Pizza Hut Delivery in Wiltshire

Asked for loaded garlic bread i literally got cheesy garlic bread… no bacon. The garlic crust pizza was just plain crust pizza, £60 order…. Taste was alright just gutted didn’t get bacon garlic bread!!!

Ordered at 7.45 delivery 45mins 9.20 still not arrived arrived 9.30 not good quality shan’t use again

Food was marked as delivered but not here. Called the restaurant who were very unhelpful and just asked me to “look outside for it” then to wait 5-10 minutes for it. After waiting 20 minutes it finally arrived, luke warm…

I have ordered from Pizza hut in the past, the pizza is serviceable and cheaper than alternatives like dominos. I ordered a pizza last night at around 10:30pm, the order was confirmed and I patiently waited. My pizza never arrived, no attempt was made to contact me, when I tried to contact the store it was closed and when I woke up this morning the delivery tracker was saying it was delivered. I phoned them and was told you'll have to email customer support and received a weak "I'm sorry", I understand it may not have been the fault of the person answering the phone but this lax attitude towards taking my money and making no effort to provide me the service or to notify me that it would not be available is pathetic. I've emailed customer services and apparently should receive a response within 48 hours. I doubt I will ever order from them again due to this poor customer service.

There was no delivery, then they just set it to delivered instead of letting me know

We ordered a pizza from here and received a message saying that uber eats had cancelled our order. When we phoned up Pizza Hut delivery for some help, the man was rude, blunt and offered no help. He rudely said we had to take it up with uber eats, not them. Awful customer service, not friendly at all and we will not be back ordering again from this establishment. Disgusting behaviour.

Always get orders wrong can not refund or replacement terrible service shame as pizza hut anywhere else is good but think Salisbury needs to get looked at as is going wrong with this one

Had are Pizzas delivered to night it was over cooked cold when it got here I could of brought one from Iceland for a £1 would of been better

Food took a while to come but to be expected on a Friday evening. Had an item missing and the food was barely luke warm and just about edible. A real shame as previous orders have been excellent. Hoping it's a one off.

Pizza Hut Salisbury has supported our annual Christmas Tree collection fundraiser in aid of Salisbury Hospice Charity. Our volunteers have been working hard all day in the cold and these amazing pizza's have been very welcome after a long day. Thank you to the whole team.

I placed the order at 19:00 and the order has still not arrived at 21:15 they keep telling me it’s on the way and then it never arrives. The manager then proceeded to tell me the order was delivered and the private driver stole the order. I just want my food if they had told me how busy they were I would of cancelled the order & gone somewhere else.

As a visitor to Salisbury, I stopped by the local Pizza Hut and was pleased with the experience. The pizza was exactly what I hoped for—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and generous toppings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. For a casual bite in Salisbury, Pizza Hut is a solid choice.!!

£53=3 pizzas and 2 sides. when did takeaway pizza become so expensive! They forgot 1 side and the dips aswell!!!!

when I ordered it said estimated 18:45, then updated to 18:50-19:10 which is fine, but then didn't arrive till 19:50 and was almost cold so it was hard to say if the quality was good or not, because the bread crust had solidified. Also the melt did not advertise that there was bbq inside as well as as a dip, which was massively disappointing but my bad I guess

If I could give this place 0 stars that would be too many. If I was the owner and saw what I just have, some people would not be working here anymore. The manager is awful and very rude to customers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced today. I was waiting to make an order whilst standing in the store and was interrupted several times so that someone else could be served and I just ended up walking out because I was stood for 10 minutes trying to order but it was never completed. Every single other person that came in whilst I was standing at the counter trying to order seemed to jump in front and get served first. I had once had this place as I stars because it used to be worthy of that. Now it's a shambles. The customer service and atmosphere is unbelievable I still cannot believe what just happened right in front of me. If you was to leave this review a couple of years ago I would have not believed it and thought it was someone having a bad day. But now having it first hand is disgusting. Avoid at all costs and I will never return here for food. Lost yourselves a loyal customer that used to also be a delivery driver for you years ago.

Worst pizza ever. Never coming back I ordered a pan pizza and it’s just looking like normal crust. And the manager was shouting on staff when they are try to spoke with me. She was very rude. I think she have a attitude problem. She was shouting and said ( I am a manager i know everything ).

Ordered for collection. Waited 15 minutes longer for the most overpriced underwhelming pizza of my life. Had so much semolina flour on it, it tastes like it has been rolled on Bournemouth beach. Do yourself a favor and buy a £1 frozen pizza from lidl

The delivery driver came with someone else's order and said he would come back with the correct order. He came back & still the order was wrong so I phoned Pizza Hut and spoke to Jordan who said the correct order will be delivered. No order still.

pizza cold. order late and missing our garlic bread. never again.

Decided to treat me and a friend to pizza and went with a big name to avoid any disappointment. Huge mistake! Stodgy dough, that was almost impossible to chew with hardly any about or filling to the stuffed crust. Garlic bread was dry and could literally be snapped, although it was so stale it cracked but wouldn’t break apart. Dips missing. Chicken wings were great though but doesn’t really make up for a truly awful pizza experience. Try harder Pizza Hut Aylesbury.

I didn't have enough pizza shame

I recently had a vegetarian pizza and it was absolutely delightful! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing a great base for all the toppings. Speaking of which, the variety of fresh vegetables was impressive. The pizza was topped with a generous amount of vibrant and colorful veggies like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and olives. The combination of flavors was simply fantastic. Each bite was bursting with a harmonious blend of the natural sweetness of the veggies and the savory notes from the cheese and sauce. It was a truly satisfying and well-balanced pizza. Completely ignored my wife myself two kids, my friend and her two kids, said they were coming back to the counter and ignored us for far too long, so we popped next door and had a Dominos, who were prompt efficient and on the ball. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

No late due to Pizza Hut.... but due to the delivery guy. When my pizza got delivered else where, Pizza Hut promptly sent out a replacement.

My experience with the delivery was mot so great. The delivery person just dropped the pizza without calling me to know that it was already delivered. I had no idea whatsoever till i went downstairs to check and i saw it and it got cold already .

Delivery was late however very polite and apologetic. Food was nice and hot. Happy with service.
