Food was late and arrived cold

Food fine, delivery rider refused to come to my door and made me run around the houses trying to find him. If I had time for that I'd have gone and got the food myself

I did not receive my drink back or my ice creams not one drink or ice cream also there was 6 nuggets missing some fries how dose this happen a whole bag the delivery driver said there is another driver bringing the rest of the items but noting els arrived I’m really upset this was a really big order to not receive one drink or ice cream is a joke

it was up and down. First estimated delivery time it was up to 26 min , I had wait an hour for my food. The good arrived cold . There was no tissues , no straws. Such a disappointing.

Lazy delivery guy! Customer had to go downstairs to the communal door because delivery guy wanted to leave his moped engine running!!!! Waste of delivery charge!!! Not sure why you employ such lazy people to deliver your food.

Dear Mc Donald’s you can not just deliver what you feel like an orchard apple smoothie is a not a chocolate milkshake - it’s not something I even like. If someone came on you would offer an alternative of choice - maybe show delivery customers the same courtesy and ring them if an alternative needs to be offered . We are paying after all - thank you :0)

Most of my drink was spilled so both bags were wet and was missing an item. Supes sad.

Delivery driver said he spoke with staff member a lady and told her the lid wasn’t on properly she said it was fine and when he got here the latte was all spilt out

The only item that was delivered was my drink and McFlurry the rest of my food did not arrive and drink spilt all over the McFlurry

it said on the app the driver was on his way! 10 min and he was still at the restaurant, waited for him by the door and he was eating while delivering my order. THE FOOD IS COLD!!

The usual McDonald's. But non-existent service. Zero friendliness of the staff. Luckily the taste of MC never changes anywhere in the world. Great for looking for a place to stop, charge your phone, go to the bathroom.

Miserable experience. Since the recent refurb the back of the store is walled in black - it reminds me of a cave. The serving hatch is tiny and you can't get near it for all the motorcycle drivers crowded round (despite there being a completely different entrance for them that never seems to get used). It's hard to guess what they were trying to achieve with the refurb; it's just miserable.

I brought a family 14.99 meal and there was only chicken sandwich and 3 chips no hamburger or filet o fish very upset cus my kids was hungry

For some reason my address came up as in N.11. Your delivery driver rang me and i gave him my address which is N8 7AP. He was so helpful he said he would bring it to me even though it was well out of his way.Fantastic service from this delivery guy

My whole order turned up cold, which I’m not sure how that happened because the McDonald’s is a couple minutes up the road. I couldn’t even eat it ! Tasted like it had been sat out for ages, horrible.!

I have been coming here regularly for breakfast recently and never had a problem with the food, atmosphere or service. But today's experience was definitely outstanding. Edlira noticed that I added ketchup to my McMuffin and proceeded to explain other food options that were available that I had not known about. She was very friendly, hard working and provided a service that was definitely not expected. This staff member should be protected. Thank Edlira for your lovely service.

Received stone cold food melted mc flurry’s and didn’t received the entire order that was ordered never ordering from this establishment again

A very bad experience. The food is cold, it's not even what you order and when you go to tell them these problems, they don't even bother you. Staff including the rude manager talks to you as if you are the dumbest person in the world. The staff in the dining room doesn't even know how to speak English, they immediately send you to the manager (the manager being equally rude). It embarrasses the brand and gives it a bad image.

Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s not, sometimes you get sauces, sometimes you don’t, but you’ll pay each time and have a hit and miss service.

I ordered 20 nuggets and there was a nugget in the box that looked like someone bit it and put it in the box I took a picture of it aswell because that’s foul behaviour
