The delivery takes more than an hour than the expected time. We were very hungry and we were waiting for an hour almost. And when the food arrived, it was cold and it’s Ruined our moods as well. Very disappointing.

Poor communication with staffs, hire more people who speaks English

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We ordered from there and after an hour of no updates, tried calling and never heard back. Tried texting and ringing another 10 times and still nothing. After two hours, we had to contact uber eats who ended up cancelling the order because they couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant. Absolutely shameful service.

The new management is lucking customers services. One particularly is very rude, doesn’t pay attention to customers. I have been buying foods from Chester over 2 years. Le previous management are excellent but the actual one is rubbish.

Unfortunately I ordered extra chips but they were not delivered. Called the shop and the guy promised me large chips next time I order. Let’s see if that is the case if not the review will have to be changed.

My order navel arrived by mistake I did order complete I call shop the staff not helpful at all and they ignored me to keep me in hold and they cut phone Two times very rude. Never order again.

Honestly, the best chicken n' chips shop I've been to in a while. Not only are the staff always smiling and welcoming, but the food is also amazing. If you haven't tried the mixed fries and the tex mex grilled burger, you should. Rohan always at the front being an awesome guy and Nafiz in the back cooking some delicious food.

When you have to wait over 90mins for food when the shop is a 5 min walk away and I kept getting told, the driver is stuck in traffic when at 2am there is no traffic, the food then arrived just before 3am when the app said 1:50 to 2:10, the food was cold and I was beyond the point of being hungry, I called and spoke to the restaurant on numerous occasions and was getting nonsense, please process a full refund and I'm more than welcome to come and drop the food back today

This shop absolutely really far from great service for everyone Reasons : 1 very ugly and angry also De respectful lady on till 2-very bad quality of chicken they are serving 3- chicken is very hard and dry cannot eat 4-also prices very expensive and not worth it 5-I will never go there anymore ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

The chicken and bun was very dry and chewy. Quality of the food was not good at all.

Very friendly staff that was given a complicated order and they managed to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food was great, but the service made us leave with a smile.

I was shopping at Wood Green and thought I stop here to munch. The food was good however abit pricey compared to other shops. The portion is small too for a meal, may need to upgrade onto a bigger portion would be nice. Other than that service was good. Also lack of space inside the shop means customer have to wait until other customer have finished their food.

First time ordering from here. I placed the order at 13:52. The order still hadn't arrived by 15:06 even though it said 'enjoy your food' at precisely 15:00 (end of the estimated delivery time). Having to wait over an hour for a fast food take out is ridiculous. I could have cooked in that time which defeats the purpose. Peri peri chicken containers were on their side, so leaked inside the paper bag. Food was okay.

Hello, I had an experience at this place. We placed an order for hot wings and pizitz.You should definitely try your favourite Chesters Wood items; the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable, and the taste is truly exceptional.

driver could not follow basic instructions to find the address and then after finally receiving my order a whole meal and the burger from the second one was missing. I called the restaurant to make them aware of my missing items to be told "sorry we've been busy in here so it was misread". He then said he would resend my order but when questioned about what time it would get here because the shop closes in 5 minutes the staff member stopped responding and then hung up the phone and declined further calls before turning their phone off. absolutely unacceptable.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE** Chesters is by far the worst delivery I have had to experience. I had to almost wait 3 hours for a 14 inch pizza and a burger. I kept calling the restaurant but the number never goes through, and when it does "10 - 15 minutes, 10 - 15 minutes" eventually I gave up trying call them and just accepted the fact my food might never arrive. Long delivery aside the food eventually came, and I never been scammed like this my life. Cold soggy pizza and burger, the burger had no lettuce, barely any sauce except from the damp that has been accumulating while on transit. Soggy sauceless burger, absolutely disgusting. The cold pizza was even worse, besides the cheese being stiff and moist, they got the whole pizza wrong, I didn't order dumb pineapple and mutated fake ham, you might as well have spat on my food. Never received my drink or chips either, I ordered those, paid money for those, utterly scammed. Please do not order from this place! Professional Scam Artists

Food was around 2 hours late and food came cold. When calling restaurant for an update they don’t pick up the phone just leave you sitting there wondering where your food is. Plus no tracking available. Usually service is amazing but this time round I’m not sure what happened. Would rather go to the store itself than order.

Order never came, called the restaurant twice after waiting over an hour, only for the restaurant to cancel the order after an hour and a half, despite them saying the driver was on the way. Was very inconvenient especially considering the time of day

Tried to order delivery from these guys about 2 hours before closing time. Called them twice after waiting about an hour with no update. Person on the phone assured me the delivery driver was coming within 10 minutes after refusing to give me a refund, only for my order to get cancelled after 90 minutes by the restaurant. Completely wasted my time.

Incorrect food delivered, was provided with chicken strips instead on wings. Pizza was extremely cold and most of the topping had come off onto the box as took so long for food to be delivered. Chased twice and was informed that driver was 2 minutes away but still took another half and hour to come.

Poor service, couldn't add burger sauce in a chicken burger I asked for instead of mayo as mentioned by the staff, its only for burgers. Asked for some napkins, and the staff just said I told the other guy????? Now, really?

I normally go for full chicken I arrive the man looked at me like I did something wrong then when I was called to make an order I was told 30 minutes for a chicken to be done Not even good customer service I understand products run out but customer service is vital Last time I will go there New staff mainly concentrating on one race which is wrong racial discrimination is not acceptable Please bring back the old staff In the end I left empty handed because of rudeness and to be made felt like my custom is not welcome because of race

Chicken is hard and dry the chips they re heat it and serve from before but the only thing is burger was nice but did not enjoy my meal at all had to throw the chips and chicken away

Took 1hr and 15 mins to deliver 12 wings(that are already ready in their warm oven like many chicken shops) , 2 dip pots and 1 half pounder cheese burger. Apparently a local chicken chips shop is so busy they can’t attend to online order for an hour. Just eat isn’t even letting me say how late it is and are only allowing me to put 5 minutes late btw fyi

Out of desperation and convenience, ended up in this chicken shop and regret it so much! They must be feeling the pinch and so reducing portion sizes…asked for ketchup and mayo and received a tiny pot of mixed ketchup and mayo. Who does that? They mixed the hot wings and chips into a tiny box which meant the portion size of chips was something off of a kids menu. The food itself was not tasty and very very salty. Will not return to this shop again!

I ordered a mega meal but got chips half the box. The food was not great also, the burger bun was hard and definitely the chicken fillet was hard as a rock. But the chicken piece I got was so disgustingly horrible. It was definitely cooked in the morning and serviced to me at 7:35 pm. No happy at all. The meal was not worth £8.30. Could of went to McDonald's and got a happy meal and been happy. Giggdy.
