. The veggie pizza had so much tomatoe sauce under the cheese that when you picked up a slice everything including cheese and topping slid off completely. We didnt eat the pepperoni pizza AT ALL.We managed to eat around 3 slices of the veggie, the rest of it was a big messy lu mm p leftover in a pile. Deliveroo naturally refused a refund, they are the worst out of all companies. Honestly the WORST pizza ive ever had and ive had some really bad ones.

Basically only one vegetarian option.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. They don't know how to follow customer's order instructions, the staff in the shop is extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service is even worse, names Arfan B, Cassie, Shavaun G who have been trained to blame the customer back for the mistakes made by store. And the pizza tasted terrible, full of oil. Go Dominos or papa John's, product and services both are much better than pizza hut. This is the 2nd time I had worst experience with pizza hut. Never again. Please save your time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT.

Once we've received wrong order which can happend of course in such a busy place, however the correct order was with us within next 15 min. If I didn’t have 40% off I will never try and when you received your food it doesn’t worth it nachos was so little inside and pizza more crust that nothing else poor food and portions I can’t imagine if I pay full price £45 for just 2 medium pizza and a little bit nachos
