McDonald's in Haringey

Terrible place there was this Asian manager I think she was from Philippines she was giving me attitude the whole time I don’t understand why she’s working there she has a terrible customer service she doesn’t care she was talking behind my back to other employees I hope she gets fired it was awful I mean what can I expect it’s McDonald’s but at the same time she doesn’t have good customer service

Incompetent. Could not send all my order when i tried to call nobofy answered so I spend £35 and got half my food great service

It's Mckie D's so not expecting big things! Staff customer service is appalling. Rude middle aged staff member huffs and puffs as she scowls at customer requests. Find your joy if you can lady. This ain't the one for you 🙏🏾

I know it's fast food, junk food and I was dubious about leaving a 5 star rating for the food. By Mc Donald's standards the fries were crunchy, burger was fresh and the milk shake was not a melted cup of ice cream.

Food was late and arrived cold

Food fine, delivery rider refused to come to my door and made me run around the houses trying to find him. If I had time for that I'd have gone and got the food myself

I did not receive my drink back or my ice creams not one drink or ice cream also there was 6 nuggets missing some fries how dose this happen a whole bag the delivery driver said there is another driver bringing the rest of the items but noting els arrived I’m really upset this was a really big order to not receive one drink or ice cream is a joke

it was up and down. First estimated delivery time it was up to 26 min , I had wait an hour for my food. The good arrived cold . There was no tissues , no straws. Such a disappointing.

Dear Mc Donald’s you can not just deliver what you feel like an orchard apple smoothie is a not a chocolate milkshake - it’s not something I even like. If someone came on you would offer an alternative of choice - maybe show delivery customers the same courtesy and ring them if an alternative needs to be offered . We are paying after all - thank you :0)

I was number 68 I’ve been waiting for more than 29 minutes for my order and the workers just ignored me when I asked where my order was I even heard them being rascist and some were giving me and my friend dirty looks and the food wasn’t proper cooked and I got barged and ignored multiple times never again I hate it hear fire all workers and shut it down

The delivery driver was more worried about calling me to get come out to meet him rather than just coming to my door like any other driver + his attitude stunk.

Delivery driver said he spoke with staff member a lady and told her the lid wasn’t on properly she said it was fine and when he got here the latte was all spilt out

it said on the app the driver was on his way! 10 min and he was still at the restaurant, waited for him by the door and he was eating while delivering my order. THE FOOD IS COLD!!

The usual McDonald's. But non-existent service. Zero friendliness of the staff. Luckily the taste of MC never changes anywhere in the world. Great for looking for a place to stop, charge your phone, go to the bathroom.

Miserable experience. Since the recent refurb the back of the store is walled in black - it reminds me of a cave. The serving hatch is tiny and you can't get near it for all the motorcycle drivers crowded round (despite there being a completely different entrance for them that never seems to get used). It's hard to guess what they were trying to achieve with the refurb; it's just miserable.

I brought a family 14.99 meal and there was only chicken sandwich and 3 chips no hamburger or filet o fish very upset cus my kids was hungry

For some reason my address came up as in N.11. Your delivery driver rang me and i gave him my address which is N8 7AP. He was so helpful he said he would bring it to me even though it was well out of his way.Fantastic service from this delivery guy

Food was lukewarm, the fries were dry and tasted old totally not fresh at all, the burger was slightly burnt and also dry, the best item so far was the chocolate milkshake. Not the best I've from the restaurant.
