Great experience with my collection order at Pizza Hut. The pizza was hot and ready on time, and the staff was friendly. Special thanks to the manager for excellent service and attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

As a visitor to Salisbury, I stopped by the local Pizza Hut and was pleased with the experience. The pizza was exactly what I hoped for—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and generous toppings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. For a casual bite in Salisbury, Pizza Hut is a solid choice.!!

My food never turned up. Spoken to the store many times and they laughed at me, then said they would remake the order and then the food just didn’t arrive after three hours. Would not use this branch

£53=3 pizzas and 2 sides. when did takeaway pizza become so expensive! They forgot 1 side and the dips aswell!!!!

when I ordered it said estimated 18:45, then updated to 18:50-19:10 which is fine, but then didn't arrive till 19:50 and was almost cold so it was hard to say if the quality was good or not, because the bread crust had solidified. Also the melt did not advertise that there was bbq inside as well as as a dip, which was massively disappointing but my bad I guess

If I could give this place 0 stars that would be too many. If I was the owner and saw what I just have, some people would not be working here anymore. The manager is awful and very rude to customers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced today. I was waiting to make an order whilst standing in the store and was interrupted several times so that someone else could be served and I just ended up walking out because I was stood for 10 minutes trying to order but it was never completed. Every single other person that came in whilst I was standing at the counter trying to order seemed to jump in front and get served first. I had once had this place as I stars because it used to be worthy of that. Now it's a shambles. The customer service and atmosphere is unbelievable I still cannot believe what just happened right in front of me. If you was to leave this review a couple of years ago I would have not believed it and thought it was someone having a bad day. But now having it first hand is disgusting. Avoid at all costs and I will never return here for food. Lost yourselves a loyal customer that used to also be a delivery driver for you years ago.

Worst pizza ever. Never coming back I ordered a pan pizza and it’s just looking like normal crust. And the manager was shouting on staff when they are try to spoke with me. She was very rude. I think she have a attitude problem. She was shouting and said ( I am a manager i know everything ).

Ordered for collection. Waited 15 minutes longer for the most overpriced underwhelming pizza of my life. Had so much semolina flour on it, it tastes like it has been rolled on Bournemouth beach. Do yourself a favor and buy a £1 frozen pizza from lidl

Half order delivered. Phone straight away and was told it would be delivered. Never arrived but was still charged

Ordered my food at 7 didn’t receive it past 9 o’clock, over an hour past the scheduled delivery and wasn’t given any updates. Was also missing 2 items from my order when it eventually arrived.

The delivery driver came with someone else's order and said he would come back with the correct order. He came back & still the order was wrong so I phoned Pizza Hut and spoke to Jordan who said the correct order will be delivered. No order still.

Really disappointed. the woman in the counter has 0 respect to the customers . Was really rude to me and my little brother. One of the worst experiences . Didn't receive my pizza nor my money.Just anger from the woman.

A sullen woman serves me and is rude and doesn't know how to thank me and doesn't deal with the customers with friendly attention at all.

Ordered at half 3 for 5 o'clock delivery. Said half 5 on order but still arrived at 10 to 6

Not very accommodating and the woman has a bit of an attitude and needs to learn better customer service.

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not terrible. Whilst the food was a bit late the driver apologised and was very polite so I don’t mind, will likely order from here again. :)

pizza cold. order late and missing our garlic bread. never again.

Decided to treat me and a friend to pizza and went with a big name to avoid any disappointment. Huge mistake! Stodgy dough, that was almost impossible to chew with hardly any about or filling to the stuffed crust. Garlic bread was dry and could literally be snapped, although it was so stale it cracked but wouldn’t break apart. Dips missing. Chicken wings were great though but doesn’t really make up for a truly awful pizza experience. Try harder Pizza Hut Aylesbury.

I didn't have enough pizza shame

I recently had a vegetarian pizza and it was absolutely delightful! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing a great base for all the toppings. Speaking of which, the variety of fresh vegetables was impressive. The pizza was topped with a generous amount of vibrant and colorful veggies like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and olives. The combination of flavors was simply fantastic. Each bite was bursting with a harmonious blend of the natural sweetness of the veggies and the savory notes from the cheese and sauce. It was a truly satisfying and well-balanced pizza. Completely ignored my wife myself two kids, my friend and her two kids, said they were coming back to the counter and ignored us for far too long, so we popped next door and had a Dominos, who were prompt efficient and on the ball. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

No late due to Pizza Hut.... but due to the delivery guy. When my pizza got delivered else where, Pizza Hut promptly sent out a replacement.

My experience with the delivery was mot so great. The delivery person just dropped the pizza without calling me to know that it was already delivered. I had no idea whatsoever till i went downstairs to check and i saw it and it got cold already .

Delivery was late however very polite and apologetic. Food was nice and hot. Happy with service.

Took hour and the half for my order to arrive and food was cold

Tasty food but delivery took a while.

i ordered my food at 5pm and it cum 6:30pm and when it came it was all soggy and wet and cold and i couldnt eat it and then i cried in my room for hours.

No dips with delivery for chips or pizza even though we ordered. Arrived looking pizza had been thrown together. Was supposed to be a treat for my Daughters 9th birthday.

I haven’t got my food and it’s been nearly 2 hours

One of the worst pizza in the town. Even after picking up before time and opening in my flat 5 mins later it was Cold, semi-cooked and poor taste. No wonder it has the worst rating among all the Pizza shops in Salisbury.

Took 1hr 45mins to come and when it arrived it was cold

We get pizzas from here regularly and they have been really good up until recently when I have ordered pan pizza base it was crispy and oily on bottom not very nice and then last week I ordered a half and half 1 half being pepperoni feast and they had sliced through the pepperoni leaving half slices of pepperoni on each slice rather than whole slices dunno if there trying to save money or just not bothered about doing it correctly but it's starting to go down hill recently I also had a pizza that had raw dough as wasn't cooked correctly and rather than give a refund they added a free pizza to my account which is OK but I couldn't just have my free pizza delivered as I had to spend a certain amount for delivery and also pay delivery charge so still ended up costing me money for there mistake

Well, I ordered weeeeelllll in advance of them opening so they get my order for 12.30 in plenty of time. What a joke!!! It took countless calls on multiple occasions to the shop to try to find out what happened to the order as it took ages for them to even answer the phone. Eventually the order arrived AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE I got through and asked for a refund, only to be fobbed off with "next time you order..." um, no I will absolutely NOT be ordering feom you again. Will I get a refund?? Who knows but it'll probably taking take another 2 hours before I can speak to someone. Utterly rubbish, don't bother.

Not impressed at all!!! Waited over 2 hours for a medium pizza and a few bbq wings. I would understand if I ordered a lot of pizzas but it was one!! Food was of poor quality when it finally arrived after having to chase it twice via telephone. I have never been so disappointed. Won't be ordering here again. Others be wary.

It was late and cold, found the delivery driver out on the road trying to find the place, He was a new driver and I am not upset with him as we've all been new on a job and he was very apologetic and seemed like a nice guy. however my 2 son's and I were very disappointed in the food as even when you put it in the microwave it doesn't tast the same as fresh pizza from the oven. Very disappointed with delivery! Waited 1 hour 50 minutes in total for my food order, even after given a new delayed time. No apology given!

I pre-ordered 2 hours in advance! No update on timing on the app. Restaurant were rude and provided no more info other than “waiting for a driver” kids hungry and upset.

Ordered the pizza at 5pm arrived at 6:50pm barely warm. I hard ordered the hot and spicy dip for the wings but I received a garlic and herb? Called the restaurant and got nothing but attitude and asked to hare with them as there short staffed and not performing very well

Should have had a bottled water with my deal that was forgotten. Sadly driver was gone in a flash so couldn’t ask! Pizza was fine. Very sweet bbq base sauce though, but not the restaurant’s fault, just very rarely have Pizza Hut and wasn’t expecting it.
